Uncle offered new hub from @bt_uk turned up four days late. So after taking a day off work last week(self employed) for an engineer, there was a no show. Rebooked again for today & guess what. Another no show. Case manager supposed to ring back. Guess what, no call #poor @WhichUK

@ActualDaidoTV @RichWilson113 @bt_uk I swapped to EE From BT 12mths ago and saved £24 a month. BT should be ashamed of themselves the prices they charge every month! Awful customer service! EE have been great!!

@bt_uk Hi James yes I reported it but it coincided with a neighbours new installation and myself having four Openreach visits to my location as there was documentation issues as to which street cabinet served my location for the broadband service. I will report it again fingers crossed

@SkintDad @bt_uk @KCOMhome People seem to have either no issues, or no end of issues with KCOM. Ours was good at first but over time it has slowed significantly, and that’s a similar experience to most of my friends and family.

@btsport and chief exec / customer service. Do you ever follow up as you said you would over a week ago regarding your operator cutting me off having waited all morning. Service levels are shocking.

Estate Office continues to experience serious fault on landline, which was reported nearly 3 weeks ago. @btbusinesscare continues to inform us there is "major service outage" but no completion date yet. Pls redial 020 7739 7075 until you get through, divert works intermittently.
