  @bt_uk @BTCare just seen from my fathers bank accounts that he’s been paying £65 per month for phone (never used) &broadband (used) for over 6 years. He’s on end of life care. What a shockingly corrupt practice this is from BT to leave this account without intervention.

  If you want shocking customer service contact @bt_uk they brag how good their service is. I found it shocking book appointment wait for them then they cancel by text don’t even have the manners to call you.
