    Definitely looking to come of @ThreeUK I’m fed up of bad internet. I thought it was my area but been in London last two days, usually good here but it’s been horrible. Got full signal. It won’t even load to check my data. You cant even be on Wi-Fi that.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi yes, it is correct but it’s also not linked to just one post code this is a near constant problem and switching between 3G / 4G doesn’t help. My phone signal is always fine for calls and texts it’s just the internet.

    @Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

    @Jimmyavenger @PositiveLad @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Vodaphone have been issue less since I took them up in March. £22 a month for unlimited EU calls, texts and data (no cap) plus 500 US minutes and global roaming for free. Oh AND they threw in a years free subscription to either Spotify or now tv

    @ThreeUKSupport Tried that, doesn't work. Didn't expect it to, because this is not an overuse problem. Greyhound lane has been like this for years. It is obviously a weak/faulty signal. The local transmitter needs repairing/boosting. Please get it sorted. Thank you.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes the customer service is so unhelpful. They said i should’ve had a tracking id but 3 never sent me one. They said in any case they won’t be able to change the address because i don’t have my sim. If i had my sim I would’ve done it over the app!

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been struggling for the past 2 weeks to have my sim sent to my new address in uk so that my mom could post it to me. But the customer service is so unhelpful despite going through all security checks. What’s the point of a password on acocunt if i can’t even change address?

    @ThreeUK "We’re fixing an issue with our network in this area" This message has been up for more than a MONTH. Downloading at ~0.6 mbps, constant timeouts, can't stream music, email is unreliable. I'm paying you for phones and broadband. FIX IT.

    Dear @iD_Mobile_UK, out of the 50 days I've been a customer you have provided unusable 4G & minimal 3G for 20 of them. Please sort out @ThreeUK or cancel my contract penalty free, because I don't intend paying for your poor level of service for much longer.

    Without question, @ThreeUK are the worst company I have dealt with. Trying to return a handset is like pulling hens teeth. Another 30 minute call being spoken to like an idiot. That's 3 calls where an advisor has tried the hard sell to not take the phone back. I'm done

    @ThreeUK are there still problems in bristol bs8 area I was told a year ago there were signal issues and my home area is essentially a signal black spot. My phone says 4g full signal but I can’t connect or do anything in that area. SO BAD
