@ActualDaidoTV @RichWilson113 @bt_uk I swapped to EE From BT 12mths ago and saved £24 a month. BT should be ashamed of themselves the prices they charge every month! Awful customer service! EE have been great!!

Uncle offered new hub from @bt_uk turned up four days late. So after taking a day off work last week(self employed) for an engineer, there was a no show. Rebooked again for today & guess what. Another no show. Case manager supposed to ring back. Guess what, no call #poor @WhichUK

2hrs in from when @btsport & @virginmedia were made aware PPV isn't working. WTF's goin on? How's it even possible to have perfect feed for prelims & not work on red button? Be wantin refund but more ragin I've stayed up to 3am for 🤬 all! #UFC257 #BTsport #UFCFightIsland
