Which was the original issue I was calling for. I’m being charge £46+ and £65+ for a sim only contract. Monthly which is frankly ridiculous.

Every single day I find my self trying to find the network, turning my phone on and off. Last week I even had to replace the SIM!!

I am told today that I have to pay £169. I have been on the phone for over an hour now, speaking with the highest escalation complaints team who have offered me zero solution

It just stops working dead as you reach the station, booting you out of your phone call or data connection. It happened again just now.

I have revealed my password, and I have it written down so I know it's correct. Earlier it just opened and let me in and now it's logged me out. Maybe something is up with my account?
