    @VodafoneUK I know that. The issue is that I’m not using my phone any differently to how I normally would and the data is just constantly dropping. I used to have at least 3-4gb left toward the end of the month and now I’m lucky if my 16gb lasts at all.

    @Ker_Anderson @VodafoneUK Hi Ker, thank you. It's GU1 and GU2. We recently had 4 transmitters fixed and since then it's been awful 4G & 5G every day, mostly evenings. I received a text saying the area had been boosted - definitely not the case. If you have answers I'll certainly reconsider leaving. TY

    .@VodafoneUK - Woeful service! Can't get hold of an agent. Broadband I need for work keeps cutting out. Was promised someone would ring me about issue which saw me without internet for 3 days last month. They've also not compensated me for the outage, despite saying they would!
