For a company that prides themselves as Europe’s largest telecoms service provider, @bt_uk have the most lousy customer service team in history! If I go into detail on what I’ve been through!! All because of one master socket install. Which mind you still hasn’t been resolved.

Disappointed with #BT #Broadband speeds @BTCare . Been monitoring for some time and speeds are dropping. I have been a loyal BT customer for some years but seriously looking around to change provider. Original contract was for 70mbs speeds, now barely getting 30mbs. #poor

@bt_uk let’s discuss selling customers fibre packages... then 2 months later, less than 48 hours before install deciding we are not critical and leaving me with an open ended install date? Selling packages you can’t deliver on is v poor. Especially when home schooling etc

@bt_uk I am wanting to know why I took the day off only to be told the engineer wasn’t coming, well after the event and this despite getting a text asking me how it was and whether it’s been fixed. 2 months and still counting for BT to sort this issue out. Sounds familiar to others ??

@elwoodaccounts @bt_uk exactly - these people are tweeting about "**** days" when there are clearly issues across their whole network - my WiFi is down for 7 days now and BT mobile data running at 0.5 MBPS. @bt_uk how about you tweet updates about your network and not the most uslesess stuff?
