So after taking a day off work last week(self employed) for an engineer, there was a no show. Rebooked again for today & guess what. Another no show. Case manager supposed to ring back. A locally based firm is doing fullfibre for very good price but problem is think it would involve digging up garden. Nightmare isn't it?

If the engineer had tested his work before he left I may not have been in this position! Now I’ve had to cancel a job of work “in case” this persists! #unacceptable
