@bt_uk I told you back in January existing broadband was unstable. No one came then but suddenly in March an engineer apears for a fault no one reported or knew existed! Absolute joke mickey mouse outfit

  • djstopofthetree @1gangan (@djstopofthetree) reported

@bt_uk Then for stupid amounts like this you should do the decent thing and just forget it. Your management should be made aware of their coldness and greed.

  • BarryP94847920 Barry P (@BarryP94847920) reported

@bt_uk I've been on the phone 5 times today!! I'm on the phone again now!! I've been cut off, been told that I will be called back. Rubbish customer service

  • KGSGolf Steve Gould (@KGSGolf) reported

@ElmslieEnder @btsport @eddiemacbawa Now that would be good Mark! Enjoyed the show but can’t believe it jumped from Bolton to Sunderland with no explanation of how we went from almost dropping down to the third division to the top end of the first division?

  • BigSteinDog GR1 (@BigSteinDog) reported

@bt_uk changed from normal bt wifi to bt fibre optic business and the signal is awful - constant lagging on Xbox, can’t route a Ethernet to the new box as fibre entry too far away - is there anything that can get done to boost signal into bedroom?

  • judju17 Jude Brown (@judju17) reported

@bt_uk How is right for Bt/Openreach to leave a 90 year old lady without access to her landline, internet and house security for nearly 3 weeks whilst making promises to sort this problem out and then never turning up or returning calls? Appalling!!

  • Taz_zie Sarah (@Taz_zie) reported

@bt_uk No, booked a day off and now have to try to cancel that giving the boss only a days notice of that and won’t know until check at work as to whether to new date is going to be convenient and whether can book it off. The equipment is already here, this all happened earlier this eve

  • cdhughes2 Claire Hughes (@cdhughes2) reported

@bt_uk shocking. You get told you have 14 days on your products to change your mind then when you try and cancel something you get told you want £380 to do so! Robin Hood springs to mind

  • Taz_zie Sarah (@Taz_zie) reported

@bt_uk how is it ok for you to book an appt on 11/3 for 29/3, so I book a day off, then you confirm again this morning only to text this eve to say it’s been changed without any discussion? Literally a law unto yourselves, zero ‘customer service’ it seems?!

  • PaulForrestOwen Forrest (@PaulForrestOwen) reported

New 24 month contract (?!) with @bt_uk installed on 28th Feb. Second week in March told price was going up by 14%!! Nothing they will do as CPI inflation is in the T’s & C’s. Awful customer service here! Be careful of false introductory offers! @MartinSLewis
