    @virginmedia how many months are we supposed to accept an unreliable substandard service in KT2 and how much compensation will we get? Using a @ThreeUK 5G router as backup, it’s not 1GB but at least it is consistent!

    Wow - terrible @ThreeUK customer support - been an ongoing 5G fault in my area and support say it’s not fixed and no idea how long so can cancel contract for zero cost - so basically saying find another operator …

    @JohnnyUtah4567 @ThreeUKSupport Never a delay in taking payments, only delays when things go wrong. Have spoken with a web chat advisor now and if not resolved by week end I will be looking at other networks that offer better security.

    Hey @ThreeUK , FYI @ThreeUKSupport have failed to resolve my issue after my number was wrongly disconnected nearly 2 months ago, so I've now moved my business to a new provider. TBH you have been one of the worst utility companies I've dealt with in 30 years. Appalling service.

    Dear @ThreeUK. I've complained for months about the awful coverage I get in my flat since you did engineering work more than 6 months ago. You disconnected me after I cancelled my DD. I am now with Vodafone and it is a million times better. You aren't getting a penny from me.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, thanks for the reply. My calls won't connect. This happened last week and I got sent a new sim. Network has been fine all day and now I can't call and calls will not connect to me. When I am trying to make a call, my mobile network will disconnect and my texts don't send (1)

    @ThreeUK ur customer service is absolutely ridiculous. I have been trying to get my phone blocked since last three months and despite calling dozens of times, resending email with the proof of purchase I have had no luck. Someone out there is still using my phone that was picked.
