    It’s a bit rubbish the @ThreeUK Home Signal is only 3G so to use it have to turn phone to 3G only so it won’t won’t roam on to 4G macro cell. Guess useful if local network outage

    Couldn’t agree more! @ThreeUK seem to play tricks to bend the rules & get away with it all. Constant bad signal, lack of customer service & communication, lying about reductions! I’ll be leaving at the end of my contract @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport I can’t get anything on 4G as you can see by the screenshot despite your coverage checker saying the signal is excellent. This issue has been going on for ages. It’s not my sim or phone as my daughter is having the same problem.

    @ThreeUKSupport My upgrade is due in July and I’m having serious doubts about whether to renew with 3 after 8/9 years due to the terrible signal. Looking at your timeline this is happening in a lot of locations and 3 appear

    @ThreeUKSupport Im using an iPhone 7 on iOS 14.7 and my data doesn’t work. Ive factory reset my phone, tuned it off and on and even updated my phone to its latest software but my data doesn’t seem to work. I didn’t have this problem around 2 months ago.

    @ThreeUK Sort your customer service out and stop breaking the law by refusing to cancel my contract. You are on official notice of costs, so far your bill is £600. Absolute bunch of clowns , with no concept of contract law, or consumer rights .

    @ThreeUKSupport Same old story at home again. Looks like you're not connected to a network. Check your settings and try again. Try: Turning off Airplane mode Turning on Mobile data or Wi-Fi Checking the signal in your area

    @ThreeUKSupport Just myself. I never use WiFi, it isn’t as fast as your connection. So I rack up a lot of data usage through the network. Data management being squeezing my connection as Three may feel I’ve surpassed what may be deemed fair usage - I have had this before with other providers.
