@bt_uk Hey why are you trying to renege AGAIN on a refer a friend voucher? Every time I refer someone you try the same trick to say it was ordered outside of the referall link, you cancelled the appt 3 times! I will not accept this treatment again. Your customer service is awful

Uncle offered new hub from @bt_uk turned up four days late. So after taking a day off work last week(self employed) for an engineer, there was a no show. Rebooked again for today & guess what. Another no show. Case manager supposed to ring back. Guess what, no call #poor @WhichUK

@bt_uk Thanks BT once again for your terrible service. Ongoing issue with Broadband and phoneline since the summer of 2021. Problem identified but as you need to replace an entire section of cable you won't fix the issue... Still no resolution.... SORT IT OUT!!!

Absolutely disgusting service from @bt_uk. Ordered a second phone system for new business premises only for them to not even turn up to install. After calling all day been cut off twice then emails getting ignored. So no internet for opening and don’t even know our new number. 😡

@bt_uk WIFIs been out for over a week. Ive had to keep topping up sim cards just so I can work and don’t lose my job. This has cost me double my monthly WIFI bill for this one single week. Support said theyd send someone to fix it on the 23rd yet 3 days later it still doesnt work
