    @btsport cant believe that after 2 months of no sport. U offer a 2 month refund and only give 1 still taking this months money. The least the company could do is half everyones payment as you aren't providing a service. Please give me a number to call to cancel. URGENTLY

    @bt_uk I would like to cancel my contract as I've been with BT for more than 18 months now and I'm moving abroad. Everytime I call, I'm waiting in a que and you can't cancel online... I don't want to be forced onto another 18 month contract. Thanks

    Yet again another example of horrific service from @bt_uk but I have come to expect no less from this company. Very quick to take your money (never any issues there) but when they have taken too much from their own mistake not quick to correct their error..... @Ofcom tbc....

    Intermittent @bt_uk Broadband fault being going on for 6 weeks. Broadband now down. Spoke to Dermot, in Customer Servcies, arranged for a 4g hub to be sent and an SFI engineer coming around tomorrow. Excellent service, Dermot was really helpful. Thank you.

    If we only learn one thing from lockdown it’s how awful the UK broadband network is. Rare to see an interview on TV or do an online meeting without some sort of glitch or hang-up! @bt_uk @TalkTalk @virginmedia @VodafoneUK @SkyUK (top 5 UK providers)

    @btsport thanks for being free for 3 months on EE and then being absolutely impossible to log into. Stuck in an endless circle of password resets and passwords not recognised. Dont get this crap with Sky.

    @BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

    @btsport you must be the worst communications company in the world. I cancelled my BT Sport subscription as I was unable to contact you be telephone ! Your answer 50% reduction. No thank. I now get a demand to pay. Online banking act no you quote has 30 different id’s !

    Another @btsport Champion League night unwatchable on BT TV UHD despite consistent 60 Mbps speed and router reboots. Could do with a complimentary Sky feed again as that never failed unless the pigeon stood between my dish and LNB.

    I ended my @bt_uk service back in January.... and I am still paying for it!! I have phoned on 5 occasions!!! Only to be told I would be refunded “today” over £100! It is now mid April and have still not received any refund and have spent over 5 hours on calls to them! @Ofcom

    Six months on & @bt_uk still haven’t fixed an issue on my account. Every person I spoke to promised that they’d be the ones to fix it but no-one has so yet again I’ll miss out. It’s unacceptable that this is had still not been resolved 😡

    @bt_uk hi, having issue with my internet channels (Sky TV/Movies) keeps giving me error code ipc6007. I have two boxes in house, one works fine (IPTV, given to me as part of employee trial), however main box doesn’t...any advice on how to fix it without deleting recordings?

    @bt_uk Many, many phone calls. Many tweet DM's. Many promises. Still not transferred my Grandmama back to her old number. Highly important her Dr. Hospital, Bank, Friends and Family can contact her. Still not sent handsets. It's almost 3 months. WTF. No continuity in C/S. Khoros CX ???

    @bt_uk Can you please provide insight regarding the Wi-Fi issue in Canterbury? We haven't had Wi-Fi since Wednesday and have been told it might take a week? Cell signal in Canterbury is appealing, so not like we can rely on mobile data 😭

    Day 18 of no phone and no broadband @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Today someone has booked a priority engineer for Monday day 20. No faith this will happen. 4 engineer no shows so far no calls from case handler. Promises on marketing material of support by customer services not true

    @bt_uk Sky told us they have no idea when it will be repaired as they dont do the repairs. None of this helps us get back online, appreciate not your fault, just hoped someone out there surely can help resolve this!

    @btbusinesscare seriously not amused! Spent 50 minutes waiting to talk to someone about a fault and your lack of service porting over our number - 4 dates given, none of them stuck to and still no answer on your lines? Service? I don't think so.
