  • CoreblimeyVic victor martinez (@CoreblimeyVic) reported from Esher, England

@bt_uk how about Customer service, left without broadband for over a month after engineer cancelled at the last minute, given next appointment in 3.5 weeks. In 4G blackspot , can’t even use phone as hotspot. Less jumping on bandwagons, more in service.

  • SuperScienceGrl ⌬Nessa Carson (@SuperScienceGrl) reported from Bracknell, England

@bt_uk Hello! I've had a problem: for a year (between first 2 speed tests), my broadband speed was much lower than advertised. I just did another: ok but still seems lower? An engineer confirmed & said I should claim money back for the year & ongoing if still happening.

  • SuperScienceGrl ⌬Nessa Carson (@SuperScienceGrl) reported from Bracknell, England

@bt_uk A fix has already been run! I would like to claim for these historical issues separately to trying to fix any persisting ones. Otherwise I'm thinking I might not ever be compensated :) fix already done!

  • Lochlanndg Lochlann (@Lochlanndg) reported from London, England

@SkySports really haven’t got the hang of the recap option like @btsport have - when I click on the red card incident I want to see what happened, not just the referee waving the card…

  • peter33266430 peter (@peter33266430) reported from Slough, England

@bt_uk so rang BT today , to move all my services to them, said they would call me back, this morning, still waiting , typical BT useless, so have decided know that I will go to virgin, much better customer service at least virgin get things done, not like 3rd rate BT

  • coolhati coolio (@coolhati) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

  • adekoya_k MISS OLUBUNMI (@adekoya_k) reported from London, England

@bt_uk I have no Wi-Fi, so, I literally cannot watch anything on TV or on my tablet. My so called Halo Hub, just keeps flashing orange. When I called BT, I was told that BT closes at 20:00 🕗 on Saturday’s. Are you not supposed to be open 24 hours to solve problems like these?

  • CoreblimeyVic victor martinez (@CoreblimeyVic) reported from Esher, England

@bt_uk Totally agree , how about customer service first , waited over a week for an outsourced engineer to come who then cancelled, and rearranged my appointment for 3 weeks later. In 4G blackspot , trying to work from home with no connection. Do you have at shirt for this.?

  • DrStevenChapman Steven Chapman (@DrStevenChapman) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@bt_uk So we need to re book our order and wait for openreach to turn off the old line. The issues are 1 BT did not tell us there was a problem 2 We have to re order ourselves and 3 we are still paying direct debits - even though there is no service. I realise we will get a refund

  • coolhati coolio (@coolhati) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@bt_uk we have lost our Internet connection hour a go. We need help Our phone data slowed down we can not contact anyone. Please helppplll

  • CaitTeachesKind Caitlin Bracken #TVTTagTeam (@CaitTeachesKind) reported from Slough, England

@bt_uk I've been waiting nearly three weeks for my broadband hub to arrive, when it was dispatched on 48h tracked delivery. I logged a complaint last week and have still heard nothing. I'm without Internet which is a real bother as a teacher on summer holidays!

  • janthea46 Janthea46 (@janthea46) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

  • CoreblimeyVic victor martinez (@CoreblimeyVic) reported from Esher, England

@bt_uk No , been on the phone with a BT staff, told not much they can do , I have to wait for a rescheduled appointment in 3.5 weeks time ( that can’t be 100% guaranteed) , BT have broken the customer contract, not I. you work in telecommunications deal with this first .

  • GoonerArmchair The at home gooner (@GoonerArmchair) reported from Epsom and Ewell District, England

    @didithitthespot @btsport @Arsenal I dunno mate and now I feel bad

  • Winemonday Pam (@Winemonday) reported from Richmond, England

@bt_uk 5 weeks to wait for WiFi to then be told I need an engineer ! I am exasperated at the awful service I’ve received just for doing a home move. If it wasn’t for a £190 get out fee I would leave.

  • CoreblimeyVic victor martinez (@CoreblimeyVic) reported from Esher, England

@bt_uk where do I start with how terrible your service is , let me start with being passed from one person to another on a call then put indefinitely on hold , next contract switching to a provider with manners .

  • AaronCreweUK Aaroncrewe (@AaronCreweUK) reported

@bt_uk Dear BT, we've just been informed, 4-months on, that you now need to dig up the road. Surely that assessment could have been established within the week? Sorry, but you wouldn't survive 2 minutes within the SME world with this level of service.

  • charbel_g charbel gereige (@charbel_g) reported

@bt_uk looks like BT internet is down?

  • benmelling Ben Melling (@benmelling) reported

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp you are so unbelievably useless it’s untrue, we have been without internet for over a month now and you have not done anything to help in the slightest

  • Jimmy88222788 Jimmy (@Jimmy88222788) reported

@btsport You took the champions league from out tele. you greedy bastards and pump up the prices don't you start with you're high morals bull crap

  • LFCryanryan Ryan (@LFCryanryan) reported

@btsport “Until we secure the rights to the ESL games...” You’re just annoyed that the clubs got greedier than you. You pay over a billion to show CL games & are just worried that no one will want to watch it next season. All of this just emphasises how horrible football has become.

  • jobes45 Jobesy53 #premierleagueiscorrupt (@jobes45) reported

@SkySportsNews Question for sky. Will u be bidding for the rights to screen super league or not . If not come out against it . @btsport are u also bidding for the rights to screen this stupid idea ???

  • Pablo8485 paul flett (@Pablo8485) reported

@bt_uk if you guys can find a way to give me access to all four ports on the router I'm gonna have to consider leaving @virginmedia resigned with virgin on Friday CS hangs up on me today after finding out they laid the incorrect cable to my house causing years of problems.

  • wickeeeen Paul W (@wickeeeen) reported

@MichaelBensonn @boxingscene Nothing new. HBO and Showtime collaborated for Tyson-Lewis. It can be done. I will definitely go to #BTSport for #FuryJoshua; their pundits are better and their commentator is world class. Adam Smith is bloody awful.

  • OhThisBloodyPC Oh This Bloody Computer (@OhThisBloodyPC) reported

@bt_uk It's cheaper just to plug your mobile phone into your computer as a hotspot. BT offered to supplement our 3MBPS 'broadband' service (which runs over copper that was put in by the General Post Office) with an £80 box. But you can get the same throughput for £20 from your mobile

  • lee_o_85 lee o (@lee_o_85) reported

Oh and thank you @bt_uk I can’t actually get any hotspots where I am. So no internet. Thank you for nothing and thank you for not actually caring about your customers or doing anything to actually help me #badservice #legalconmen #whydidichange
