I am so peeved that I have waited 253 days and it took the OpenReach engineer no more than 1 and a half hours. I have got myself so stressed & mentally unwell over this situation!! Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. All three of your agents were made aware of this individual's mental state.
