But if it was a service that you received they are technically allowed to charge you for it. If you didn't receive it then they are not

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been to the support chat 5 times and each time I’ve been told the issue is on my end (after waiting 2.5hrs for level 2 support). Also, If you think that providing more tech data on the issue slows you down, I really don’t know what to say.

    @ThreeUKSupport Will be cancelling my contract. 2 days without being able to receive calls/texts. 2 x new SIM cards. Multiple calls to customer support. 3 x store visits (useless). Multiple live chats. Still not sorted. Now got to wait up to 7 days for someone to call me.
