    @RobBruceK @ThreeUK @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK No awful. Just spent 5 days with no data/calls due ti Insufficient bandwidth. My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too

    So all in all crappy start to my switch to @VodafoneUK ... hope the phrase "start as you mean to go on" isnt applicable here.. seriously disappointed by their service so far 👍👍 seems all they care about it getting your money

    @TwopTwips @VodafoneUK Change the DNS server to either - Google 8.8.4.4 8.8.8.8 Or Open DNS 208.67.222.222 208.67.220.220 This sorted the issue for me. Their default DNS is *****.

    @DJAshBash @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK I am also on Vodafone. And I would agree they now have overall a formidable network But they have less bandwith 5G than Three..50mHz as opposed to 140mHz so when Three eventually launch 5G 5G it'll be interesting how it all pans out.

    @VodafoneUK SO I've been on the phone for hours and hours waiting to fix the technical problem with my number transfer. Its been 10 days I've been without my number working, my business is based on bookings and I've lost two weeks of pay! My experience so far has been a NIGHTMARE

    2pm - @VodafoneUK sales advisor to me, new customer: "nah dont worry about it, you can change your delivery address after purchase by calling this number" *calls number* "Sorry, you cant change delivery address by phone, go on dpd website instead" *goes to dpd website* Contd....

    @VodafoneUK Be great if you could sort out the fault with your system over 24hrs without service.......4 phonecalls and 2 extremely rude call handlers later and still no further to resolving the issue!!! Terrible customer service!!!

    @VodafoneUK recently switched to your unlimited max sim only from monthly plan and have rubbish signal since the switch. Brand new sim as of Monday, apps won’t load, emails unable to download (mailbox can’t even recognise when I’ve read/deleted), what’s app struggling to load.

    @TwopTwips @VodafoneUK No probs, it may take an hour to properly resolve, but this cut out 95% of the timeouts I was having.

    @VodafoneUK Hi. Friend is trying to unlock his phone from your network using NUC code. Had the code ready but when he turns phone of and on with new simcard in the phone DOESN'T show a prompt saying Enter NUC code. Any help? Phone was bought from Vodaphone store.
