@btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

@bt_uk any idea when the wifi will be on in DL14 area? All the money we pay for wifi and BT can’t even let you know when the problem will be resolved. Never had this problem with sky.

@bt_uk It has taken me 25 minutes to try and cancel my BT sport subscription. The site had a broken link. The BT sport app, didn't have the option to cancel. BT app didn't have it and sent me to another link. It was by accident did I stumble across the cancellation option!
