@richandprecious @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK You absolutely can leave if they fail to provide service. If give them notice that the service is down and it doesn’t improve demand to end your contract. If they don’t then that is one of the very few things that Ofcom can intervene with (the rest of the time they are useless)

@ThreeUKSupport I rang Three to get technical help and I can't remember which address I'm registered to. I haven't rang you guys in so long so forgot password too. My phone isn't receiving anything and really struggles to connect to anything. Advisor on the phone said they cant help cuz I failed

@ThreeUKSupport I don’t know how many times I can keep saying the same thing. There is no 4G, inside or outside, in CR2 8SY. I don’t care what your systems say. I’ve lived there since 2016 and have never ever ever ever got 4G there. Send your engineers there if you don’t believe me.

@ThreeUK hi can you check my area. Sk6 1qy. Statis checker says no problems. But ive gone from 3 bars 4g to 1 bar. And speeds have dropped to about 1-3mb down. Been getting worse for about a fortnight. Must be a problem around here. Please look into it.

Absolute shocking service from @ThreeUK yet again. Travelling to Norway and currently in Oslo with yet no service or data after being assured international roaming would be activated. If it wasn't for airport wifi I wouldn't be able to speak to my children back in the UK.
