    Absolutely ripped off by @ThreeUK for business. When I signed up, I asked for international calling - and it was never added to my account - but I had no way of knowing bc their business accounts don’t have online portals. We had to make a call to the US & got charged over £100.

    @ibuckley @ThreeUK I called them today and they informed me there was some kind of issue ... I only get 1 bar of 3G service and the chap was meant to call me back That was over four hours ago 🙈🙈 #hadenough

    3rd day of w/o network, and no one picking up at customer service. Seems @ThreeUK don’t care about their pay-as-you-go customers. 100GB pack seemed too good to be true and turned out ...it is!

    @ThreeUKSupport This is the offer from the manager of the complaints department! It’s insulting! I think you guys are trying to enrage us. Atleast I got the truth about you guys not having a clue when the network will be fixed! It’s about time you’re open with your customers!

    @ThreeUKSupport can you please kindly let me know , why I’ve not been able to pick up a replacement SIM card in person @ a three store. I wen to the store in Bayswater — and the customer service agents that I spoke to Agnes & Jelani told me their hands are tied.

    Why is the 3 app so hard to use, can't have WiFi on but I have no 4G, it's redirected me 10x and the button to reset the password doesn't work 🤔 @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport are a ******* joke! 2nd level complaint, 8 months without usable service and they offer me £5 credit on my £89 a month bill! I get dizzying speeds of 0.2mbs. Can hardly make a call. @Three_Is_Broken

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, who do I report bad upload speeds too on the threeuk network? In my area, tw27BP, the upload speeds are awful, facetime videos cut out all the time, people who I am talking too can't hear me. My wifi is down at the minute, so using mobile data

    @ThreeUKSupport It's ok, third time lucky on chat she finally found someone who knows what they are doing who fixed the issue. Credit score affected by your companies error, however.

    @ThreeUK Worse Network out there! Your customer service is a joke. Since I’ve joined had nothing but problems slow internet, poor coverage and when I’ve tried to get in contact with a manger just passed about and being fobbed off with poor excuses.

    . @ThreeUK do your agents have access to unencrypted passwords for your customers? One of them just asked for our password over the phone (which in itself is really bad practice) then on answering with a temporary password, said it wasn't what he had on record.

    @ThreeUKSupport we then got told that's it just bad luck that our pre ordered phones are now out of stock.. on resolve offered was pick different phones 🙄 Advised on call this would make things so much easier at your end...you should be honouring our original deal with the phones we selected 😡

    @madonskis @ThreeUK I know!!! It’s been like this for a year. I’ve had a three phone for 10 years and it’s never been like this. The website says very good coverage. Several operators have told me that it’s actually “restricted” and some tell me “the problem taking longer than expected to fix”

    @ThreeUKSupport sorry steph this is my last resort. live chat... calls to customer care team still nobody's sorted this. again no further forward. and no upgrades on the way. we got told yesterday the phones which were pre ordered on January19th are no longer in stock?

    @ThreeUKSupport No, I was advised that I could pay off the balance and then he services would be reconnected, I arranged this with 3 even after they sent it to debt collection, they said I could do that. Deepak, from customer service has escalated it to a complaint and I'm hoping to 1/2

    @ThreeUKSupport What's going on with your terrible customer service? It's taken me two days to find someone that says they can actually fix the problem. I've been cut off twice yet they don't call back. And there's no direct number for me to call them. #atrocious
