    If I didn’t have @ThreeUK Wifi calling I’d be totally cut off. I’m on my second iPhone now and a second SIM and I still get ‘No Service’. The phone doesn’t find the network or the WiFi, so I have to go in to settings and reconnect. 5 min later, same thing. I give up. 😭

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been a customer for years and years. Yes, WiFi calling and texting has been vital over the last few years, especially now on the TFL network. I'm disappointed that I may have to change to a different provider if you can't offer this service any longer.

    .@ThreeUKSupport tells me the @ThreeUK InTouch app is being discontinued with no alternative to customers that have poor signal in their homes, unless we change to a new phone. I'm not happy with this and will consider changing both my phone and wife's to a different operator.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I did, spoke to two different people: Manzar and Moiez Shaikh and my complaint number was : 3248 7667. I was told verbatim that bills raised in error can’t be cancelled at all by anybody even if I flagged it before you take the payment.

    @ThreeUK do I have to go to Offcom to get any customer support? So far 9 phone calls in which I've (eventually) navigated to talking to a customer support person to be left hanging for 20+ minutes with no answer, and an online chat ended with 'sorry we have no CS available '
