@bt_uk your coverage of the biggest fight of the century has been crap at best. Audio and visuals totally out of sync. Randomly cutting from the ring back to the guys in the studio. For £25 you need to do a lot better next time because that was amateur at best!

@bt_uk It’s residential but I work from home, I’m a Vicar and so a keyworker. The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and I’m not an engineer so don’t know precisely! We placed the order at end of July.

@OpenreachHelp Have been in touch with @bt_uk more than my own family of late. They say they can't tell me whether my copper broadband will be switched off as is a supplier system, presumably meaning yours. Any help appreciated.

@OpenreachHelp Thanks Dan. @bt_uk told me they had raised the issue with you but also said they could not tell me (or find out) for sure the switching off process could be stopped, only saying they'd try to fix by Thurs, leaving me potentially without broadband 'til then. HopeEscalationWorks!
