  I’m currently charged £20 per month (latest bill) for @btsport as a BT Broadband customer. Used to be half that price. Cannot get away from the feeling that I am being swizzed. Go look on the Web and BT Sports’ pricing could be described as damned opaque at best #fleeced4profit

  @bt_uk I’ll give you a little break down of what I have lost through BTs incompetence. 2 jobs because I don’t have internet and I’m wfh. My partners business can’t fulfill orders = more money lost. X 4 sessions for the dog to be out the house for each engineer visit £50 each time.

  @bt_uk And to add to this - reason I am asking is I’d like to cancel my current separate subscriptions to Now TV and BT Sport (and cancel Virgin broadband) so it’s all in one BT package instead - hope that makes sense.
