-
Dartford Town (@DartfordTown) reported from Dartford, England@kianwardgk @btsport @SportsRadar No problem with the commentary, the issue was dropouts. We had 5 and you shouldn't get that on a paid subscription service. Also, they could have given more advance info so we weren't all getting frantic when we had no idea if it was working 5 mins before ko.
-
Alister FULTON (@baldybeardyguy) reported from Rochester, EnglandWeek 5 of broadband speeds so slow with @bt_uk we may as well not have it. 4g is faster. They've fiddled and dig and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom
-
Queen Cooky 🗝 (@cookyh) reported from Leigh, EnglandCurrently in a phone queue to @bt_uk customer services, 20 minute wait!
-
Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England@bt_uk Yes I'm aware of how networks work and the difference between wifi and an ethernet cable, what I'm saying is that your latency issues weren't a thing a month ago with identical everything except name on the contract. Stop dodging responsibility and fix your issues.
-

I have been data on my phonetic work from home .

-
Dartford Town (@DartfordTown) reported from Dartford, EnglandWell I'm sure we were grateful to be able to see the Slough v Dartford game but the live feed was a bit shoddy by @btsport and @SportsRadar. The commentary was OK but the lack of info before the game and numerous losses in transmission were poor. Let's hope it's better next week.
-
Janet E Baldwin (@JanetEBaldwin) reported from Sutton at Hone, England@bt_uk I’m extremely concerned about my elderly, vulnerable father who has been without his home phone service for 48 hours. -
Martin Chamberlain (@martinc1970) reported from Stone, England@bt_uk Working broadband on main router or mini hub would be nice for a change. This is nothing short of breach of contract. In this day and age how can it take 50+ days to sort a problem with no proper explanations of what's wrong. I'm cancelling ASAP
-
Annmarie (@AnnieBabes) reported from Crayford, England@CosPearlyTog @MattyBanksDRFC @btsport @WWEUK Hopefully but don’t forget that sky was the reason we couldn’t (legally) watch the network for months after it first launched.

-
Jim Spence (@JimSpenceDundee) reportedOver the last few three weeks I did what I thought was the decent thing and allowed workers from @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk and their contractors, to access my property to check two poles, which were NOT on my property, but in neighbouring properties where access was awkward, but not impossible. This below was the resulting damage from a wire attached to my house to a pole outwith my house, as they worked on it. I’m now expected to fill in a lengthy explanatory form and seek private estimates to repair it, before returning the form to their lawyers. This costs me time and effort for a problem not of my making.
-
𝕋𝕙𝕖 𝕍𝕖𝕘𝕒𝕟 𝕋𝕚𝕞 🍀🌱 (@thevegantim) reported@bt_uk They've already told me nobody can help with why my broadband order is delayed because they're closed today. And apparently it's a bank holiday in England tomorrow so they can't help tomorrow either. Fobbed off, couldn't get me off the phone quick enough.
-
jackbwater (@jackbwater) reported@mizmuggle @bt_uk Me too. Texting that number they mention 61998 I tried help and HELP and fault. I got a text back saying they will run some tests and it says system down in my area and they hope it will be up by 19:00 today....
-
Sparky (@oftheVotadini) reported@bt_uk @tringgooner I hate corporate replies like this. Instead of taking ownership of the problem, they palm you off to another department who will fob you off with a desultory offer
-
lauren. (@cyberbeautiful) reportedWhy do you never answer the damn phone!?! @bt_uk
-
Carl Meah (@MeahCarl) reported@bt_uk Hi, thanks for response, are you able to give me a number to customer services... I have all the WiFi and tv equipment ready to go.... not installed, zero communication... basically left to dry and this is over a week.
-
Warren Peters (@wizza_wozza) reported@bt_uk Why can’t you @bt_uk send an engineer out to sort it out? Surely if you’re getting multiple requests over a period of days about a particular account at least you can do is investigate or take in interest on whether the issue has been fixed?
-
Roibeard Mhuiris (@RMhuiris) reported@JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk 👇I have never met a bigger bunch of morons and incompetents. Absolute shysters and charlatans:
-
Gari MacColl (@JGMacColl) reported@bt_uk I just feel paying £50 a month more than a new customer, shows a serious lack of customer service, loyalty goes both ways.
