    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been to the support chat 5 times and each time I’ve been told the issue is on my end (after waiting 2.5hrs for level 2 support). Also, If you think that providing more tech data on the issue slows you down, I really don’t know what to say.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hey my 5g broadband doesn't allow Amazon Echo (other echoes work only this one doesn't) to connect to its config server. Can you please raise this with your network team? As they must've shut something down. There's lots of complaints about this without resolution

    @ThreeUK the worst service ever both 4g and calls. My biggest mistake to join them. I would advise everyone to join other service but never ever 3. You will regret it.

    @CliffBraham57 @ThreeUKSupport I would highly advise taking your service elsewhere. Thousands of customers are living in areas with mast problems and no estimated fix date has been provided.
