I love the fact that in this day and age I still can’t get signal on my phone at work. And seeing as my hours keep going up and I spent my life there these days it isn’t good @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport. My phone basically becomes a very expensive iPod for 7 or more hours a day.😒🙄

@ThreeUKSupport I have spoken to them already, they are unsure why this has happened as they never have issues in store online purchases. I’m more concerned about putting in a complaint about this whole ordeal.

@ThreeUKSupport Everyone seems to have issues whatever network they are on (I presume so but I’ve not asked everyone what network they are on). It’s the only downside of where I work. Its just very annoying not being able to use my phone on my breaks.

@ThreeUKSupport Doesn't work on the Northern Line between Borough and Archway - no idea beyond that. Been working fine for years and stopped mid last week.

@ThreeUKSupport mobile was stolen yesterday, paid upfront costs to get a new device delivered today. It’s now not coming with no explanation. Guy on the phone says it’s not his problem. That is not okay…

@ThreeUK can you provide constant 5g speed to my mobile? Why are you limiting my data speed? 5g of your #three is rubbish! Why my streaming getting pauses on data and the moment i switch to the #WiFi it's back with no issues? Stop being greedy atleast provide service i pay for.

@judgesmobile @ThreeUKSupport @Think_London ID Mobile actually uses the 3 network so thats probably why they don't care too much, but out of curiosity, how are you finding ID Mobile? Thinking of switching to them myself from 3.. Its the same network, but cheaper and no roaming charges so seems to make sense 🤷

Lee Dickinson

@ThreeUKSupport Then as a reputable company such as Three they should make a one off credit to the customer rather than lie and inconvenience them. The amount of time I've wasted on the phone with incompetent members of staff is worrying.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi there, some unexpected charges are on my acc for the last few days. I need to see an itemised view to see which number has caused these. I’ve spoken to webchat twice and both times they’ve said they would send me it via email and then haven’t - please help!

@ThreeUKSupport Contract was coming to end. Went in store to discuss options. Obviously errors were made as I have not only been charged £98 but there seems to be confusion over start date. However, I’ve just been told it’s my fault & I should complain in store. This is a business Acc!

Any UK followers in London on the @ThreeUKSupport network? Noticed that Virgin Media Wifi no longer works and you have to connect to Three’s own hotspot when on TfL? Had any success? There were no such hotspots on the Elizabeth Line earlier. Huge step backwards :(
-
Richard Gendal Brown
(@gendal) reported
@virginmedia The problem is this: @ThreeUK customers on TfL have always been able to access internet using Virgin Media access points. You have to set up a password but it works. Until now. Now, if I try to use your access points, a message from Three comes up saying it’s no longer supported.
