  • Lu_uke Luke (@Lu_uke) reported from Merton, England

@ThreeUKSupport My phone is iPhone 11 Pro Max and my husband is the iPhone X max. Both of them with the same problem. Cmon, I’m regretting to made that contract with you guys!

  • StreetCube StreetCube (@StreetCube) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@IfIKnewThen @Tell2k @ThreeUK The point is, is that it’s Virgin Media’s obligation to keep their fee-paying clients informed with truth and transparency. Anything less is an insult. Accidents happen, (as with the fibre optic ****-up) but lying, misleading and manipulating is utterly deplorable, #leavevirgin

  • vickiearl_earl Victoria Earl (@vickiearl_earl) reported from Hillingdon, England

@ThreeUK absolutely shocking service on the phone. Trying to cancel an upgrade! The man kept me on phone 35 minutes, unable to understand me or me him! Unable to confirm it was cancelled, told me to call back in 2 days! Blood pressure at boiling point

  • Soldoutpromoter Lifestyle Connoisseur (@Soldoutpromoter) reported from Ealing, England

What have you guys done to the network @ThreeUK this is unbearable

  • Jdunne9407uk John Dunne (@Jdunne9407uk) reported from Merton, England

@ThreeUK Ha ha you can’t even get 4g right in London let alone 5g. Seriously shocking service and signal from 3 for months

  • wallisday Wallis Day (@wallisday) reported from Lambeth, England

@ThreeUK need someone to call me ASAP about your utter shit customer service because I cut mine and my family’s contracts immeadiately

  • miserablekings Miserable Kingston (@miserablekings) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@ThreeUKSupport @aanteater_ I’ll be doing the same. The service is abysmal in this area. Today it’s unusable, again. Generic promises of 5G are irrelevant when the basics are broken.

  • Nomaan00 Nomaan Ali (@Nomaan00) reported from Wandsworth, England

@ThreeUKSupport I ain't asking you for Santa's post code...Yes, it is your crap service. My post code is KT12RF. Now dont start sucking it like a popsicle, do something about it.

  • Lu_uke Luke (@Lu_uke) reported from Merton, England

@ThreeUKSupport Oooo that’s the point, I live in CR42BA and it is terrible here. I work in SM45JD and, I don’t have words to describe how bad it is there. My husband was #O2 and I asked him to come to @ThreeUK he is complaining and saying it has been his worst decision ever to 📱

  • o0MattE0o Matthew John Earley (@o0MattE0o) reported from Hillingdon, England

@ThreeUKSupport Issues at : UB7 8LZ 3G is little faster than 4G but when I'm at work RG12 1PU I get very good speeds. So don't want to turn off 4G

  • wallisday Wallis Day (@wallisday) reported from Lambeth, England

@ThreeUK need someone to call me ASAP about your utter shit customer service before I cut mine and my family’s contracts immeadiately

  • aanteater_ Aanteater_ (@aanteater_) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@miserablekings @three @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I literally don’t even know what to do about this. And yet, out goes the money from my account for a service I’m NOT GETTING. @ThreeUK

  • VickyPukis Vicks That Foreign (@VickyPukis) reported from London, England

Get back to London and my phone signal is worse than being in Paris. @ThreeUK sort your shit out!

  • wallisday Wallis Day (@wallisday) reported from Lambeth, England

No like I’m actually mad. Why are @ThreeUK sooooo shit. Someone recommend a good network provider in the UK - including home internet etc please.

  • jasonford1988 Jason Ford (@jasonford1988) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@Mumma_haley35 @virginmedia Sounds that way. Unfortunately @ThreeUK seem to be having issues in KT2 as well, so even my 4G isn’t working very well on my phone. Telco needs to move into the modern world of customer service, maybe @Ofcom need to change their regulations.

  • danjmcdowell Dan McDowell (@danjmcdowell) reported from Hillingdon, England

I think I’m going to have to abandon @ThreeUK for another network. Since moving to London five weeks ago I have had no phone signal when in my flat and intermittent to no data when in Central London on both 3G and 4G. My phone has become a useless space grey rectangle.

  • zoeycol Zoe. (@zoeycol) reported from London, England

@amelia_jk @ThreeUK Honestly it’s ridiculous how bad they are! Yet keep signing back up with them

  • NowHearThisUK Now Hear This (@NowHearThisUK) reported from Hillingdon, England

priceless...call eventually answered by @ThreeUK to be told they have found a ‘significant piece of information on my account’ and have placed me on hold again. All I want to do is cancel my account

  • danjmcdowell Dan McDowell (@danjmcdowell) reported from Camden Town, England

@ThreeUKSupport The signal for 3G-only isn’t that great either. I can make calls just fine, but data is a real problem. At home I wouldn’t be able to use my phone at all without WiFi calling enabled.

  • stephweller97 Steph Weller (@stephweller97) reported from Guildford, England

@ThreeUKSupport Everywhere I go I get no data signal! And turning it to 3G like your Reading store colleagues suggested doesn’t work either!

  • thejackal10111 jackal (@thejackal10111) reported

@ThreeUK Yes I never got it

  • Dr_Jon John Michael Leslie (@Dr_Jon) reported

I forgot about the Emergency Alert this afternoon... luckily being on @ThreeUK they didn't give me a shock but let me enjoy my afternoon in peace... Bit of a worry if a #ZombieApocalypse happens tho...

  • frobiu5 Steve Brain (@frobiu5) reported

@harrisonamj @ThreeUK Yep. Apparently about 90% or so of devices connected to the Three network (including Smarty and other MVNOs) didn’t get the alert.

  • heads_electric Electric Scooter Heads (@heads_electric) reported

Right then will be leaving THREE network #useless #emergencyalert @ThreeUK trust no one

  • XRPDanXRP Daniel (@XRPDanXRP) reported

@ThreeUK Now we know a rather high proportion of 3 customers didn't receive the emergency alert as I was one how do you A) plan to reassure your customers that they can have faith in the next important notice is distributed B) what was the issue?!! Really worrying I may look to switch.

  • JudiDoodlecat Dame Judi Doodlecat🩲🟨🟥🇵🇸 (@JudiDoodlecat) reported

@ThreeUK Well, hopefully you sort it out before your whole customer base dies in a natural disaster...

  • polbikers Kevin 🌍🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ #ToriesOut #NoLGBWithoutTheT (@polbikers) reported

@sarumbear @ThreeUK Yep. But should that matter? It’s supposed to be a national alert system. 1 out of 6 smartphones, across 2 1/2 networks all on 4G is pretty **** performance.

  • emmajwaring Emma Waring (@emmajwaring) reported

@Tom_Glenwright @ThreeUK Yeah, I’ll happily swap the ability to receive emergency alerts for some semblance of a reliable signal…

  • neilmcrae Neil J. McRae (@neilmcrae) reported

I’m a @ThreeUK customer and didn’t get the alert - I have yet to hear that anyone on Three did.

  • SteadyEddieDon Eddie (@SteadyEddieDon) reported

@ThreeUK No worries lads, it's not like an emergency alert will be used for emergencies or anything. 👍🏻
