It baffles me how little the @btsport commentary team know about #Atalanta, saying surprise lead, potential upset etc. Have they not watched this Atalanta side? They’re a very very good team!! And #PSG have a poor record in the #UCL and are missing key players. Do your research??

  • KelleyCostigan Kelley Costigan (@KelleyCostigan) reported from Stratford-upon-Avon, England

@bt_uk Hi! Not sure you can help, but maybe point me in the right direction, please. Ever since BT changed the email system, mine keeps crashing, takes ages to load & to file emails. It’s unacceptable.

  • leemulliss123 lee mulliss (@leemulliss123) reported from Birmingham, England

@btsport still charging people full price for a service that’s useless due to sports cancellations. Should at least do the same at @SkySports Disgusting.

@bt_uk hey, broadband has been down since last night, done all the usual (reset, check cables, factory reset, do online checker etc) but no avail. Could you confirm that it's an issue your end rather than ours? Status checker says fine but I don't believe it.

  • Cj_covblaze Cj Joiner (@Cj_covblaze) reported from Keresley, England

Why don’t @btsport suspend subscriptions whilst they are not offering a service as @SkySports have done. £38.50 a month for zilch !

  • LeamWolves Leamington Wolves (@LeamWolves) reported from Whitnash, England

All season ticket holders should have access to watch their teams home games in my opinion. Poor effort from @premierleague @skysports and @btsport. And yes I know they don’t give a ****!

  • MrT222 Tony Kenny (@MrT222) reported from Birmingham, England

@Halcruttenden @btsport Ditto. Sky first. Then BT. Graze boxes next (nice idea but still eat crap too) then the woofers. Two is a luxury I’ve decided so they have a week to prove who is staying. Mind you if I tell the wife I think I’m gone

  • GoGadgetNews Go Gadget News (@GoGadgetNews) reported

@bt_uk Thank you for the response. My tweet is in reference to the industry in general giving great deals to new customers and leaving existing customers out in the cold. Do you offer 'New Customer Deals' to existing customers that are out of contract?

  • sweetlyfeofmine harmonyreigns (@sweetlyfeofmine) reported

@bt_uk So disappointed with the service my 79 year old dad has received. He has been without a telephone line for 1 week. Was told today he will have a service back on 9/2.... and you seriously think he will want to renew a contract with you. What a completely demoralising experience

  • James_Rantell James_rantell (@James_Rantell) reported

@bt_uk we've not had a landline since before Christmas and despite 4 engineer callouts only 2 have shown up and neither of them have fixed the problem, still no landline and our WiFi drops out every hour or so. Your mini Hubs work to allow one device online at a time so
