@ThreeUKSupport Yeah, sorry; I'll still buy the Huawei P30 Pro from @ThreeUK and get the GT from Amazon. In dire need of a new phone/Fitbit....you really should take that bundle "deal" down. Unfair practice to run people around, then try to force another bundle on them. Estate agency tactics.

@ThreeUKSupport Well its not going make any changes, I have called many times regarding bad internet connections but nothing has changed! The best thing to do is leaving three, this is my advice to everyone.

@keplerniko @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK I live in E1 and work in central London and the city and the 4g signal has been on a steady decline for al least 6 months. Probably due to 5g upgrade works and gently encouraging people to take up 5g when it comes (despite hardly anyone even having 5g devices yet!

@ThreeUKSupport This is a day too late. Meanwhile because of poor internet reception to central #London (#kingscross, #embankment and my area #FinsburyPark) I am switching to a different provider at the end of this month when my contract expires so I can resolve this situation.

@ThreeUK Shockingly bad experience. Still owed >£100 from April for handset never received. Spoken to 6 Reps. Cut off twice. Waiting time c1hour. Always the wrong person. Groundhog Day. Promised repayment. Still waiting. I want my money back!

@ThreeUK full signal but nothing is loading in #FinsburyPark. No way to find which bus to take. Calling 333, verified and asked be verified again. Asking me my bank about no. No internet to visit my app. Just asking about the signal in the area. They couldn’t help me and hang up.

@Three_Is_Broken @keplerniko @ThreeUK Ive had no 4g at home or in central London where I work for three months. Three keep offering discounts and saying 5g is coming. Wtf. Why can’t they just be honest with everyone and say they can’t cope - it’s not good enough.

@ThreeUKSupport Service resumed yesterday evening and I'm getting calls and texts again, thanks. Other infrastructure companies (water, broadband etc) put an estimate on the status page of their website of how long they expect engineering works to take - maybe you could introduce that as well?

@ThreeUK if my reception gets any slower I may as well just cancel my contract and get a landline, it’d be more reliable... it’s 2021 and I’m not even getting 1mbps. But you’ll happily charge me £32.50 a month. Absolute shambles.
