@ThreeUKSupport Well that's nice to know I don't get any money back even though you're the one failing to uphold your end of the contract due to 'congestion.' Guess I'll have to find out if the ombudsman agrees. Yes - normally I got bumped to 3G automatically and even deliberately didn't help.

@SophieEB @giffgaff @ThreeUK Giffgaff is great and when u go abroad I just buy a local sim and you still use your UK number on wats app. So much cheaper!Obviously only works if your phone is not locked to a particular network tho! X

@ThreeUKSupport Hello, exactly that. I was setting up a temp divert to another number while reinstalling my phone. Previously I've been able to do this. Phone is a Sony Xperia 1 III, but this is a standard network feature? It shows greyed out in the phone's SIM menu when it queries the network.

@ThreeUKSupport Manually issuing MMI codes from dialer initially seems to work - "Call forwarding registration was successful" - but checking the menu it actually shows the 3UK voicemail number which is wrong. Phone menu shows an error for "Always forward" option and "Network or SIM card error."

@ThreeUK been a customer for 11+years for 6 family phones & broadband but to change pay date from 28-31 since Jun been a nightmare, you credit me yet still bill higher; phoned emailed lots; your email offered £50 credit for no 7230 I replied yet today you ended service again !
