    @VodafoneUK clearly you have a problem with delivering orders at the moment. Only response I get is to check something that has said it's not dispatched for the last week. Am I better cancelling and going elsewhere? I've got my pac code.

    @VodafoneUK You are clearly having problems with fulfilling orders. Can you give more insight into why orders are delayed, when it will be resolved and when will orders be dispatched. Current responses really aren’t good enough. Saying asap means nothing.

    @VodafoneUK Hello, my wife has contacted you about her contract and upgrading. The phone call took 2 1/2 hours to connect before being told that they couldn't do anything and to seek advice online. It is subpar customer service and I want to know how it'll be remedied

    Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

Do people in your offices just walk away mid-conversation and never come back? It raises false hope that a repair to my landline might happen today, again.

    @VodafoneUK I have a non UK Apple ID. Family account, subscriptions, etc. The issue isn’t on mobile. It’s on the broadband pro and the necessity to use the app for setup/Alexa/etc. It’s sorted now, but frustrating.
