@bt_uk excellent customer service from Tom this morning. Refreshing to actually have people who are committed to solving your problem. Best experience I’ve had with BT and I’ve been a customer for 6yrs +. Just to add it wasn’t the outcome I wanted but can’t fault Tom for trying!

Departing from my usual "complaining about companies on social is poor form" policy to marvel at how @bt_uk would rather you cancel your contract than send an engineer out earlier than 17th Nov, when you should have had internet on 21st Oct
