  @bt_uk my in laws are 95/86 and self isolating. Their landline 0121 705 1403 has been down for days. I was on the phone to BT yesterday for 3 hours and BT promised to have it fixed in 5 days! This service is just not acceptable for 2 very elderly and vulnerable people, please help!

This is the exact reason I no longer have a bb contract. Had issues with 2 many providers. Now use pp SIM in 5g router
