    @bt_uk terrible service - moved from @SkyUK to get improved connection and you have again failed to connect me to broadband! We need to work from home and are now being told you can only come out in January! @SkyUK will you have us back?!

    @bt_uk not sure why my FTTH with 130Mbps download isn’t capable of handing a iPlayer and a Teams call?! They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.

I'd see what @btsport were offering before making any decisions over sky contract. I have no faith in Robert Elstone getting the contract.

    Moved house back in May. Thought it would be easier to keep @bt_uk for phone & broadband. Not in the slightest...problems with continuity of service at the start. They've since moved me onto digital voice. Phoned 3 times to get complementary compatible phones...

    @bt_uk Any problems with internet or signal in BD16 area at present? Our NOW TV service has been saying it's offline a lot (eventually works) & laptop struggled today too.

    @bt_uk It’s a complicated order so needed Customer service to speak to sales (I think) hence on hold a number of times - had order fibre installation which engineer said was not really possible at the house, so want to revert to copper line already here - just need it switches back on!

    PLEASE BE AWARE OF SCAM! Just answered a phone call from a nice man telling me that there are problems with my @bt_uk broadband speed? Kept him talking as long as I could without sharing any personal information. Obviously it’s a scam as I’m not with BT!

I think it was a shame (for us) that Gavin Peacock, once of Newcastle & Chelsea fame, chose a career as a Christian Missionary over football punditry. We lost a good un there. That pesky God fella..

    @bt_uk I’ve twice been on with BT customer service trying to get order to reinstate a line sorted - helpful staff both times - but each time call cut off when on hold before order finalised - once after call of 50 mins 🤯 then have to start from scratch again with new staff 😩

    @BTCare so i used your service today to try and fix a broadband problem and renew my contract with you but after speaking to an agent, being put on hold for 25mins and then to be hung up on i think i’ll go somewhere else thanks!!!! SHOCKING!!! #noloyaltyforlongtimecustomers

    @Stephen61090704 @bt_uk No, have put a complaint through with BT and am waiting a deadlock letter cos they are awful. The issues arise with EE, BT and openreach all blaming the others and not taking any responsibility

    @bt_uk Yes. The bot detected a problem and tried to fix it but the broadband is still not working. I then got a recorded message and a text saying an engineer would be sent out on the 14 Dec.

    @bt_uk Just asked a friend to check and they’re not working. Shows a black box with a play button in the middle. Press the play button and nothing happens. That’s on a desktop, iPad and iPhone. How can I find the show on the app? Is there a search function on the BT app?
