    @bt_uk No I haven't as I've never been anywhere near a BT WIFI Access Point and only relied on mobile network signal

    For me @btsport have taken the mantle from @talkSPORT for the worst cricket coverage. Matt Smith is a good football presenter but is clearly not a cricket follower and the commentary they are using from Fox is terrible. If @bbctms can send their to team to Australia why not BT?

    @bt_uk It wasn't the app, but because I can't get a mobile signal to sign in before it will allow me to use the WIFI, the app just keeps timing out with that error

    @bt_uk 1/2 Not that this will go anywhere. BT SH2 had massive issues with service. OR been out "Fixed line" still issues ring so service desk. Engineer planned visit. NO Show. So ring the service desk again, Got LB call centre. Woman put the phone down on me.

    Shocking service from @bt_uk. No compassion at all from you as a company. Lost my job & my home and now you want to destroy my credit scores. Nearly £500 charges for leaving early. 8 months in to a 24 month contact does not seem fair to me 😥😥

    @bt_uk Are the ******* worst broadband provider in the UK... my router has been going off for 5 days now and they won't send an engineer to look at it, they just keep saying the same bullshit.

    @bt_uk It's a new connection. We are moving over from Plusnet. We have had nothing but grief and not getting a straight answer as to when this will be resolved. Have been promised multiple callbacks which you have never actually done. Activation date was 17 November and still nothing.

    @bt_uk We decided try BT for our TV and WIFI after shocking service with Virgin. 3 weeks after our install date we still have neither. 3/4 phone calls per week to your CS dept. on hold for 50 minutes each time.

    @bt_uk once again I end yet another day without without any communication from BT as to when my broadband will be installed. It has been a week since the install was supposed to take place and didn’t with me telephoning and Tweeting service agents at BT with a complaint on file!

    @bt_uk a few weeks ago we purchased a BT Baby Monitor (6800). Now the parent unit sound doesn’t work (very low volume). Turned it up, reset the unit but still can’t hear baby. Tried calling helpline but 1.5hrs later no answer, just in a queue. Can you help?

    @bt_uk Spent 90 minutes plus over two calls to you today to be promised a call back which never came. Was supposed to have a broadband line installed on Thursday and not had any update since the engineer left. Not a good start BT.
