    @skytv @bt_uk Transferring to BT Fibre from Sky Fibre, Sky makes error resulting in 3 Days of no internet, no sign of resolution, no accountability, no call backs. Going to cancel Sky Q by end of day as can’t use TV services or phone which is critical as wife is @NHSuk worker

    I would sell Martial for 10 Bensons, half a lager & a packet of prawn cocktail. I’ve never seen him speak, he is slow, laziest player around and never shows any recovery. I’d go mad if I had strikers like that in my team @rioferdy5 @btsport

    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    @bt_uk disgusted with the full fibre complete Wi-Fi service it’s been over 8 hours of no internet... to be fobbed off with we are aware and it will be fixed within “2hrs” I am now till waiting.... what am I paying for literally Zero fibre ZERO Wi-Fi?!?! Not impressed BT 😖

    @bt_uk my BT Sport app on Xbox makes my TV go to a black screen whenever I load it, how do I fix this? I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but hasn’t worked

    @bt_uk that this has been sorted. Just rang back a second time and after 1hr on hold the phone cut off. I am appalled at the disgusting service I have received having been a long term customer. I entered into a new contract with you I don’t expect bills for double the amount 2/3

    Can anyone at @bt_uk help?!? My parents in 70s have been waiting for phone line & broadband to be installed - order place on 4th July. They’re completed without internet or phone with v poor mobile signal. They rely on internet and in current Covid climate it’s distressing them!

    @BTCare please help, elderly friends are having trouble accessing their online phone account, it’s in the husbands name but he has Dementia and can’t speak on the phone to sort, they are getting very stressed with trying to sort with your phone team as all they (1/2)

    @bt_uk had a very good experience with AIDEEN.m who was very friendly and efficient in explaining what is going on. While disappointed that it may take until Thursday to resolve - at least I feel the cust. service was good.

    @bt_uk hi,we have recently purchased the BT TV Box Pro. In the booklet it says we can record up to 4 programmes but not watch a 5th live - however we were recording 2 programmes and went to watch another programme and it made us cancel one. Is this capacity one for some channels?
