    Sorting out my father in laws accounts. He has #dementia. @TalkmobileUK terrible and unresolved - had to resort to email and who knows how long that will take. @bt_uk absolutely brilliant and went the extra mile. I know who my business goes to in the future

    Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

    @bt_uk I was due a call back on Wednesday for an update from her instead I had to call because YOU CANCELLED MY BROADBAND I have no access to a bank in town now no access for 3 days YOUR SERVICE SINKS

    I’m beginning to think that going with BT for my business broadband was a very band idea. @btbusinesscare Speed awful. Admin and billing even worse. And a premium rate number for customer service - oh nice 😐

    I’ve said it many times over the years but BT @bt_uk @BTCare is the most impressive company I’ve ever used. The quality of their services and customer support is the best I’ve ever received. If you’re looking for a new Broadband supplier, go with BT, you won’t be disappointed!

    @btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

    @bt_uk how is it okay to leave us with unusable internet till the 24th of this month and still charge us for this time. We all work from home right now and 1mps speed just ain’t doing anything but yet your doing nothing to help us but still charging us. Great customer service!

    @bt_uk hi. I changed my contract the other day (slightly cheaper tariff). I keep getting texts saying I’m a new customer and I can transfer my number across. Assume these texts are generic as am staying with BT. Only thing I’ve changed is cost of tariff

    @bt_uk Fault Dee. Broadband was working then suddenly stopped. Receiving updates every few days but no clearer as to what problem is or when it will be resolved. We have been given a data hot-spot but connectivity is a bit hit and miss and it doesn't give us the coverage we need.

    @bt_uk That there was no CBT box fitted and the requisite cable length had not been specified despite my husband emailing the details twice. The poor contractor team (MJ Quinn) were lovely and very upset that they could not deliver, that their time had been wasted as well as ours

    @BBCchrismclaug @btsport @policescotland Does this mean that they are not going to let any Celtic players into the stadium in future for security reasons, or others that they don't like. If they are not going to operate as all others then fine them, cancel tv coverage and if need be their games.
