    @jenniseex @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep. I have very poor Internet in my home and pay large prices. Everytime I phone to get it rectified, I'm told there is nothing wrong with the WiFi and my house is the issue. Pathetic. I detest them

    @bt_uk let’s discuss selling customers fibre packages... then 2 months later, less than 48 hours before install deciding we are not critical and leaving me with an open ended install date? Selling packages you can’t deliver on is v poor. Especially when home schooling etc

    @bt_uk They have, and they have told me that BT have cancelled my upgrade and are cutting me off It's an automated process and there is nothing they can do what else are they going to tell me? I shouted at them till I was blue in the face but @EE won't do a thing to fix their mess

    1/3 @e_emobile disgusting companies. I signed up through @bt_uk. Immediately cancel the contract the next day when realised I would have a second bill. Spke to both BT & EE and confirmed cancellation. Today received a Bill. EE refusing to cancel bill

    @bt_uk No we haven't. Our broadband is down. I was kept on the phone for an hour until the BT advisor told me there are no engineer appointments. So we have no internet and no one fixing it. I would like a manager to contact me as the advisor clearly was not interested.

    @bt_uk Thanks for getting back to me. Being offline for 4 days is a big problem - I have online appointments and food shopping to sort out. I am mostly housebound so struggle to just pop out or do things in person. Do you have a priority service for people like me like other utilities?

    @btbusinesscare There is a huge outage in Elgin City Centre with over 30 businesses affected which means no phone calls, card systems or booking systems. The date for this to be resolved is 17th June. Is there anyway this can be resolved sooner as businesses are struggling?
