    @ActualDaidoTV @RichWilson113 @bt_uk I swapped to EE From BT 12mths ago and saved £24 a month. BT should be ashamed of themselves the prices they charge every month! Awful customer service! EE have been great!!

    @SkySports @btsport @premierleague As a customer of both TV Channels, can you confirm that all Clubs will have an equal amount of games on your channels and then on PPV??? Or will the Top 6 fans will get the better deal again?? I’ll wait.....

    Uncle offered new hub from @bt_uk turned up four days late. So after taking a day off work last week(self employed) for an engineer, there was a no show. Rebooked again for today & guess what. Another no show. Case manager supposed to ring back. Guess what, no call #poor @WhichUK

Not a story about race/hair as there are plenty, were just looking for representation. To date in my search I haven’t found anything.

    Oh, @BT_uk appears to be broken in my area. The @BritishTelecom site says the estimate fix time is 11:53 am on *Monday*! Let’s hope my mobile network stays up.

    @bt_uk no internet since I got home from work. Service status says everything is ok which it clearly isn't. Ran diagnostics and turns out there IS an issue and an engineer is coming tomorrow. Not happy with your service at all.

    What a farce @Plusnet is. Three days now and major problems with their email and still not resolved. They must surely experience a massive loss of customers as a result. And they are part of @bt_uk Huge brand damage.

    Dear @bt_uk, why can I never log into WiFi when I'm out and about and invited? I've even tried updating the password, then trying to log in straight away with that password, and still BT computer says no!

    @bt_uk Thanks for the update. I appreciate the effort to sort this but the timeframe is disappointing, especially as this is a long term problem, which continues to have a significant impact on our ability to work at home
