@VodafoneUK I know that. The issue is that I’m not using my phone any differently to how I normally would and the data is just constantly dropping. I used to have at least 3-4gb left toward the end of the month and now I’m lucky if my 16gb lasts at all.

Pulling tricks like lowering your connection speed, disconnects without warning, a tech team with ZERO tech expertise. Utter garbage fire.
