Uncle offered new hub from @bt_uk turned up four days late. So after taking a day off work last week(self employed) for an engineer, there was a no show. Rebooked again for today & guess what. Another no show. Case manager supposed to ring back. Guess what, no call #poor @WhichUK

@Carra23 If it's a Liverpool player you'd have a different opinion which is the real problem. Ex pro's that find it impossible to be impartial. It's a massive turn off for viewers & eventually @SkySports & @btsport etc will realise this & sort it out.

@bt_uk I have already run tests on my connection. The problem from what I gather from asking around locally is with a faulty green box. Engineers have been out to it but it is still playing up.

@bt_uk You have sent me a mini-modem linked to the EE network. Your website says that I should keep this somewhere safe after my line is repaired in case it is needed in the future, but the package contained a returns bag. Do I keep it?
