@bt_uk are genuinely the worst. Poor communication since starting my contract with them, poor resolution to a complaint that nearly lasted a year!! And to top it all off, my actual product didn't work until months after the order date, and would be described as patchy at best.

@bt_uk You're BT TV box is a lucky mess I know the original one was about 10 to 20 years ago but it was better than this version the new version I got the interface just like and it isn't fluid at all also the the standby mode doesn't work
