  @ThreeUKSupport Nothing. Windows 10 doesn't recognise the repository on the dongle containing the driver etc software so doesn't load it. Luckily I have the occasional bright idea and shared the dongle's respository across my network from a Windows 7 laptop and installed it that way

  @ThreeUKSupport phoned twice today to cancel a contract and have been hung up on twice after waiting in a queue for 30 minutes then an hour. How else can I cancel the contract without phoning your call centres
