    @ThreeUK I had a contract with @ThreeUK I have warts experience with them. I cancelled my contract. Still they took my money. Send me a letter saying mistakenly took my money they gonna send me back it's been 4 months now they didn't send it. It's very poor service they have got

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m very unhappy you’re canceling my broadband 6 months into a 12 month contract. I wouldn’t have been able to cancel at this point. You should satisfy your obligations. 4 days of disruption when I’m trying to work from home is unacceptable.

    @PhillWPE @stephpb @ThreeUKSupport When I was on my iPhone I used to leave it on 3g a lot. During lockdown didn't have this issue. Three obviously have capacity issues in Camden / KT area.

    Dear @ThreeUK There is a problem that needs to be resolved with regards to my plan. Everytime I speak and get transferred (saying there is no much of a wait) to the billing team, there is no response. What is the problem?

    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah still have my 5 contracts took it's time too sort out since it's outage on the 23/03/20 with some blips no and again but would help to sort old issues out before trying to get new things done first if you get my drift older customers should be more of a priority I think

    @ThreeUK And a lot of **** happened no service no help where were you quick to take payments try to sell 5g but not sort out 4g problems so any answers to that I don't think so only reply was blamed it on the corono virus bad enough with the conspiracy of 5g being bad what a joke 🤣🤣🙈

    @ThreeUK My phone service has been suspended even though my bill is wrong, you’ve agreed it’s wrong, I’ve contacted you 20 times over the last 2 weeks and you still haven’t sorted it. Unbelievable incompetence

    @TfL wow wow wow 4G service on the underground - couldn’t believe my eyes whilst travelling on Jubilee line - better service than overground on @ThreeUK ... thanks @TfL ... took calls in the tunnel... no more waiting or connect to WiFi to fire that late message off #stillamazed

    @ThreeUKSupport never experienced anything this bad... shameful, been in a store for 2 hours and 3 minutes to get a new phone.. the guys working in the shop are calling 3 customer services like the public and can’t get through..it’s mental and disgusting

    @LuSchmoo @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK If you ask for a manager all they say is one will call you - but nobody ever does. Complaining makes no difference to Three. I have asked for a formal complaint but have heard nothing. They really think they are above the law.

    @ThreeUK I left Three a week ago. I wasn’t in contract. You are still direct debiting my bank account, even though I am due a refund for the part-month when I moved to the other network. You’ve also closed my online account so I can’t even see my bills. Can you fix this please?

    @ThreeUK no internet again. It's so unreliable. I've asked if I can cancel in view of the problems and they tell me I will have to pay an exit fee! Surely this is not fair or legal? @virginmedia do you have any suggestions?
