Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

They refused to listen back to telephone recordings as their staff failed to make adequate notes. Got told a ‘manager will call you back’ several times & never got a phone call. Absolute waste of time @bt_uk
