I have another property with VM Docsis service - again a better service - but your core network was built on low cost - 21CN - poor product choices.

Sent a complaint letter to BT plc, PO Box 334, Sheffield, S98 1BT and received a text a couple of weeks later saying the complaint had been closed but with no resolution.
