In this day and age how can it take 50+ days to sort a problem with no proper explanations of what's wrong. I'm cancelling ASAP

The commentary was OK but the lack of info before the game and numerous losses in transmission were poor. Let's hope it's better next week.

Yes, my settings are fine.

My ms goes from the 20s to in the thousands in semi-regular intervals regardless of time of day or other usage.

We have switched the service off but they still want to charge us for a service not in use for months. I do not use bt business broadband
