    If I didn’t have @ThreeUK Wifi calling I’d be totally cut off. I’m on my second iPhone now and a second SIM and I still get ‘No Service’. The phone doesn’t find the network or the WiFi, so I have to go in to settings and reconnect. 5 min later, same thing. I give up. 😭

    @ThreeUKSupport No it hasn’t, but a 3rd attempt later on actually went through. So I’m now gonna see if Barclays can cancel the two previously-failed transactions.

    Been a weekend of internet hell. Broadband’s broken. @ThreeUK 4G was really patchy to the point there was barely any connection. Still having problems. Please sort it out.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, it still doesn’t work at all. I turned on 4G data under suggestion of a 3 store but still nothing. A week ago it worked very well while I was home, now as soon as I step into my house, it starts not working at all.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been a customer for years and years. Yes, WiFi calling and texting has been vital over the last few years, especially now on the TFL network. I'm disappointed that I may have to change to a different provider if you can't offer this service any longer.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi there I am flying out to a country where it is free to use the 3 network,so if I phone someone who is in 3 network or a different network will I get charge and I will be phoning them back in the Uk or in the same country as there coming with me #help @ThreeUK

    Got an email from @ThreeUK today forcing me into a new long-term contract (despite being a customer for >6yrs) and hence voiding my eligibility to continue using Go Roam from 23 May. @ThreeUK if I can't use Go Roam I'll be switching.. you can take this as my 30 days' notice.

    I never had spam callers with @virginmedia why do I get like 10 a day with @ThreeUK constantly blocking unknown numbers is getting on my nerves.

    @ThreeUK I requested a new SIM yesterday, as my current one is faulty - my SIM is literally falling apart, 24 hours later, you tell me my application was unsuccessful, AFTER Customer Service closed for the day. Can't say I'm impressed by this!
