@bt_uk I am not sure if this is an automated response, but that has been fixed now it’s trying to get the order replaced that seems to be the problem. But seemed to be happy to flog another 24 month contract, than also some TV then also a SIM card…..

Really annoyed with @bt_uk and @PrimeVideo - Twice in 10 minutes the app has just closed down for no reason. Paying good money to watch the football and the app is completely unstable.

@bt_uk it’s unacceptable to increase broadband prices by over 14%. Your broadband service is a lot more expensive than others anyway, and customers should be allowed to switch their broadband service without paying cancellation fees.

Why is @btsport picture quality absolutely dog ****?? Sky sports superb, Amazon superb, bbc really good but BT Sport is shockingly bad. If there doing it so you pay an extra few quid for HD they’re a disgrace, they already charge too much as it is! Time to **** em off & get a FS!

One of the good part of Premier League on Amazon @PrimeVideo amongst many is the camera man walk down the tunnel with the players and let the viewers see what goes on beyond the football being played on the pitch whereas it is not shown on @SkySports and @btsport.
