@ThreeUKSupport Maybe, but performance has dropped of a cliff recently. Usually 50/30, 40/25 never 20/1. It never drops to wifi calling unless data speed drops as well.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Kymberlie, went to chat support and they first told me I'd not been charged, then that the SIM wasn't active, then that is WAS active, then to go to point of sale for refund, then that there was no refund possible and that the SIM was fine - even though it's not 'readable'
