Massively disappointed with @bt_uk my mam is in tears with how she has been treated by customer services. Had no phone line for weeks due to a fault then charged loads of timeline charges. Transferred through to a number of staff no one in BT has ever heard of a timeline charge??

@bt_uk have been waiting three weeks for our internet to be installed, nobody turns up for appointment today, ring up to be spoken down too and told nobody was booked in so I need to rebook!!!! Worst customer service ever and having a nightmare before we even get our broadband!!!

@bt_uk absolutely disgusted in service from BT .. my dad had a brand new roof fitted yesterday and BT open reach came out for an issue with their neighbour!! A new bracket has been fit to my parents house , damaged new roof and broken wire taped together !! Disgusting

@CCriadoPerez @McAfee_Help @bt_uk Although I have never encountered any virus/mail ware problem for any Mac, you should be able to delete MacAfee files from the Library and Preference Folder.

Oh dear @bt_uk… Offered a new contract twice, but my acceptance has been ignored then was supposed to be transferred on a call today but the transfers are broken so was given a direct number…. for the wrong department, who are now panicking because they’re getting random calls

@bt_uk Just upgraded to fibre 500, getting 120mbps on average. Slower than my previous BT package. Been told speed cannot be accurately measured into my hub. Still in cooling off period anything else I can try before I cancel it ?

@bt_uk I think it is a smart hub. And I understand the screen shot is from a Wi-fi device. TBF I imagine most people use Wi-fi & generally speaking my Wi-fi connection is in the mid to high 30s. Recently though it and the wired connections I do have have been slow or failing completely

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp I am fed up of chasing and ringing people at BT who do not know their arse from their elbow. How it has taken 8 weeks to repair an external line fault is baffling. I have now escalated the complaint with Ombudsman Services to seek extra compensation.

@bt_uk how do I know its a genuine call from BT? Just had a call on mobile from a +44 0208 number as we had lodged a complaint 15 minutes earlier and my instincts thought it was a scam. Sounded like a noisy call centre 😳😡

@btsport I get your sentiment, but this graphic can be misconstrued to paint the Hungarian players in a bad light. The 4-0 scoreline you used could be seen as a portrayal of their players being full of hatred, when, in fact, it’s some of their fans instead.
