@ThreeUKSupport There is a cooling off period for cancelling contracts made in store (14 days from activation) but if not stores are open to cancel then how can this be done? Cancelling because I no longer require the free data roaming in Brazil as all U.K. flights to Brazil are now cancelled.

@ThreeUK I have been using your 3 mobile broadband. I haven't got the optimal performance as expected from a 3 broadband. Having issues connecting to meetings or lag in buffering. Very bad service. The mobile 5G works better than that.

@winstano @ThreeUK I left them in 2008 after I left a dongle on the train, and instead of blocking it, they were trying to convince me that I just didn’t understand how it connects to my laptop and that would solve my technical issue. I’d rather not have a phone than ever use them again.

Not had any signal the whole day…. @ThreeUK I know works are happening in SE23, but how am I still not having signal 18 miles away in the other end of London? How do I cancel my contract with 1 year left, because I’ve had signal about 4 days out of the past year
