@MaitlandBen @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Genuine question: Considering that BT own EE, could they not offer a 4G/5G router that connects via the mobile networks as a backup option for when the landline network goes down? I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

@bt_uk Hmm many thanks.. but usp of bt homehub is that its an integrated mesh system.. not restoring the disc mesh network feels like taking yr car to the garage and after repair having to fix all the passenger seats back in yourself? Will bear in mind.

@bt_uk OK, so shouting out some great service, had a nightmare with our Broadband recently, complaint taken over by Ella D. She rang back everytime she said she would, emailed when she said she would, did everything to help she said she would. Can't fault that kind of service 👏🏻
