@ThreeUKSupport Oooo that’s the point, I live in CR42BA and it is terrible here. I work in SM45JD and, I don’t have words to describe how bad it is there. My husband was #O2 and I asked him to come to @ThreeUK he is complaining and saying it has been his worst decision ever to 📱

@ThreeUKSupport Done this dance already, it never worked, nobody can be expected to turn off all notifications for every app one by one, and that wasn’t the issue. Your charges are exorbitant and your signal was abysmal over there.

@ThreeUK So you’ve WhatsApp for business but not personal customers, let your business team know this cos they told me to start a personal WhatsApp chat but all I got was a Digital Assistant stuck on a loop, could not help. And yes I need to speak to both business and personal today
