Somebody in the @btsport hierarchy needs to follow @Sky’s customer focused example of pausing customer subscriptions whilst there is no live sport to show! Expect a mass exodus inc me at the end of contracts unless you can show some compassion in these tough times! Sky ✅ BT ❌

@CuriousCrowArt @bt_uk Absolute pisstakers, Sky Sports easily allow you to pause your subscription during all this and STILL give full access to all the channels. BT Sport do nothing of the sort, still charge full price and make it impossible to cancel. You need to take a long, hard look at yourselves.

Very nice of @bt_uk not to warn us that they'd be switching our line to digital voice, meaning my lifeline personal alarm now doesn't work. The lifeline provider can hopefully sort it tomorrow but we had no warning when switching our broadband to BT that this would happen.

@bt_uk You ceased providing my service ( phone and internet which works off the phone line) on 7th March as I switched to a cheaper provider. You are still sending me bills for a service you no longer provide. This is stressful, please sort it out. Your call centre tried but no progress
