    @ThreeUKSupport Just spent 20 minutes on the phone to your help. Really patronising advisor who kept saying “we just provide the SIM, we can’t comment on what speeds you’ll get”. He also said the previous advisor shouldn’t have said what speeds I could get in my postcode. What a shambles.

    @ThreeUKSupport It's RM8 it's fixed now and I'm back to my normal 'full' but slow connection. I'm just hoping you launch 5G soon as 4G in this area is just so poor but you know that and nothing you can, or will do, can fix it.

    @ThreeUK Painful company to deal with - you have upgraded my mums contract over a year ago and charged her for both contracts saying she had to cancel the old contract despite it being done in store - now every call to customer services the call drops #poorservice #fraudulent

    @three_broadband @NickHJBurley @ThreeUKSupport Don’t believe them — they said the same to me. I was getting 300Mbps and now can’t get 5G (they told me the same story about the network tool not being updated). Now barely getting 20Mbps on their 4G service, even though I’m on a 5G contract!

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s the same, and why would I use 3G when I’m paying for a service of 4G? Your network keeps fluctuating like massing breeze on and off. I never had this issue with @LycamobileUK. When you call ctc, they ask for post code and everything shows good coverage.But come n see urself

    @ThreeUK you guys need to get a better customer service team. Why am I having to pay for a service that is not being used. A mistake that @ThreeUK did yet nobody knows how to solve the problem or even admiring fault.

    The audacity of these guys that handles @ThreeUK customer service call centres irks me. Talk over you like they’re the one making the payment for you, ridiculous company and service. Utmost disregard of customer value and retention.

    @celeryseller @ThreeUK Oh, Three are horrid. When I signed a contract with them, they told me I was bound for a year and could cancel at any time after that by walking into a shop and asking to do so. When it actually came time for me to cancel, they informed me I couldn’t cancel in the shop…

    @ThreeUK 1 hour and 49 minutes on chat with incompetent people followed by 22 minutes of phone call with complain customer service which was even worst!!! What happens with you Three??? Your customer service is INEXISTENT! Give training to your team!!! Shame of you!

    PayPal may be annoying with changing your name, but so far the crown for worst company IMO goes to @ThreeUK who first time around ignored my proof and didn't respond, and are now claiming they need an enrolled deed poll, which is not a legal requirement in the UK

    @ThreeUKSupport Been calling to complain for 6 months now and everytime u call u end up speaking to a whole nation ,they keep passing u to different teams.u end up speaking to 10 people who all can't help and hang up wasting Ur time at the end.not calling again will send here

    Is anyone else really struggling with @ThreeUK and their account. I have tried three times to cancel an account with them (that should have been cancelled two years ago!)> They have promised that it has been cancelled and I will have a 6 month refund but STILL not cancelled.

    @ThreeUKSupport My frustration is my internet both WiFi and data is **** and both from 3. I try to use my data and it spins for hours,u switch to WiFi and that's worse of the worse but at the end of the month u taken both money out for WiFi and data..why I'm I paying ?
