@JakeFCohen @ThreeUK Totally agree and wouldn’t want to see this as a trend when women’s football is in such an exciting period of potential commercial growth. It only became weird when you started getting bizarre clap backs from a phone network...

  • Machie_
Maciej Bugala (@Machie_) reported from Paddington, England

3rd day of w/o network, and no one picking up at customer service. Seems @ThreeUK don’t care about their pay-as-you-go customers. 100GB pack seemed too good to be true and turned out ...it is!

  • JakeFCohen
Jake Cohen (@JakeFCohen) reported from Brentford, England

@ThreeUK @Lionesses nah, you’re engaging in a poor attempt at ambush marketing and virtue signalling about “supporting the @Lionesses,” but wont actually spend any of that £4 billion profit on investing in the game or you know, actually supporting the squad

  • mdighe
Massimo Dighe 🇪🇺 (@mdighe) reported from Paddington, England

@ThreeUK Hi, I bought online a sim a week ago but I haven’t received anything. The phone number on the mail is closed, the chat is not working and there’s no way to contact you. In the meantime I’m paying my monthly fee. How can I check where my sim is?Can I collect from a store?

  • adeymusto
Adrian Musto (@adeymusto) reported from Brentford, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, it’s NW10 3AA but I have the issue in many parts of London, especially central areas like Oxford Circus. Phone is iPhone 11 Pro.

  • snaprails
Don Constance (@snaprails) reported from Ealing, England

@ThreeUKSupport Of course I have. How else would your live chat person have been able to a: verify my security answer s & b: re-enable my login. I don't use your app, it's a pile of... well let's just say it wasn't a positive experience.

  • arhessey
Andy R Hessey (@arhessey) reported from Brentford, England

@ThreeUK it’s only the second day of August and already we have a winner for the “Worst Customer Service Call” and “Agent who totally missed the point”. Can’t recall the last time I had such a bad experience!

  • gundisalvus19
𝙶𝚞𝚗𝚍𝚒𝚜𝚊𝚕𝚟𝚞𝚜 (@gundisalvus19) reported from Paddington, England

Hi @ThreeUK. Guys you need to improve your service, how is it possible to be at home (London Z2) "using the 4G" & I'm not even able to load Netflix on my phone. Honestly, I was considering upgrading, but with this service maybe I'll have to change provider. Thanks 🦾

  • SHPETeacher13
Sam Skinner (@SHPETeacher13) reported from Hammersmith, England

@ThreeUK You’re unable to block a stolen phone... your website is not secure. My friend is having a great deal of difficulty getting answers and support. @Ofcom

  • Nickjames820
Red Beard (@Nickjames820) reported from Paddington, England

@ThreeUKSupport Strange how the call drops and your request can’t be completed just when compensation it being agreed. Sort your bloody network out! It’s a disgrace! I won’t be giving you another penny.

  • olicollett
Oliver Collett (@olicollett) reported from Ealing, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • grantdotdev
    Grant | Dev (@grantdotdev) reported

I've been infuriated with @ThreeUK for over a month. My iPhone shows 4G or 5G and 4 bars of signal, yet I can't load webpages, check email, view social media or even load my @MCardtravel app to open my bus ticket. I thought the @VodafoneThreeUK acquisition was to improve signal?!

  • bearded_courier
    the_bearded_courier 🇬🇧 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@bearded_courier) reported

And for the previous 22 days you will have charged me £9.88. How on earth does this make any sense what so ever. So now instead of keeping me as a customer I will be moving all four of these plans to another network. Seems 20+ years of loyalty means zip in the world of @ThreeUK

  • IdeasDirectory
    ideas.directory (@IdeasDirectory) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Worst part Rob, they recycle and give away your number to somebody else after few months but will refuse to port it back or sell it back to you This is a huge privacy issue which @ofcom doesn't seem to care

  • stevie_builds
    stevie (@stevie_builds) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Same as what Jakey was saying. I was on Telstra (aussie), while i was in SEA. PAYG, and id still receive texts, but after 7-8 months they told me they were gonna cancel my plan because i hadnt recharged... luckily they planned to do that the day i got back, but if i just paid $30 to recharge after 7 months i guess that would have given me another 7 months...

  • jnafr
    FINGERSJOHN✌ (@jnafr) reported

Back in B43 Uk dreadful service @ThreeUKSupport

  • helloitsolly
    Olly (@helloitsolly) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK @GoRoamless Does that mean if you were on holiday for 2 months and didn't use it, they would also cancel? Seems odd Either way, Roamless will be very useful to have if you continue to travel as it's esim, works everywhere, does text and does calls

  • rhysllwyd
    Rhys Llwyd (@rhysllwyd) reported

Unfortunatelly @ThreeUKSupport are similar in my town center (Caernarfon, North Wales). Phones shows there is 4G signal but often nothing loads. They’ve said in the past it’s a local temporary fault. But I’m sure it’s bandwidth/network capacity issues.

  • stevelacey
    Steve Lacey 🔥 (@stevelacey) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Also you consider getting a Google Voice US number for actual serious things that support it, aka everything non-UK

  • jamiewoodcock
