OMG @btsport not allowed to stop, delay my subscription on-line, no calls answered. Yes u are busy but on-line options stopped. Cancel totally is now an option, yes we all suffer but as a business when u are back providing i will delay supporting u for being #deliberatelyAwkward

@MaitlandBen @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Genuine question: Considering that BT own EE, could they not offer a 4G/5G router that connects via the mobile networks as a backup option for when the landline network goes down? I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

@paullewismoney @bt_uk My landline has been broken for a month. Complained 3 times, nothing other than unmet promises. Wouldn't mind, but it's the only line my parents call on, and it also messes up my house alarm. I don't think BT is really a phone company any more.

@bt_uk @sacosw I was given BT Voice, wasn't asked if I wanted it, wasn't told I could go back to landline (only in first 14 days), and the damn thing doesn't accept incoming calls! 3 mths now, 3 missed hospital appts, 2 missed doctor appts. What an absolute shambles!

@btsport @JHenderson Anyone there at BT Sport? Why are there constant sounds problems with your live broadcasts? Every football and rugby match is plagued by sound cutting out on a regular basis. Don’t get these problems on any other station/platform

Although could be a problem when upgrade to 5G as I can't afford a new compatible mobile handset. And have to pay surcharge on broadband for being in a non urban area so limited choice & higher price.
