@bt_uk woah 62 mins to a customer support chap in Swansea. After he put me on hold for 23 mins I gave up. It’s simple. I want BT sport. Simple idea, impossible it to achieve would seem. Come on it cannot be that hard.

@bt_uk moved house two weeks after we informed you. Still no service with phone, broadband or tv. Been sent a device to get broadband from. It’s pathetic. A iPhone hotspot has a stronger coverage. You are a complete joke. #GoodbyeBT

@bt_uk Hi @OpenreachHelp - apparently you have told @bt_uk you are ‘on site’ fixing the issue right now - it’s 5pm, no one is at the property, the telegraph pole is untouched and there are no Open Reach vans at the telephone exchange. So where exactly are your engineers?!

@bt_uk DM sent! Help would be appreciated. After another hour on the phone, apparently @OpenreachHelp have claimed they are ‘on site’ - but they still haven’t arrived! Another false update after they previously claimed it was repaired and closed the case!

@bt_uk terrible service from you guys today. My connection dropped out and was told my contract had expired so needed to renew (despite me paying my bill for a year afterwards)and because I’ve signed up to a new contact the fault can’t be fixed as there is an order on the system?
