Had no phone line for weeks due to a fault then charged loads of timeline charges. Transferred through to a number of staff no one in BT has ever heard of a timeline charge??

I was told to wait til the new residents have taken over on the 28th after which Iโll receive a final bill. Why are you charging twice for this service for 7 months. Iโm astounded itโs even legal. I thought there was a problem with my hub, so performed a reset and unknowingly lost all my contacts. I assumed that the numbers where stored in the handset. My fault for not reading the instructions - but because I didn't know about the broadband outage, I thought the fault was the equipment. Have now added my contacts back to the phone, which are stored in the hub.

Instead it`s yet another re-run of today`s F1 race. This is not the first time this has happened. Really poor.
