    @SkySports @btsport @premierleague As a customer of both TV Channels, can you confirm that all Clubs will have an equal amount of games on your channels and then on PPV??? Or will the Top 6 fans will get the better deal again?? I’ll wait.....

    Uncle offered new hub from @bt_uk turned up four days late. So after taking a day off work last week(self employed) for an engineer, there was a no show. Rebooked again for today & guess what. Another no show. Case manager supposed to ring back. Guess what, no call #poor @WhichUK

    @ActualDaidoTV @RichWilson113 @bt_uk I swapped to EE From BT 12mths ago and saved £24 a month. BT should be ashamed of themselves the prices they charge every month! Awful customer service! EE have been great!!

    @btsport why is the motogp livestream so bad? Keeps freezing every few seconds, almost unwatchable. Network connection is fast and no other service has issues.

    @bt_uk Please could you improve product and #customerexperience training for your call takers? It took many calls to get my broadband 6 months ago and now the same when trying to get Fibre 900. Shouldn’t have to keep calling until one gets the right service

    @bt_uk hi, i have recently got new internet through you and my download speed seems to average around 80-100mbps but i still experience lag on ps5? I have tried disconnecting other devices yet this still doesn’t help. Is there anything you can suggest to fix this?

    @bt_uk After being told the hybrid couldn't be installed I was supposed to receive a regular router in the meantime which either never arrived or was never sent.

    @bt_uk can you help please. My 89yo grandfather relies on his landline. Calls keep getting disconnected with the message 'please hold the line'. After 20 seconds it then reconnects but keeps happening again. Any thoughts if this could be a handset fault or line fault?

    Hi @bt_uk I am forever having issues casting on complete wi-fi. Even though all devices are connected on the same SSID it's as if one is connected to the router and one connected to the complete wi-fi AP and won't talk to each other.

    I don’t think I’ve ever had a worst customer experience than the one I have had with @bt_uk over the past couple of months. The final insult- being charged £12.48 to deal with an issue that was their fault. Never again!
