@bt_uk not happy that my broadband upload speed has dropped by nearly 70%... As a key factor to paying for the service, this is unacceptable! 👎

  • persimew Lisa the Bard (@persimew) reported

@bt_uk You have a real problem with scammers abusing your text service. I have had three scam attempts (energy, mobile phone and general text retrieval) in the last 24 hours and have had to block your phone number. It really needs monitoring.

  • Metaorphan Rich Ward (@Metaorphan) reported

@bt_uk I already have and they were not of much use either. That BT might expect me to pay to improve the network infrastructure is immoral

  • Gods_dove 🕊 🕊 (@Gods_dove) reported

I would rather stick my face in a deep fat fryer than try to sign up to @bt_uk WiFi wtaf is going on there. On 5 continents never had such **** response.

  • RosalindinKent Rosalind Riley (@RosalindinKent) reported

Good ****** but @bt_uk #DigitalVoice is a terrible pain in the neck. Call quality is so poor I have started asking people to use WhatsApp for calls instead (our mobile signal is virtually non-existent). The customer service people are always nice but I haven't got the energy...

  • MerlinGore Merlin Gore (@MerlinGore) reported

I'm really at a loss as to why @bt_uk feel the need to disable pasting in the confirm new password field. You're encouraging terrible password behaviour that's very outdated.

  • stoner1968 @Stoner #BackBoris100% (@stoner1968) reported

@GBNEWS How about teaching some how to budget and make tough choices! Thus far no help for me in Band E property so Electric gone up £109 a month! Cancelled @SkyUK and done a cheaper @btsport package and will go SIM only on my mobile. #Simple solutions/choices

  • Charlanardo Charlie (@Charlanardo) reported

Your billing page is broken, @bt_uk.

  • IFALeicester Scott Gallacher (@IFALeicester) reported

Hats off to @btsport for great customer service. With #lcfc out of Europe, I wanted to cancel my subscription. Had issues logging in. Sent a message via their website & a couple of days later I receive an email confirming that I've cancelled. No messing around - #howitshouldbe

  • Metaorphan Rich Ward (@Metaorphan) reported

@bt_uk I know it’s not compulsory and I’m very keen to improve my dial up speed ‘broadband’ but I fail to see why it’s reasonable to potentially expect me to finance the work ofcom openreqch or BT, so that you can charge me to use your services

  • Gavinallen Gavin Allen (@Gavinallen) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@btsport make it as hard as possible to leave. No way to cancel via the app, live chatbot says it can’t perform that function. BT person on phone says I have to call my bank to put a bar on the DD they set up. How does a company with service this bad have any customers?
