@drchukovsky @SgSuzanneh @pennycarey63 @bt_uk They re-edited. It appears they've changed the word " real" to the word " birth", but still don't think that there any issue in YP contacting first family members alone, unsupported via social media!

  • andy_morgan1956 Andy Morgan (@andy_morgan1956) reported from Somercotes, England

@bt_uk Look😠 I've got a good deal and will stick with it. What I don't want is offering something that is twice what I pay now! We the customer aren't stupid.

  • andy_morgan1956 Andy Morgan (@andy_morgan1956) reported from Somercotes, England

@BTGroup @bt_uk No help needed but please don't offer me a 'deal' that is nearly double my current cost. It's almost as if you think your customers are stupid.

  • Ashur_Stanley Ash Stanley (@Ashur_Stanley) reported from Sandiacre, England

  • AnneRuddock Anne Ruddock (@AnneRuddock) reported from Heanor and Loscoe, England

@bt_uk receiving absolutely appalling service from you. Told you on 8/7/19 I was moving home. Broadband meant to be working on 19/7/19 in new home. After several phone calls to you still no broadband and no one seems to care. Promised call backs don’t happen Might just cancel.

  • mybriteside Tony Lormor (@mybriteside) reported from Heanor and Loscoe, England

Again, poor service from @bt_uk, I think that's a complaint every month I have been with you now

  • andy_morgan1956 Andy Morgan (@andy_morgan1956) reported from Somercotes, England

@bt_uk renewed b/b contract 3/6/19, cost £25.49 month. Now you're charging £41.99 month and say the order number I have is not correct and valid. Looks like you will lose this customer because of your inefficient ways

  • jamie_shaw Jamie Shaw (@jamie_shaw) reported from Mansfield Woodhouse, England

So it looks as though @bt_uk’s internet went down overnight; how do I claim my BT Plus compensation. 0 Mbps is definitely below the threshold…@BTCare

  • Khanson33Karl karl (@Khanson33Karl) reported from Ironville, England

@bt_uk problem with the line and . So no broadband or phone . So we phone British telecom only to speak to someone that’s not British and can’t understand. British telecom sort yourselves out . And hire people we can understand with out making us frustrated

  • __DanRobinson Dan (@__DanRobinson) reported from Belper, England

@btsport @Tyson_Fury I would rather shit in my hands and clap

  • BigBeerFairy Keith Naylor (@BigBeerFairy) reported from Sutton in Ashfield, England

Missing. Concern over the missing BT engineer expected between 7 & 9. Time off to wait. Hope the person is OK. At least @BTCare is consistent. Poor at best.

  • ComputerTutor4Y Helen Sparks (@ComputerTutor4Y) reported from Smalley, England

@BTCare @bt_uk customer in her 80’s moved to new home. Opened the new modem box, electric plug but no RJ11, RJ45 or ADSL splitter. Had to go and buy @curryspcworld at a phenomenal cost of £15.99 for the splitter and £7 plus for the RJ11 cable. Disappointed

  • MatthewWells3 Matthew Wells (@MatthewWells3) reported from Kimberley, England

@btsport @btsportfootball @NUFC scored 2 at Man U and 1 at City. Your stats are poor!

  • Chappers67 Paul Chapman (@Chappers67) reported from Mansfield Woodhouse, England

How much money are Vanarama paying BTSport? Can’t have an ad break without that god awful dirge.

  • eev1976 emma varney (@eev1976) reported from Wingerworth, England

@BTCare I am afraid it doesn’t you are mistaken! Anyway let it be known that when this ‘contract’ is up I shall no longer be a BT customer

  • eev1976 emma varney (@eev1976) reported from Wingerworth, England

@BTCare No just a link to renew on an email BT sent me. If I’d known I’d never renewed because I think £77.50 a month for just the Internet is an absolute insult! I could get TV, phone and internet for £55 a month from @SkyUK that’s without discount.

  • eev1976 emma varney (@eev1976) reported from Wingerworth, England

@BTCare Apparently so but when I renewed I never got told how much I would be paying just that I’d get a preferential rate on BT sport. So I never knew what I was entering in too! I just assumed that loyal customers would be looked after and not penalised or taken advantage of!

  • RACHGILSON 性交 (@RACHGILSON) reported from Nottingham, England

@BTCare you are the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of encountering

  • bango_don karl donnelly (@bango_don) reported from Sutton in Ashfield, England

@GaryLineker @btsport bit harsh that is yes we was very poor equally leeds was very good. we should support new managers

  • ComputerTutor4Y Helen Sparks (@ComputerTutor4Y) reported from Smalley, England

@btbusinesscare My customer’s bt.connect email suddenly arriving as unknown in my inbox? Customer also receiving a read receipt without me opening email. Any idea why and what to do? It’s happening to other email addresses too.

  • jhealey1995 Spud?||-// ? (@jhealey1995) reported from Derby, England

@btsport Can’t watch the Indycar because you provide a shit service that repeatedly logs me out and decides that it doesn’t like my password anymore every couple of months

  • EmilyGarnham Emily Garnham (@EmilyGarnham) reported

Laughable service from @bt_uk. Just called cancellations, man on phone said he couldn't hear me, that it was a terrible line. He was coming through crystal clear. So I hung up, dialled again, was added to a queue, and then they cut me off as I waited. This is a TELECOMS company.

  • Crouchen86 Michael Crouchen (@Crouchen86) reported

@bt_uk A complaint has been raised by BT and they will contact me within 7 days

  • LucioFulciFan James Ferguson 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🇮🇹 (@LucioFulciFan) reported

@bt_uk My only issue with the situation is it would have been nice if instructions told me I had to use the ADSL filter and cable on the new box. It didn't say. So I thought wireless would work. Which panicked me when it didn't. But all is good now. Since I figured it out myself.

  • jlarsson89 Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England

@bt_uk Yes I'm aware of how networks work and the difference between wifi and an ethernet cable, what I'm saying is that your latency issues weren't a thing a month ago with identical everything except name on the contract. Stop dodging responsibility and fix your issues.

  • LucioFulciFan James Ferguson 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🇮🇹 (@LucioFulciFan) reported

@bt_uk It is connected at the moment. The letter I have clearly states it is recommended that I set it up when it arrives. So that when the change over does happen. No interruption to my service will occur. It also said the new hub can run my old (current) broadband service.

  • Crouchen86 Michael Crouchen (@Crouchen86) reported

@bt_uk was promised 1 years free Amazon Prime in November and now they are not honouring this! Disgusting customer service

  • Davidstocktaker David Ball FILSA (@Davidstocktaker) reported

    @btbusinesscare Shocking service

  • Davidstocktaker David Ball FILSA (@Davidstocktaker) reported

@bt_uk Signal dropping in and out ,traced to fault on the connection on the line from the pole . Engineers kept cancelling all last week ,engineer on Saturday not able to climb pole and agent on Sunday unsble to confirm when fault was going to be solved this week

  • jlarsson89 Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England

@bt_uk Wireless, exactly the same way it was before I was forced to get a new identical account with the same users doing the same things without issues. My ms goes from the 20s to in the thousands in semi-regular intervals regardless of time of day or other usage.
