@VodafoneUK I've been trying to speak to your agents to upgrade for over an hour. Twice it just disconnected me, both times I was close to getting it signed off. I can't seem to log into My Vodafone to do it either. Bad customer service.

Abysmal customer service by @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup. After waiting 6 weeks to move from my current broadband provider to Vodafone and 9 hours of online chat and telephone calls, I now have no service on changeover day. Not the best start for a new customer. Was it worth it?

@VodafoneUK No 5G signal at Llandough Hospital CF64 2XX. EE have full 5G bars. Switched to Vodafone as it was the best data and signal in the area. Might have hundreds of staff switching to EE if it stays like this!

@VodafoneUK Still isn’t working - won’t allow change from 1 at £1/day to a bundle because it says already on a bundle :( try to cancel bundle and says technical issues …meanwhile credit balance being robbed of £1 a day

@VodafoneUK 8:28:13PM Look not happy I am paying £12 a month abd only get 5GB but if I was new I can get 12GB for £8 I am a loyal customer this is not on. If you decide to do nothing I will walk away at end of contract and never use vodaphone again. So decision us yours
