Raised complaint but promised call back hasn’t happened. Have chased but still haven’t heard back. Small claims court to pursue money?

You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. The cease order you placed with our existing supplier cannot be cancelled so without Internet for the busiest time of year 😡
