    Now I being told to wait another two days for a PUK code so no phone for 4 days! This is a shambles for a customer who has paid on time every time their over priced tariff!! @threeuk this is unacceptable! I’ve already put in a complaint with the ombudsman- absolute disgrace

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK I left @ThreeUK during contract for no charge. Keep pushing them, especially when they ask if your issue has been resolved. Keep saying no! Best move i ever made!

    @ThreeUKSupport My upgrade is due in July and I’m having serious doubts about whether to renew with 3 after 8/9 years due to the terrible signal. Looking at your timeline this is happening in a lot of locations and 3 appear

    @ThreeUKSupport I can’t get anything on 4G as you can see by the screenshot despite your coverage checker saying the signal is excellent. This issue has been going on for ages. It’s not my sim or phone as my daughter is having the same problem.

    @ThreeUKSupport There are 3 screenshots. One blatantly states problem with network with the 4G sign in the corner. I’ll try the live chat again for about the 100th time but I’m getting fed up of going between pillar and post and getting nowhere

    Absolutely sick and tired of @ThreeUK no consistent network for a year. Over charging me on boosters that should’ve been removed 6 month ago. Having to stop my direct debit as none of the staff was able to sort this for over a month, being refused to speak to a manager 1/2

    It’s a bit rubbish the @ThreeUK Home Signal is only 3G so to use it have to turn phone to 3G only so it won’t won’t roam on to 4G macro cell. Guess useful if local network outage

    @ThreeUKSupport Hello Fraser no never did service was unavailable tried it several times. About 11pm last night we got 4g back so I guess the work had been done. I had to go out about 9pm and the mast had trucks by it. It would have been nice to have had a text to say about the work regardsCliff

    @ThreeUKSupport I preferred it on the 21st Oct...was meant to come on the 11th Nov chased for a week and have been fed false information that it’s coming maybe tomorrow call back then only to find out there was an IT issue shock and it was never sent same old story again by the looks of it

    @ThreeUKSupport I've written twice , had 2 replies saying they need a signature, so I wrote again , now saying it's the wrong address , I've phoned and when I have got through the systems are down , I can't get through and I need to close it as like many others I'm out of work due to covid
