£280 been taken from my partners account this morning from @ThreeUK for fraudulent phones in her name! Being told by some robot in Mumbai that there is nothing he can do and there is no manager in the UK we can talk to. So unhelpful! I WANT ACTION NOW OR SO W CANCEL 6 contracts

@tower_cell @ThreeUKSupport Apparently they have planning applications for 5G in the Twickenham and Richmond area, but they keep being rejected which is a shame. Fingers crossed though! Their speeds round me are not great, about 10mb down and 2mb up.

@ThreeUKSupport There is a cooling off period for cancelling contracts made in store (14 days from activation) but if not stores are open to cancel then how can this be done? Cancelling because I no longer require the free data roaming in Brazil as all U.K. flights to Brazil are now cancelled.

@ThreeUKSupport Broadband didn’t work, mutual cancellation, then a envelope should be sent so that the router can be returned. I’ve lost count of how many times I contacted Three for this “envelope” to return it. But it never arrives. Now the deduction? Can you ask them to call me please?

@ThreeUKSupport 5G Router, on a 24 month contract. There was no covered on my area, than an agreement to cancel the contract and a prepaid envelope should be sent an it has never arrived, even Though I tried many times by chasing it. But was assured by a member of staff that no charge would be.
