So many calls and emails and still no broadband, yet had an email to say our account has been cancelled. Absolutely awful service from @bt_uk surely it’s not this difficult to come and fit out WiFi in to our new property?!

@bt_uk first time customer and nothing But disappointment, 4 x 1 hour calls over the last week, 4 different days for deliveries, still not got our system up and it was ment to be running yesterday. Incorrectly charged already and still missing equipment !! Go BT!

@bt_uk I am absolutely appalled to hear of the disgraceful service you have given my severely disabled parents. Passing my mothers call from pillar to post for so long she had a seizure then promising to call her back but not doing so. Without WiFi or help since Thursday. 😡😠🤬

For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

@bt_uk it’s unacceptable to increase broadband prices by over 14%. Your broadband service is a lot more expensive than others anyway, and customers should be allowed to switch their broadband service without paying cancellation fees.

Why is @btsport picture quality absolutely dog ****?? Sky sports superb, Amazon superb, bbc really good but BT Sport is shockingly bad. If there doing it so you pay an extra few quid for HD they’re a disgrace, they already charge too much as it is! Time to **** em off & get a FS!

One of the good part of Premier League on Amazon @PrimeVideo amongst many is the camera man walk down the tunnel with the players and let the viewers see what goes on beyond the football being played on the pitch whereas it is not shown on @SkySports and @btsport.
