    So many calls and emails and still no broadband, yet had an email to say our account has been cancelled. Absolutely awful service from @bt_uk surely it’s not this difficult to come and fit out WiFi in to our new property?!

    @bt_uk I am absolutely appalled to hear of the disgraceful service you have given my severely disabled parents. Passing my mothers call from pillar to post for so long she had a seizure then promising to call her back but not doing so. Without WiFi or help since Thursday. 😡😠🤬

    Generally quick to moan at poor customer service so for a change a positive post about @bt_uk. Called earlier to look at changing tariffs due to increased prices. Lloyd was helpful, cheerful and upgraded me, saving me money as well. #GoodSkliis.

    @bt_uk my bt disc has started to fail. Seems to go orange after a few hours. Wifi devices reverting to router giving very poor performance

    @bt_uk first time customer and nothing But disappointment, 4 x 1 hour calls over the last week, 4 different days for deliveries, still not got our system up and it was ment to be running yesterday. Incorrectly charged already and still missing equipment !! Go BT!

    For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

    I had an issue with my @bt_uk tv box. I got through straight away and a replacement box was sent forthwith. I had help setting it up. Brilliant service. Eat your heart out @virginmedia

    @bt_uk Got my package reduced by £12 a month a few months ago after I complained about subsidising new customers to all get a free year of Gamepass Ultimate 👍🏼 Thanks for the assistance on here & in general, very good customer service throughout my 6 years with BT. No issues currently.

    @bt_uk @kerrymarmstrong Any known issues with bt tv not working over the last 2 days or anyone having issues since they uploaded the digital voice for landlines? Second time in the last 2 months since moving over from sky I haven’t had tv functioning!

    Dear @bt_uk 11 Day's without a landline-no visit from Engineer that the Engineer that came thursday had booked in that never turned up yeasterday.I'm dreading telephoning you-explaining all again and then being put through tests-takes about a hour -nly have 20% on my mobile
