Bukhtiar shah (@imbukhtiar) reported@bt_uk @BT_UK unacceptable service. You sent my business equipment to the WRONG address (Ripley instead of Neasden). My shop is OPEN and I cannot operate. Also being wrongly charged for TWO services when I only have ONE. It's impacting my business. Fix billing & resend equipment.

-
mark stratford (@stratfordmark) reported@bt_uk Yes please, read my messages and tell me what I can do. Engineer never showed up with no information to tell me they had not picked the job up. Just as well i rang @bt_uk at 5pm to find out. Since I was warned that I would be charged £50 if I was not in im expecting some comp!
-
Adam Darke (@adarkelimited) reported@bt_uk you’ll be hard pushed to find a worse company than these guys in the UK. Appalling customer service, terrible turnaround times for installing, hopeless comms, mistakes everywhere and you always end up carrying the stress and cost. Go with anyone else.
-
mark stratford (@stratfordmark) reported@bt_uk Ok but as a customer that's been highly inconvenienced by @BT why dont you call me or send an email to me and we can discuss compensation? Why is it up to me to do the legwork?
-
Simon Roxburgh (@SimonRoxburgh) reported@bt_uk @BTBusiness shocking service today. Over an hour being bounced between departments, kept on hold, more automated voices, chat bots, crappy apps and all I want to do is talk to someone who can sort things out, properly.
-
Trevor Chenery (@Krisp06) reported@countrymousie @btbusinesscare I wouldn't have thought so. You can keep your landline but you would need to move it -eventually - to a 'digital supplier' when the line service finally ends. However, I checked with Dr Google & his Elves & they made the following points which sound like very good news. "Starlink does not directly provide a traditional copper landline service, but it can fully replace one as part of the UK PSTN switch-off by supporting Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services. You can keep your existing phone number and handset by using a VoIP adapter connected to the Starlink router, suitable for replacing old copper lines. How it Works: Starlink provides high-speed internet, allowing you to use third-party VoIP providers (e.g., Plexatalk, Premitel) to make calls via your internet connection. Requirements: You will need a VoIP Analogue Telephone Adapter (ATA) to plug your existing telephone handset into the Starlink Wi-Fi router. Suitability: VoIP over Starlink is ideal for rural areas where copper is being removed, offering sufficient speed and reliability.Alternatives: If you do not wish to use VoIP, you may look at mobile phone-based solutions, which are also often used when replacing old copper lines. As the UK moves towards a digital-only network by 2027, switching to a VoIP service via a broadband connection like Starlink is a common solution." You need to find & check it al lout with a good IT man to help you through the key steps & stages. You may also need to invest in new telephone hand sets around your house to replace your old BT ones. You won't need wires to connect them, it all works digitally through the air.
-
Simon Bowler (@simonjbowler) reported@bt_uk Perhaps you could read the message I sent ans acknowledge that your chat service and account access aren't working for one of your customers. To be honest, that would resonate better than inviting me to spend an hour on the phone for a 5 minute issue.

Kevin Flanagan (@KflanaganKevin) reportedNow May 5th still no connection !! Despite endless calls and attempts to get help !’ @bt_uk cut off again transferred then told no information on their screen , started details again now cut off again as lines close at 6pm this is a business account !!! Sebastian Colt (@Red_Rescue) reported@bt_uk I did some asking around for others I know on BT and one showed me their laptop was allowing them into their mail with no request for the SMS at all and their desktop was experiencing the same issue as I do - always wants calls that never arrive to mobile or landline in time.
