@btsport What is wrong with your app? I’m using enhanced player and it’s like I’m streaming it off a dodgy source. It’s all pixelated. Really poor quality. Wi-Fi is fibre optic and everything else works fine.

Really annoyed with @bt_uk and @PrimeVideo - Twice in 10 minutes the app has just closed down for no reason. Paying good money to watch the football and the app is completely unstable.

@btsport predictable useless support on logging in to app from by sport. It’s weird how their systems for taking money always work, their systems from broadcasting sport don’t. Funny that.

Do NOT get @bt_uk WiFi. Absolutely shocking, paying for a service which hasn’t worked since ordering in September.

@bt_uk 6 weeks without a stable connection, why can’t I be released from my contract @Ofcom or be offered, free of charge, the one thing that would solve this problem?
-
David Llewellyn

@VirginMedia's argument is that they could only send us the same model router and TiVo box, but given that I'm fairly certain it's age and use that's causing the problems, that would be perfectly okay. I'm now eyeing up @BT_UK, but other recommendations are welcome.

@bt_uk Switched from analog to digital voice a few weeks ago but we've had intermittent call drops. This morning I can't make or receive any calls at all; "We're sorry you're having a problem making a call from this line". Troubleshooter reports everything OK. Phone is a BT 3560.

@btbusinesscare Ah but infrastructure .. thats down to you ... no help guide can improve that. And installation fees in public buildings, no help guide to make that economically viable
-
Laura Matthews
(@Mother_Of_Seven) reported
@bt_uk Well considering this is at least the third fault detected and “repaired” in 6 weeks and we have been having issues all that time, don’t you think it would help? Strange thing is, the business line in the building next to mine is constant 25mbs+ and 4G backup £29.99!
-
Laura Matthews
(@Mother_Of_Seven) reported
@bt_uk So the one solution you could offer me to solve the issue, I have to pay for because of YOUR failure!
-
Laura Matthews
(@Mother_Of_Seven) reported
@bt_uk Current speed means nothing! It can be 25mbps one minute and completely drop out a minute later. No engineer visit again! Just a notification that you failed to turn up again so here’s £8. You constantly fail but won’t let me out of my contract. I think I need to report you!
