@virginmedia how many months are we supposed to accept an unreliable substandard service in KT2 and how much compensation will we get? Using a @ThreeUK 5G router as backup, it’s not 1GB but at least it is consistent!

Wow - terrible @ThreeUK customer support - been an ongoing 5G fault in my area and support say it’s not fixed and no idea how long so can cancel contract for zero cost - so basically saying find another operator …

@SMARTYMobileUK The only time I don't have internet issues is when I have connected to one of @ThreeUK 5g Masts and recieving 5G speeds... which even that is very rare....

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve spoken to loads of advisors even promised a call back two weeks ago now, still no calls. I’m so disappointed in the service, I was told there was 4g coverage rather than 5g but I didn’t realise that meant it was so bad I couldn’t even use it to work

@ThreeUKSupport No. 3 hours on phone with 6 different support reps, it’s now 1am in New Zealand and I’m getting the same error I had 3 hours ago. I’ve been with 3 since 2014, primarily because of how good your roaming was back then. It’s been dreadful this past year, and this is the final straw
