Very sneaky from @ThreeUK. Account closed, told it would refund any credit. Get a letter saying account is in credit but need to call to get it. Obviously calling isn’t working currently. Sorted now with great chat support. Fine now, just sneaky.

@ThreeUKSupport It finally kicked in around 11pm that day I don’t think I had problems with other services..data just seems to be an issue with my phone..a lot! I find I have to switch it off and on quite a bit or go in to airplane mode to get data back...since I’ve had it...

@Lisa22899569 @ThreeUK Yep same issue here for my daughter and anyone else there on 3 mobile. Everyone on other networks no problem at all. It was the same last year so they’ve had plenty of time to sort it out. My daughter will be leaving 3 mobile after this. Useless!
