    I would strongly advise against anyone ever using @VodafoneUK for their internet, have been without internet for three days and their customer service is terrible and still no fix. As a freelancer I’m losing money because I can’t work, and Vodafone have done nothing

They can't hear me and my screen keeps freezing, I can only communicate by typing in chat whilst watching them chat away to each other. I live alone, internet is so important for me to connect

    @Tractorgirl @TalkTalk It's crazy, their message is that they're not running those services because of covid which suggests they haven't managed to make the move to working from home. I would've just upgraded with them but instead I'm moving to @VodafoneUK who've been great and will cancel TT for me.

    @VodafoneUK I can't log into my account, can't get an answer on the 191 number and can't load webchat help. My 2 years are up but I can't upgrade or change to sim only if I can't get hold of anyone.

    @VodafoneUK Contacted the online help support team and over the course of 6 hours, they haven’t resolved my issue and have shut up shop. Terrible support offered by Vodafone for customer loyalty. Pure Lip Service regarding their support for Keyworkers.

    @VodafoneUK Very unhappy this weekend..told I can't change to Sim only until yesterday and then 30 days notice to change to a Vodafone Basics account, after my account auto increased to £21 from £10. Not the way to treat loyalty
