Well @bt_uk after being a loyal customer for several years and wanting to manage my finances, so looking to cancel some services, I would have thought you would have tried to keep my custom, however, no such thing happened. In fact the opposite. Rude and lacking care #lostcustom

@BTCare @bt_uk Credit where credit is due. Two technical faults - one with line, other with broadband. Quicker to get through and Neil was very helpful in identifying the issue and stayed on the line to check solution worked.

@bt_uk my in laws are 95/86 and self isolating. Their landline 0121 705 1403 has been down for days. I was on the phone to BT yesterday for 3 hours and BT promised to have it fixed in 5 days! This service is just not acceptable for 2 very elderly and vulnerable people, please help!

@btbusinesscare Our phone lines have been blocked. I have raised the complaint with the ombudsman but am keeping up to date with current bills. How can they do that??
