@bt_uk hey, broadband has been down since last night, done all the usual (reset, check cables, factory reset, do online checker etc) but no avail. Could you confirm that it's an issue your end rather than ours? Status checker says fine but I don't believe it.

Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

@btsport still charging people full price for a service that’s useless due to sports cancellations. Should at least do the same at @SkySports Disgusting.

Why don’t @btsport suspend subscriptions whilst they are not offering a service as @SkySports have done. £38.50 a month for zilch !

@bt_uk Yeah, still doesn't work. Got a minihub in the post today, which I'm assuming is a tacit admission that there's a problem outside of our immediate control.

@btsport I’ve been trying to get through to cancel my BT Sport for literally three days now. I’m up to my 5th call, as we speak, I’ve been on hold for 32 minutes. I’d say it’s been nearly two hours across all of the calls.......shocking. I’ve used chat, and they are not helpful

@Halcruttenden @btsport Ditto. Sky first. Then BT. Graze boxes next (nice idea but still eat crap too) then the woofers. Two is a luxury I’ve decided so they have a week to prove who is staying. Mind you if I tell the wife I think I’m gone

All season ticket holders should have access to watch their teams home games in my opinion. Poor effort from @premierleague @skysports and @btsport. And yes I know they don’t give a ****!

Avoid @bt_uk, even after convincing the wife to get the better package saying it was our router causing the problem with the crap broadband we still lose connection regularly which we can't afford to as like a lot of people the wife is working from home.

@bt_uk Absolute con. I have complained on numerous occasions. Yes I eventually get money back but no improvement in service. BT continually blame Open Reach for the poor coverage in rural areas. Ultimately I pay the same money but do not receive the same service as people in towns.

@ondineb @bt_uk Problem is with these big companies is that the customer service tends to be poor as the odd few issues they encounter don't impact on their millions incoming. Naming and shaming on social media is the only way i know nowadays to provoke a reaction! 👍 Good on you 💪

@YardeM Never in doubt amongst Sale fans. Just the usual bias view of a BTSport pundit who seems to have it in for the club & enjoys causing twitter pile ons against the club. Keep doing your thing & getting over the whitewash.
