Latest outage, problems and issue reports in West Drayton and nearby locations:

  • callender_mark Mark Callender (@callender_mark) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

5 days in and still nothing. The ‘congestion’ @ThreeUK told me is the issue in Kingston seems to also apply to north London, central London and east London it seems as Everywhere I’ve been I can’t text or use internet. #refund #changingprovider #avoidtheee @Three_Is_Broken

  • aqthelad aj (@aqthelad) reported from Merton, England

@ICimmi @ThreeUKSupport Signals become really poor in Wimbledon since new year too

  • k1rtk Kurt Kiefer (@k1rtk) reported from Ealing, England

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport supposed to have ported my number from @EE yesterday, didn’t happen. Promised it would today and thus far hasn’t! V poor!!

  • rupinjapan Rup Walker (@rupinjapan) reported from Ealing, England

Terrible new customer service on @ThreeUK . Taken more than a week to transfer over my number, so much wasted time on inefficient Live chat and phone. Very disappointed

  • Whitton88 Christopher Whitton (@Whitton88) reported from Wandsworth, England

@ThreeUKSupport Logged via online chat. Was originally offered a £5 compensation, which I rejected. Was passed onto second level technical support who have authorised effectively a month free on both my accounts. Had a missed call 24th Dec but nothing since

  • jasonford1988 Jason Ford (@jasonford1988) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@Mumma_haley35 @virginmedia Sounds that way. Unfortunately @ThreeUK seem to be having issues in KT2 as well, so even my 4G isn’t working very well on my phone. Telco needs to move into the modern world of customer service, maybe @Ofcom need to change their regulations.

  • StreetCube StreetCube (@StreetCube) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@IfIKnewThen @Tell2k @ThreeUK The point is, is that it’s Virgin Media’s obligation to keep their fee-paying clients informed with truth and transparency. Anything less is an insult. Accidents happen, (as with the fibre optic ****-up) but lying, misleading and manipulating is utterly deplorable, #leavevirgin

  • R5Latvia Rihards (@R5Latvia) reported from London, England

@ThreeUKSupport hello! I have had problems removing the parental control from my account for months, I have an UK credit card, which should prove that i am already over 18 more than enough, but it gets declined all the time:/

  • danjmcdowell Dan McDowell (@danjmcdowell) reported from Hillingdon, England

I think I’m going to have to abandon @ThreeUK for another network. Since moving to London five weeks ago I have had no phone signal when in my flat and intermittent to no data when in Central London on both 3G and 4G. My phone has become a useless space grey rectangle.

  • andrewkeates Andrew Keates (@andrewkeates) reported from Merton, England

@samgwentucker @ThreeUK They won’t have to work hard to improve the terrible deal I’m on at the moment.

  • MabdiNur1 Mohamed Abdinur (@MabdiNur1) reported from Southall, England

@ThreeUKSupport poor connection wondering to request an early termination

  • bluemoonstar 🗺Nick (@bluemoonstar) reported from Hammersmith, England

@Garryc0nn0r @ThreeUK Absolutely bunch of crooks and they know it! Charging for a service which they dont deliver!

  • andrewkeates Andrew Keates (@andrewkeates) reported from Merton, England

Incredible. I’ve been a customer of @ThreeUK for nearly a decade and they have given me absolutely no reason to remain with this overpriced, poor service network. No incentives or customer loyalty.

  • verflucht Mr A$AP Verflucht Esq. (@verflucht) reported from Borehamwood, England

@ThreeUKSupport I see. Just working backwards, I have no idea how this service signed me up. Research suggests that they have worked out a way to stealthily sign me up by embedding a sign-up form in YouTube ads. Which is insane itself. But you're telling me there is no way that I can tell...

  • snaprails Don Constance (@snaprails) reported from Ealing, England

@ThreeUKSupport Of course I have. How else would your live chat person have been able to a: verify my security answer s & b: re-enable my login. I don't use your app, it's a pile of... well let's just say it wasn't a positive experience.

  • bluemoonstar 🗺🇪🇺Nick (@bluemoonstar) reported from Hammersmith, England

@mark_castle @Pimsnumber1 @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK There are so many with the same issue. @BBCWatchdog need to investigate.

  • miserablekings Miserable Kingston (@miserablekings) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@ThreeUKSupport @aanteater_ I’ll be doing the same. The service is abysmal in this area. Today it’s unusable, again. Generic promises of 5G are irrelevant when the basics are broken.

  • aanteater_ Aanteater_ (@aanteater_) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@miserablekings @three @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I literally don’t even know what to do about this. And yet, out goes the money from my account for a service I’m NOT GETTING. @ThreeUK

  • miserablekings Miserable Kingston (@miserablekings) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@cokernutts @ThreeUKSupport Lol switch to 3G. Btw most modern iPhones don’t even allow that button to work any more. But you’d know that as a mobile network operator, right...

  • VickyPukis Vicks That Foreign (@VickyPukis) reported from London, England

Get back to London and my phone signal is worse than being in Paris. @ThreeUK sort your shit out!

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • grahambunting Graham Bunting (@grahambunting) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Had to switch my device to 3g only to connect just now. This is a regular occurrence where I live in Stevenage SG2. What's the current issue please?

  • PedroClarke1 Peter Clarke (@PedroClarke1) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@Gabeuk @ThreeUK Fair. While I agree that some of the 5G Monopole designs are egregious for certain street scenes, I have trouble devising something better with massively compromising on capability. Although there is an argument that more of less could work better...

  • MicheleAaen Michele Aaen (@MicheleAaen) reported

@ThreeUK trying to resolve an issue with you since December to move to sim only. First request by email. Customer service refusing to help and hang up every call. (More than 15 so far) What a dodgy company!

  • EliTheWright Eli Corry-Wrong (@EliTheWright) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Your 4G is absolutely appalling. Next time I change my phone contract, I am going to favour the more expensive contract with better 4G elsewhere than the cheaper Three UK contract. P.S This was sent using Wi-Fi because your 4G is crap.

  • VJOsgood Vicky Osgood (@VJOsgood) reported

@ThreeUK totally appreciate you need to do network upgrades, but we've got no internet in our home through our phones, but perfect signal at the end of our road. It's making it impossible to work from home. How do I find out when signal will be back?

  • WarrenHeal Warren Heal (@WarrenHeal) reported

@ThreeUK problem with your network in the St Albans/Harpenden area. Your overseas call centre says there isn’t. After number of calls with Apple & researching online, data only works properly when switch to 3G. Please look in to this as this is not the service we pay for. Thx.

  • Cas_Roop Cas 🇬🇾🏳️‍🌈 (@Cas_Roop) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Yup. No issues in my area according to your systems. Yet so many people are complaining on various server status websites.

  • don_howarth Mark Howarth (@don_howarth) reported

@ThreeUK Can someone help? I cancelled my account with you yesterday and have requested a PAC code but still haven’t received it. I called up your customer service and they said I would have to call back in another 3 days. Isn’t this against UK regulations?

  • Gabeuk Gabriel Brown (@Gabeuk) reported

@PedroClarke1 @ThreeUK One of the problems with approval is the "cowboy" nature of the applications. A monopole near us was refused recently (thankfully). It was obvious to anyone it was inappropriate. The industry doesn't do itself any favours.

  • 2mbit Ben Thomas (@2mbit) reported

@PedroClarke1 @Gabeuk @ThreeUK It's an architectural culture problem more than anything else. As they stand now, monopole designs are completely utilitarian, when really there's wide opportunity for style. Consider victorian-era street lamps as an example of this.
