    @BTCare Have the same issue here in the WAKEFIELD phone code area. People can phone my mobile (landline and mobile) but I can only send texts out to other mobiles. Hope the problems is speedily sorted out.

    @BTCare Engineer came to my house. The internet is slower and does not load. !! I am watching a programme on ITV online that reloads every 2 minutes. 60 minutes programme will take 3 hours. This is just awful.

    @BTCare once again reorganised the installation, this time for 6th November and once again it was cancelled. So he called them again yesterday evening. They said the issue was that @Openreach didn’t know what kind of line they were putting in, and that 6/12

    Installation had been cancelled. We rang to complain and reschedule. @BTCare said it was a problem with @OpenreachHelp and said they would ring to give us a new installation date. We gave them until Monday this week. They never rang. 3/12
