@bt_uk How long does it take for you to respond to a complaint raised online? It’s been nearly a week now.

  • jakeshone Mark Shone (@jakeshone) reported from Oswestry, England

@bt_uk absolute disgrace. Been on the phone over an hour 5 different departments and cut off. You have been charging me for 24 mnt for a plan that I never had due to your mistake but you only want to give me back 3 months money because I should have checked my bills more closely.

  • InMotionClinics In Motion (Medical) Clinics (@InMotionClinics) reported from Chorlton, England

We waited as booked @btbusinesscare from 12noon until 6pm Tuesday and your engineer didn’t arrive! GBT22844K8. Spent 30mins on customer ‘care’ chat yesterday to be told another visit couldn’t be arranged at this time!!!!

  • DebsRWalton Deborah Walton (@DebsRWalton) reported from Prees, England

@bt_uk It’s residential but I work from home, I’m a Vicar and so a keyworker. The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and I’m not an engineer so don’t know precisely! We placed the order at end of July.

  • mattjones41194 Matt Jones (@mattjones41194) reported from Huntington, England

@bt_uk your coverage of the biggest fight of the century has been crap at best. Audio and visuals totally out of sync. Randomly cutting from the ring back to the guys in the studio. For £25 you need to do a lot better next time because that was amateur at best!

  • SMA_FN_ SMA (@SMA_FN_) reported from Huntington, England

Nice one @btsport no signal for the Liverpool match

  • michaelgstokes Klem Fandango (@michaelgstokes) reported from Gresford, Wales

    @reeves0558 @fearlessidzine @btsportfootball @btsport @RobbieSavage8 @Wrexham_AFC I agree but it’s not way traffic either, a poor game so far.

  • KChampaneria1 K Champaneria (@KChampaneria1) reported from Rossett, Wales

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport Broadcasting at 3.00 p.m historically never allowed to protect live attendances. Just because that was always the way however does not mean it cannot be reviewed.

  • DebsRWalton Deborah Walton (@DebsRWalton) reported from Prees, England

@bt_uk Thank you - shame about the lies and broken promises along the way - it’s certainly a positive start to the working week.

  • jshovelt Joanne Shovelton (@jshovelt) reported

@bt_uk who can we speak to about getting our emails delivered to BT email addresses? We are experiencing 24 hour delays in emails getting through. Our clients are missing Zoom meetings as a result! Please help!

  • zed22915 Zed (@zed22915) reported

@CaseyCo13527451 @btshopuk @bt_uk Before you join the queue bt said customer service won’t know anything about the codes and stock

  • DivinasRedWig DivinasRedWig (@DivinasRedWig) reported

@CaseyCo13527451 @btshopuk @bt_uk The code when it was available for order last time on the 19th, was available under your my offers section in your account. I never received an email last time, as when it was announced we were told to check under my offers for the code.

  • CaseyCo13527451 Casey Cooper (@CaseyCo13527451) reported

@AshSing02342182 @bt_uk Plus even if there wasn't going to be enough for every customer (obviously) EVERYONE who registered should've been emailed a code and then it could've been first come, first serve which would've been fair.

  • mattrice14 matthew (@mattrice14) reported

@bt_uk I'm a BT spot customer why haven't I been sent the code to order the ps5

  • sammowatyahooc1 Sam Mowat (@sammowatyahooc1) reported

@bt_uk No, we should have gone live on Friday. The couple both wear pendants and are dependent on being able to call for help if no Carer is at the property. No broadband either.

  • HelenGavaghan Helen Gavaghan Unis Leeds 76-80 & Manchester 02-04 (@HelenGavaghan) reported

@bt_uk FYI the call to me at 12.09 from a different number to the one less than an hour ago was also from one of these nasty stupid threatening people about internet disconnection. I will see what I can find on your website about stopping these fools.

  • YourTown_Oldham Oldham Town (@YourTown_Oldham) reported

@bt_uk I know all too well what's (not) available. You simply refuse to install decent phone lines along the road meaning that the distance to the nearest cabinet is miles away, and therefore the signal too low.

  • bennyturk Gareth Bennett (@bennyturk) reported

@bt_uk @BTGroup wired test has been completed and the upload never reached over 0.05Mbps So not as promised yet a £158 early cancellation fee is being charged when it states that those speeds are guaranteed.
