All the person on the other end of the phone could say was βI promise I work on behalf of BTβ. I said I can promise Iβm the king of England. Do you see how stupid you allow people to do this? I think as a company you desperately need to review this practice, itβs dangerous and a disgrace and itβs making me think if you can be trusted at all. In this day and age itβs unforgivable to do this in this manner.
