I’m up to my 5th call, as we speak, I’ve been on hold for 32 minutes. I’d say it’s been nearly two hours across all of the calls.......shocking. I’ve used chat, and they are not helpful

He has been confused by someone selling him a TV box & a Hybrid connect device which I don’t think he needs.

My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

They've set a password a dozen times, and they can log into their BT emails on a browser without any issues, but trying to log into the BT app flags an incorrect password error. And each Call you have to re-enter all the details again. And then to get to the "I Am Not Robot" pictures that don't work.
