    @ThreeUKSupport It finally kicked in around 11pm that day I don’t think I had problems with other services..data just seems to be an issue with my phone..a lot! I find I have to switch it off and on quite a bit or go in to airplane mode to get data back...since I’ve had it...

    Very sneaky from @ThreeUK. Account closed, told it would refund any credit. Get a letter saying account is in credit but need to call to get it. Obviously calling isn’t working currently. Sorted now with great chat support. Fine now, just sneaky.

    @ThreeUKSupport In fairness like most 3 customers I have never experienced any real problems with the network to be fair.... Unlike every other network they are always down or having issues hence why I went to 3 in the first place.... I'm a network engineer and 3 are the best by a long way....

    @ThreeUKSupport Ordered a new sim only contact back in Nov. Never arrived. Called up,replacement sent out. Sim arrived 20 days later. Has never worked. What I guess to be the replacement sim arrived 24 Dec. Sealed empty envelope. (1/2)

    @ThreeUKSupport Ah that could explain it. I’ve not tried changing to 3G only, but like I say, my phone doesn’t automatically connect to 3G, it just goes to ‘No Service’. Does this also explain why my signal doesn’t come back for around 20 minutes after going past the fault area?
