@eddiebhoy71 @bt_uk Aye a know its openreach, we wer trying to get sky broadband as part of our package and didn't know that BT have the rights for the first year but our sky fiber was crap, always cut off between 12-1 for some reason and ran slow, BTs been much better so far

@MaitlandBen @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Genuine question: Considering that BT own EE, could they not offer a 4G/5G router that connects via the mobile networks as a backup option for when the landline network goes down? I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

@bt_uk why nobody in your Customer Service can’t provide correct details about cancellation fees and even afraid to introduce themself? James from Bradford ? This is how you train your staff ? Clearly at your websites states that you taking your costs and VAT etc
