    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I still have a problem! This is 5 days now without internet. O have already had one parking ticket because I couldn't pay as the app didn't work. Please sort this out. I can't do my job properly

    5 days in and still nothing. The ‘congestion’ @ThreeUK told me is the issue in Kingston seems to also apply to north London, central London and east London it seems as Everywhere I’ve been I can’t text or use internet. #refund #changingprovider #avoidtheee @Three_Is_Broken

    @ThreeUKSupport In fairness like most 3 customers I have never experienced any real problems with the network to be fair.... Unlike every other network they are always down or having issues hence why I went to 3 in the first place.... I'm a network engineer and 3 are the best by a long way....

    Very sneaky from @ThreeUK. Account closed, told it would refund any credit. Get a letter saying account is in credit but need to call to get it. Obviously calling isn’t working currently. Sorted now with great chat support. Fine now, just sneaky.

    @BBCBenThompson @ThreeUK @BBCBreakfast I did not realize it was down until I saw your news report - as I am in my house & I use my wifi (not data) // have turned the WiFi off on my phone and it def does NOT connect to the internet 😳 Hope you get a response from @ThreeUK soon !!

    @briwen72 @SurbitonMoan @ThreeUKSupport Spoke to @ee yesterday . Problem due to mast in Hampton court area- they’ve been unable to get access from the landowner. I had an SMS yesterday to say that work has commenced.

    @Mumma_haley35 @virginmedia Sounds that way. Unfortunately @ThreeUK seem to be having issues in KT2 as well, so even my 4G isn’t working very well on my phone. Telco needs to move into the modern world of customer service, maybe @Ofcom need to change their regulations.

    @ThreeUKSupport @aanteater_ I’ll be doing the same. The service is abysmal in this area. Today it’s unusable, again. Generic promises of 5G are irrelevant when the basics are broken.

    @IfIKnewThen @Tell2k @ThreeUK The point is, is that it’s Virgin Media’s obligation to keep their fee-paying clients informed with truth and transparency. Anything less is an insult. Accidents happen, (as with the fibre optic ****-up) but lying, misleading and manipulating is utterly deplorable, #leavevirgin

    @ThreeUKSupport our 4g box has been on and off since the last few months, and when getting in touch with customer services all I get is a "you'll get 2 pounds deducted from your bill" and yet, no WiFi and no "£2 deducted"

    @ThreeUKSupport This is the 4th outage in 5 months. I'm so annoyed and frustrated with this service. How can you drop customers signal & internet for up to 7 days without warning!? No service what so ever to rely on!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport There is no point me trying to solve this email confirmation issue until, you get the technical dept to look into why you’re system isn’t working. I now cannot access my account at all, one simple automated email would do it, so why not have someone fix the system.
