@VodafoneUK Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Able to switch to a plan in my online account, realised I clicked on the wrong one so phoned to switch to the correct one and I’m now being told it was a mistake and I was not eligible.

@VodafoneUK Hi Charlotte, It's just disappointing that the 1st time I have had an issue with Vodafone I received a really poor customer service experience. It turned out that it wasn't the fault of Vodafone...a contractor had unplugged my broadband from the cabinet, cutting me off for a day.

Three calls in two days from "@VodafoneUK Business Support" wanting to talk about a "Telecom's review" - each time I've told them not to call back. So are @VodafoneUK ignoring my right to have my details removed? Or do they need to take action against scammers using their name?
