@bt_uk contract ends next month mom has been paying it for years I give her money but you won't transfer DD to me at my address and want a set up fee plus full price for 30 days before can apply for social fund ridiculous and your losing a customer because of this

Really annoyed with @bt_uk and @PrimeVideo - Twice in 10 minutes the app has just closed down for no reason. Paying good money to watch the football and the app is completely unstable.

@btsport What is wrong with your app? I’m using enhanced player and it’s like I’m streaming it off a dodgy source. It’s all pixelated. Really poor quality. Wi-Fi is fibre optic and everything else works fine.

@bt_uk I am not sure if this is an automated response, but that has been fixed now it’s trying to get the order replaced that seems to be the problem. But seemed to be happy to flog another 24 month contract, than also some TV then also a SIM card…..

Current complaint with @bt_uk escalated and I was told a manager would contact me Friday (nothing) then yesterday I rang up and was told it would be after 11am. It’s not 5pm Tuesday and still no contact from them. Absolutely ridiculous

After 3 weeks of complaining to BT and ask for a manager to call back I have been unsuccessful. I was told via inbox that a manager would call me on 20/3 and this did not happen. The customer service is absolutely appalling. @bt_uk
