Uncle offered new hub from @bt_uk turned up four days late. So after taking a day off work last week(self employed) for an engineer, there was a no show. Rebooked again for today & guess what. Another no show. Case manager supposed to ring back. Guess what, no call #poor @WhichUK

@ActualDaidoTV @RichWilson113 @bt_uk I swapped to EE From BT 12mths ago and saved £24 a month. BT should be ashamed of themselves the prices they charge every month! Awful customer service! EE have been great!!

@bt_uk constantly get error VC526 trying to watch your sport channels on laptop. I tested my internet, it's alright and I have no problems with Sky channels via NOW TV and anything else. Can you do something with it or should I take money back

@bt_uk Hi, I went into MyTV to watch a programme I'd recorded earlier, and found everything in there had been deleted, including 3 locked films. I don't understand how that can have happened. Can you help, please?
