I have another property with VM Docsis service - again a better service - but your core network was built on low cost - 21CN - poor product choices.

OR been out "Fixed line" still issues ring so service desk. Engineer planned visit. NO Show. So ring the service desk again, Got LB call centre. Woman put the phone down on me.

Is it just me, or is everyone having this problem. It's usually fine. Every other channel is unaffected.

Rural Record (@AnonEtc) reported@bt_uk We did, Ian in Stockport told us exit fees fluctuate constantly...despite giving him the exit date! It's this overt complication, plus language (see the previous pic, "see how switching will IMPACT you"), against the ethos of Ofcom, which is why BT will lose customers and fail.

Catherine (@teacherCate1) reported@bt_uk Itโs not an issue of him not being on top of bills and it definitely needs looking into - heโs over ยฃ800 in credit yet heโs still having more money taken from him every month. There is no need for any phone provider to be charging such a huge amount for calls etc.
