I’m currently charged £20 per month (latest bill) for @btsport as a BT Broadband customer. Used to be half that price. Cannot get away from the feeling that I am being swizzed. Go look on the Web and BT Sports’ pricing could be described as damned opaque at best #fleeced4profit

@BTCare Why does #BT #CallGuardian burn out every set of rechargeable batteries put in it - even top quality cells? Very disappointed with the quality of the base station charging unit design. Very poor - no excuse for cooking customers batteries.
