@bt_uk are genuinely the worst. Poor communication since starting my contract with them, poor resolution to a complaint that nearly lasted a year!! And to top it all off, my actual product didn't work until months after the order date, and would be described as patchy at best.

It will come as no surprise to anyone who has had to communicate with @bt_uk that our broadband line was indeed cut on the 10th December and re-assigned to another customer. We had no outstanding debt to BT and pay our bills by Direct Debit. 5/

@bt_uk just had text from BT saying our wifi, which has been down for the whole area since 2pm yesterday, is now working. I can confirm it is not working.
