  @bt_uk Hi, thanks for the quick reply. That's what I did but they were significantly higher than what a new customer is offered. Is my only option to get the best deal is to switch provider? If so, then unfortunately I will have to do that.

  @mizmuggle @bt_uk Me too. Texting that number they mention 61998 I tried help and HELP and fault. I got a text back saying they will run some tests and it says system down in my area and they hope it will be up by 19:00 today....

  @bt_uk why do you make it so hard to cancel your products. It’s a disgrace and should be investigated by the CMA. Spent nearly an hour trying to find and then cancel my internet. Scum
