@VodafoneUK I know that. The issue is that I’m not using my phone any differently to how I normally would and the data is just constantly dropping. I used to have at least 3-4gb left toward the end of the month and now I’m lucky if my 16gb lasts at all.

@ZacBauman @VodafoneUK I'm with Lebara, which uses Vodafone. This might explain why my service is abysmal nowadays. It's bloody awful. Their Network checkers are the same. They just say 'We're aware of some network issues' That's useless. Also, you don't live near me, so it seems it's a BIG issue?

@VodafoneUK upgraded my phone and did a trade in off old device, never received my returns bag after talking to customer services 4 times and now 4 weeks later received a message saying that my trade in has been cancelled as I haven’t sent it! Terrible service!

@DPDgroup_news @VodafoneUK Was supposed to have my delivery on Friday…then Saturday… then today… and now tomorrow! Customer service is awful, can’t get through and the DPD app is awful too. Sat around the corner in the Hebburn depot when I could easily go and collect. JOKE!
