I must emphasise I explained everything on the phone to your sales team who were not concerned, just wanted an order. We wait to see what happens!

The engineer text me saying he ran a line test at my house and then left. Since then our Internet has still been disconnecting and is as slow--

We were due to have our engineer out today between 8-1 to fix our Internet which we have been told is 95% in amber and working at the worst rate. I have had a text at 10:19 claiming that our service is back to normal, but no engineer has knocked on the door (1-)

There machine will plug in at the master socket ( and cable to it) to test the speed. Sounds like they are trying to solve it (finally) for you
