I then call on the Monday saying it didn't happen to be told the order failed . Etc etc . It's now June . Someone in Tech even suggested cancel account then re open after a week LOL

jpb0332 (@jb0332) reportedI have ongoing issue with BT & internet connectivity outside UK! Using WiFi I cannot connect to get mail on phone, iPad & computer! WiFi will not connect to Btinternet server! I spent hours resetting everything, next day it’s same problem! Gmail is ok @BTGroup @bt_uk
