    Shocking service from @ThreeUK. Online chat function was ace when trying to sell me something (a mobile broadband router to enable me to work from home before broadband is installed) and was assured it would be able to stream. Now using it, it can't. Can't just about load pages.

    Hi @ThreeUK let’s have an honest chat about how bad your service has become in the last two years. Poor or no 4G coverage across most of central and west London. Five bars but no actual data connection. Coverage maps that are just made up!

    @ThreeUKSupport I had all the lights on the router. Devices showing as connected, Mac showed an IP address for connection, but there was no internet on any device. It resolved itself after about 10 minutes, the longest 10 minutes of my life! Seemed like the network dropped.

    @ThreeUK hi Three if you’re going to basically suspend customer service you should at least make sure your website works. I can’t change my plan to a sim only, either through the app or online. I’m cancelling my plan if you don’t get back to me today with this fixed.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport 2 phones both **** reception £160 a month for years ! also being told ive used 1500 minutes when ive never used this amount ! only to find out today also beong connected to wifi calls they have the cheek to include this in my paid unlimited minutes !!!! useless customer service

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I contacted one of your operators, but was only pointed to reset my phone, as there was nothing you could do about the poor signal in the area. Basically unless you improve your range, it's a waste of time having your service

    @ThreeUKSupport Why on earth would you flag my credit report with bad debt? Despite paying for a sim contract I did not use because of poor connection in my area, I contacted your customer service with no solution provided. Yet , you rolled over my contract after one year.

    @ThreeUKSupport I continued to pay for same sim I did not use after my contract ended because my contract was automatically rolled over without notice from you.When I realised this, I contacted customer service to end contract. Call handler asked if I wanted to retain the sim?

    @ThreeUK Why wont you stop taking money from me after I asked to cancel? You're using some PAC work around and now wont stop charging me for a sim card I don't even have any more. Stop treating me like a cash cow, I'm hardly have any money!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura. I appreciate that you want to help but I am past wasting hours online/on phone talking. Last year I had multiple weeks of issues, the connection continues to be patchy. Sometimes fine, then not. I shall be signing up to @CommunityFibre at my earliest opportunity.
