Wow - terrible @ThreeUK customer support - been an ongoing 5G fault in my area and support say it’s not fixed and no idea how long so can cancel contract for zero cost - so basically saying find another operator …

@ThreeUKSupport Nope, it’s with Three. He isn’t using the PAYG, he’s already got a contract with Three. It was what we was told for me to get the old number on my new contract. I’ve been told I’ve got to wait 48 more hours, then phone up and wait another 24 hours! It’s never ending!

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, it’s EN9 1UH my device is iPhone 12. I actually have to be upstairs to get any sort of signal strength with 4G. So currently unable to use my phone in my house unless I’m upstairs 👍🏻

@SMARTYMobileUK The only time I don't have internet issues is when I have connected to one of @ThreeUK 5g Masts and recieving 5G speeds... which even that is very rare....

@ThreeUKSupport @SheeMeeHeer So Mark (Three) - I just renewed to be safe but in two years time as a loyal customer I ll be paying this Roaming charges outside of the 70 destinations ( £2/day and £5/day) if I renew my contract again - so I ll have to not renew and leave it running as it is to not pay this!

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I went on and checked as I didn't realise it wasn't paid. It said I owed so paid it, it refunded then I had to do it again. Husbands did the same but the bank isn't showing any attempts which is unusual as it goes out every month no issue. I'll keep an eye on it next month

@ThreeUKSupport I think it’s actually more broken than just the sim! The phone was ordered 31.12.20. What are the options available to us. I think it is too early to have an early upgrade. Is the only other option starting a new contract?

@ThreeUK I’m having problems with mobile data - full signal, 4G on but everything really slow to load / sometimes won’t load at all as though I’m not connected to the internet. Am on latest updates and have tried restarting, removing SIM card etc. Can you advise?

@ThreeUKSupport It was dropped and had moisture on the sim so not a manufacturing issue, definitely more a user error. We are abroad right now. Insurance unfortunately doesn’t cover mobiles.

@ThreeUKSupport @McDermottQC Go Roam (feel at home) was literally the only reason for me choosing Three a number of years ago. Now this has been revoked I have since move to O2 which still provide this service in Europe at least.
