@bt_uk Trying to with your incredibly bad website offering as far as I can see no information on this exact issue and no phone number to deal with it. I am currently restricted to 4g on my phone because of this. Unable to just pay and keep using my connection by the looks of it

.@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

@bt_uk As I have said it was not in my name, the person has left the country and I don't have any of the details. We have a box that is technically functional but as of now disconnected. It is technically a 5 second job for you to fix but because of nonsense policy I'm now disconnected

So @virginmedia in error cut off our internet because another house nearby cancelled. And now they’ve made an error in the re-connection which means they have no idea when our internet will be fixed. Never thought I’d long for the days of good old @bt_uk.

@ryanteck @bt_uk It was actually BT (I did check carefully) and yes I can cancel in cooling off period. But it was the repeated misinformation confirmed 3x over as I kept asking to be sure the price was for everything. 1 item in the cost breakdown was an amount never mentioned at all on the call!
