@bt_uk It wasn't the app, but because I can't get a mobile signal to sign in before it will allow me to use the WIFI, the app just keeps timing out with that error

@btsport @btsportrugby @bt_uk trying to watch Newcastle Falcons v Bristol tonight on BT1, BT1HD and BTUltimate and all BT channels are jumping and stuttering. Is it just me, or is everyone having this problem. It's usually fine. Every other channel is unaffected.

@bt_uk 1/2 Not that this will go anywhere. BT SH2 had massive issues with service. OR been out "Fixed line" still issues ring so service desk. Engineer planned visit. NO Show. So ring the service desk again, Got LB call centre. Woman put the phone down on me.

@Littlelissy87 @bt_uk The problem could be any number of things, walls, insulation, cabling, electrical appliances, interferences. Dont need a particularly big house for it to be an issue. 80% of houses will fail to get WiFi in at least one room when using a single point of WiFi transmission.

@bt_uk was due to switch to fibre yesterday, engineer called to say there was a problem, I asked him to leave well alone until Friday as I am a teacher and have to be online at home until Fri morning. Now I have no wifi, can’t teach and can’t find a phone number. This is URGENT
