@bt_uk It’s residential but I work from home, I’m a Vicar and so a keyworker. The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and I’m not an engineer so don’t know precisely! We placed the order at end of July.

@bt_uk your coverage of the biggest fight of the century has been crap at best. Audio and visuals totally out of sync. Randomly cutting from the ring back to the guys in the studio. For £25 you need to do a lot better next time because that was amateur at best!

@bt_uk my parents are in their 80’s and have been without their phone and broadband for a week. Each time they contact you, an automated message says an engineer will be with them tomorrow morning. Tomorrow never comes. Shameful service. Who can they complain to ASAP? Ofcom?

@bt_uk Shocking service, no escalation of a complaint allowed as your at home, leaving my vulnerable parents unconnected since early January. Almost an hour on hold every time we call to be fobbed off, not happy!!
