@YouViewSupport @StrudwickM @bt_uk @itvhub @curryspcworld I forgot to say that your solution worked a charm! I noticed some privacy boxes were unticked, so I just allowed all and it worked. Thank you 😊

@bt_uk not happy that my broadband upload speed has dropped by nearly 70%... As a key factor to paying for the service, this is unacceptable! 👎

@ActualDaidoTV @RichWilson113 @bt_uk I swapped to EE From BT 12mths ago and saved £24 a month. BT should be ashamed of themselves the prices they charge every month! Awful customer service! EE have been great!!

@bt_uk Wtf is this? I don’t need a tv guide Mat. I know what programmes and what channels they’re on, bt tv doesn’t permit them to be used. Why? Sky do.

@bt_uk @ASUSUK @TPLINKHelp BT are blaming my boosters made by yourselves that are plugged into their home hub ethernet ports as the reason I have DNS connection issues. Is this possible? They said your equipment is unauthorised by them. If so, should you not have a disclaimer?

@bt_uk @financialombuds if BT close an unresolved issue each time I called but the same problem persists, surely I'm entitled to compensation from the first complaint and not the latest of 5?

@bt_uk Hi @bt_uk I got referred here from Trustpilot. Don't suppose you will sort my issue but you wrongly took £463 from my acc by direct debit just after Xmas. Contacted the billing team & they promised the money would be credited back on my final bill, but of course it wasn't.

@bt_uk Very bad service installing fibre into my home - well not installed as the cherry picker engineer would do his job and go up a tree. So partly installed and engineer didn’t get paid which is not acceptable

@bt_uk engineer didn’t show today despite an appt between 8am - 1pm. Took a day off for you to fix a fault. How do I claim compensation please. Oh and I still haven’t heard a thing and certainly no apology.

@rogerkeith1 @bt_uk And, if it is that, they'll be seeing your correct address, and glitch needs fixing but when I worked there it could take some time for the background data to update, so the suggestion of selecting alternative address should just be a temporary solution (If not tried already)

318MB into a 767MB upload - at less than 1mbps. Can anybody explain to me how this is even possible, nearly a quarter of the way into the 21st Century? This isn't some aberration, by the way - this is just the speed @bt_uk thinks is okay to sell as a service. Unbelievable.
