@ThreeUK I’m in London, wife in Devon. Neither of us are able to use our phones currently. Our Three home WiFi also down so all home entertainment not working. This isn’t ‘some’ people affected, it’s most if not all. Appalling.

So 3 Network has been down as early as 4:30am .. it’s now Lunchtime for me at work and still no Data or Phone Services available 😤🤔 having to resort to my work WiFi 😭 I have Unlimited Data WTF .. so I’m expecting a days compensation @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

@MontyTweeet @ThreeUK Unlimited everything. £20 a month. Altho internet connection is so shit i have to switch 4g off every now and then to use it. And compared to virgin’s 4G. It’s sooooooooo much slower.

@ThreeUKSupport In fairness like most 3 customers I have never experienced any real problems with the network to be fair.... Unlike every other network they are always down or having issues hence why I went to 3 in the first place.... I'm a network engineer and 3 are the best by a long way....

Following on from @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport conversations previously, I tried once again to update my direct debit …. Still the same response. Screenshots shared. They may, as a provider, give everything I need at a semi-reasonable cost but the customer service is shockingly 💩
