    @bt_uk please fix my families phone line. Having problems for 14 months. Now 4 pensioners living in rural Scotland aged 76 to 79, 1 recovering from heart attack 6 weeks ago have no means of contacting anyone until the 26th at the earliest.NOT GOOD ENOUGH

    @btbusinesscare this has been a total disruption to my business. Costing me money and clients everyday. I canโ€™t believe you are unable (or unwilling) to escalate this issue. I will see it through but could NEVER see myself recommending BT to anyone again.

    Iโ€™m currently charged ยฃ20 per month (latest bill) for @btsport as a BT Broadband customer. Used to be half that price. Cannot get away from the feeling that I am being swizzed. Go look on the Web and BT Sportsโ€™ pricing could be described as damned opaque at best #fleeced4profit

    @bt_uk Well your advisor in Cardiff has just told me I donโ€™t need one as fault is exchange end. Why are you communications so poor for a comms company? For what you charge the service is diabolical

    Waited at home yesterday between 1-6pm for @bt_uk to fit fibre ordered on 8th Feb. Despite the confirmed emails/texts - no show. The appt cancelled for the 3rd time...and no update sent! Customer service is appalling. Can someone own this and resolve please? #bt #openreach ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @bt_uk how do you address account and WiFi blackspot issues with you guys? Called value team and spoke on chat - no solutions or fixes offered, just upselling of more expensive packages. Don't need a new contract, just issues with this one ironed out :)

    @bt_uk my router broke. You provided a replacement. I sent the broken one back using the envelope you provided. Why does it take 3 weeks to open the packet? How do I engage? It's been more than 3 weeks. I don't want to sit on hold and all the other options - no reply
