  Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

  @bt_uk Hi James Yes, I called and the lady put a request to openreach to change the phone lines for new ones, rather than repair them every week. I’ve not got much confidence that open reach will do this, but I am hopeful. 6 weeks with broken broadband is not fun with 3 kids! Thanks

  @bt_uk please help - grandparents in their 80’s haven’t had use of their telephone for nearly 10 days as there is a problem with the line. We’ve been waiting for an engineer for 3 days. Everytime we phone or live chat we are told different stories. How can we get this resolved?

  @bt_uk I understand that, but I’ve emailed them twice and no response. It says it’s been delivered to a neighbour but it hasn’t. Surely there’s something you can do to help. I can’t just sit here? This is madness!
