    @bt_uk day 5 of no landline or broadband and expected fix date 23 June ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก seriously shocking customer service when I phone to ask what you can do to help me โ€ฆ. Nothing unless I upgrade apparently. How am I supposed to work from home?

    @bt_uk The engineer. We were told when we called that our Internet was 'the worse it could be'& that we needed something on our line fixing. The engineer text me saying he ran a line test at my house and then left. Since then our Internet has still been disconnecting and is as slow--

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband is terrible in comparison to when I was with @bt_ukโ€ฆConstant drop outs, signal doesn't even reach every room! Shame @bt_uk priced me out of staying with them!

    @bt_uk Well thanks for getting back eventually @TalkTalk quickly got back & have confirmed we will not have any service problems on Friday. I must emphasise I explained everything on the phone to your sales team who were not concerned, just wanted an order. We wait to see what happens!

    @oinking @btsport It's bad enough to try and cancel my holiday in June Dave, I can't get through ... BUT I got a email stating the final ยฃ250 is due Wednesday and payment will be automatically deducted from my account ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ˜œ

    @bt_uk hello. We were due to have our engineer out today between 8-1 to fix our Internet which we have been told is 95% in amber and working at the worst rate. I have had a text at 10:19 claiming that our service is back to normal, but no engineer has knocked on the door (1-)

    I can honestly say the customer service at @bt_uk is second to non. Even though they donโ€™t connect me for 3 weeks!!!! Theyโ€™ve still been great ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ

    @bt_uk Hiya, we ended up calling BT again and got some answers. Turns out there is an external problem which is due to be fixed this week. Thank you for your help :)

    Sad but our poor service from ย @BT_ukย  & @openreach continues, to recap ordered fibre July 16th on 7 Aug My BT website states an engineer will visit. Nobody turned up! A common event it seems ๐Ÿ˜ฃ

    @bt_uk Yes, BT is the service provider. BT need to exclude faults in the area and to be honest you should run tests. I've just tried to ring the Restaurant and the line is still constantly engaged. Ring the number yourself Come on BT go the extra mile. Support local businesses.

    @bt_uk If it's not installed at the 3rd attempt we are going to the ombudsman. BT and Openreach cannot communicate with each other and neither can tell the customer what is happening...or worse, what is NOT happening!

    @bt_uk you cut customer services , phones Broadband and no one can advise after 4 days what services will be reinstated. After 30+ years of loyalty your staff advise us to leave as they cannot be bothered to take the pressure and answer questions on shocking service @bt_uk .

    @bt_uk broadband is running slow Iโ€™m meant to be getting 900mbps called customer service they said they canโ€™t help me as hub looks normal yet Iโ€™m only receiving 200mbps on a device so they wonโ€™t send an engineer, how is this an acceptable service?
