@ghodgkins2033 @bt_uk Agreed! They are looking into it, so far openreach = terrible and “not my problem attitude” making out we cancelled the appointment. 6 weeks it was booked for and a no show by the engineer with a wasted day and now a week of annual leave taken as no access to work from home! 😡

@bt_uk Despite 5 phone calls to you and 2 promised call backs from your customer service team I've still not got my issue sorted out. All I want to do is cancel the broadband part of my package and keep my call plan (landline). Why is this so difficult to sort out
