@ActualDaidoTV @RichWilson113 @bt_uk I swapped to EE From BT 12mths ago and saved £24 a month. BT should be ashamed of themselves the prices they charge every month! Awful customer service! EE have been great!!

Uncle offered new hub from @bt_uk turned up four days late. So after taking a day off work last week(self employed) for an engineer, there was a no show. Rebooked again for today & guess what. Another no show. Case manager supposed to ring back. Guess what, no call #poor @WhichUK

@bt_uk I have literally spoken to your office every day this week -- and each person makes a mistake, and I have to start all over: our order to move broadband was not correctly placed, mini hub sent to wrong address, managers don't call back as promised. Truly inexcusable service.

@bt_uk late products and I didn’t quite understand the details. EE called me to tout me - sold me a dream and it has been grossly missold. It’s disgusting that BT want to take £300 off key workers for a service they can’t really use and costs more than it was meant to 4/5

@bt_uk Cheers James It was bad enough not knowing when our landline number was switched and who with, but it's been a blow losing internet as well&clearly not a protocol by the engineers to check everything is stable when we've been a BT package customer for years Thanks for checking in
