Sorry but you will check speed into property but not from router!

peter (@peter33266430) reported from Slough, England@bt_uk quite shocked by BT , I just rang to stop BT sport multi room ,in December, and then I rang yesterday to discuss my contact which was up in 26 feb this year , so without me know the customer advisor on extended my contract without my consent, don’t trust BT anymore

You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. All the person on the other end of the phone could say was “I promise I work on behalf of BT”. I said I can promise I’m the king of England. Do you see how stupid and dangerous this practice is? I think as a company you desperately need to review this, it’s dangerous and it’s making me think if you can be trusted at all. In this day and age it’s unforgivable to do this in this manner.
