    @bt_uk our internet has been on and off all day. My husband spoke to someone earlier who told him there were no issues. There's clearly still issues. I'm having to watch NORMAL TV. Not sure i can survive much longer. Please help.

    Our phone was fixed by @bt_uk and now we cannot access broadband from our smart hub or see internet tv, netflix, on demand etc. which we use all the time We never really use the landline phone! Great swap., thanks @bt_uk

    @btbusinesscare Sadly, the chat agent couldn’t help either. Simple question, no-one can give me an answer. I’ll try the Billing team again later. Spoke to them yesterday, and got three different answers. Unbelievable.

    COVID no doubt continues to be an excuse to reduce customer service @bt_uk or is it your infrastructure that is rubbish? Prospect of no WiFi for 10 days when working from home is unacceptable. Please help sooner, answering the phone would be a good start!

    @hexahue @virginmedia @bt_uk ITS BEEN MONTHS I still have no I internet majority of the time. And I'm not the only one. WORST NETWORK TO BE WITH.     @Chris_Stevens0n @bt_uk It is disappointing to see a complaint about BT’s service being kicked around BR and kicked back to the complainant to deal with. Surely good practice would be to get the complaint resolved and keep the complainant informed.

    So. We suffer with **** poor internet service from @bt_uk. Yesterday I was told we’re not guaranteed Wi-Fi connection. Even though they push’how great their Wi-Fi connection is’ on the ads.we get dropouts.They closed our case with a big **** you! #dontgiveashit #poorservice

    @bt_uk I've never had it wired up, it's just been lagging since last night. I've been assured my WiFi should not drop below 36mb according to my contract.
