    @bt_uk 1/2 Not that this will go anywhere. BT SH2 had massive issues with service. OR been out "Fixed line" still issues ring so service desk. Engineer planned visit. NO Show. So ring the service desk again, Got LB call centre. Woman put the phone down on me.

    For me @btsport have taken the mantle from @talkSPORT for the worst cricket coverage. Matt Smith is a good football presenter but is clearly not a cricket follower and the commentary they are using from Fox is terrible. If @bbctms can send their to team to Australia why not BT?

    Shocking service from @bt_uk. No compassion at all from you as a company. Lost my job & my home and now you want to destroy my credit scores. Nearly £500 charges for leaving early. 8 months in to a 24 month contact does not seem fair to me 😥😥

    @bt_uk It wasn't the app, but because I can't get a mobile signal to sign in before it will allow me to use the WIFI, the app just keeps timing out with that error

    @bt_uk I had an E-Mail staying my BT Cloud service is being cancelled in 30 days. It states "In 30 days time, if your BT Cloud storage isn't linked to a broadband account, the data will be deleted and you'll no longer be able to access BT Cloud." How do I link it to my broadband?

    @bt_uk everyday our fibre broadband speed is dropping from the guaranteed 120 down to just 16-25. This is not what should be happening after we paid to upgrade our Wi_Fi.

    @bt_uk hi, remember me? I tweeted you some weeks back about my landline and broadband issues? Well here we are, 24/1/23 and I have still not been reconnected. You disconnected me on 18/12 -3 days before you were coming to connect full fibre.
