    @Tessek1983 @ThreeUK There is an option in Android and iPhone settings to switch off the emergency alert system, so if your phone didn't go off today then check your settings to ensure that it is switched on. You must also have been connected to 4G or 5G, 3G would not work. Thanks - Siân 3/3

    @Tessek1983 @ThreeUK If you didn't receive the UK emergency alert, it could be due to several reasons. The alert is designed to be sent to specific areas using 4G and 5G networks, and if you are not connected to these networks, you will not receive the alert. 1/3

    @Tessek1983 @ThreeUK Additionally, if your device is not updated to the latest software version, it may not be able to receive the alert. It's also possible that the alert was not sent to your location due to network issues or other technical reasons. 2/3
