@ActualDaidoTV @RichWilson113 @bt_uk I swapped to EE From BT 12mths ago and saved £24 a month. BT should be ashamed of themselves the prices they charge every month! Awful customer service! EE have been great!!

Uncle offered new hub from @bt_uk turned up four days late. So after taking a day off work last week(self employed) for an engineer, there was a no show. Rebooked again for today & guess what. Another no show. Case manager supposed to ring back. Guess what, no call #poor @WhichUK

@dvotee @bt_uk @virginmedia I had a similar issue with BT. I opted for fibre and received esimates for the speed i would get. Engineer came and fitted a new phone line but none for the braodband. After several calls and confirmation of speed to mt area it turned out that fibre was not available in my area

Well thnx @bt_uk I wait a month for full fibre installation, there's a fault and am told an engineer will be out with 2 days I chase just now and told I have to wait another month . Think I'll just cancel and go with @virginmedia unbelievable

Having waited for 2 months for @bt_uk to fix our broadband, they update their website a minute after the fix time to say they can't provide a fix time. @BTSopenreach have finally dug a couple of holes. No customer service, no respect for their customers.

@bt_uk well after being promised that I would have a new router within 24/48hrs of last Saturday, I’m still left with no broadband. The 4th time it has gone wrong and stopped. How am I supposed to earn a living working from home if you keep letting me down…?
