    @bt_uk 1/2 didn’t get a call but a text instead, now due to be fixed on the 7th February. Not only is my phone line down so is the broadband

    @bt_uk No - your website said there’s a fault that needs an engineer. Your support person wouldn’t book it unless I agreed to pay £85 for a call out to fix your broadband which is at 1/5th the speed it should be. I refused and have ordered sky and will be cancelling BT this evening

    @bt_uk No & they haven’t had a reasonable response or explanation,they’ve just been told @bt_uk don’t work sat & sun so will have to wait until Monday leaving them without landline or broadband for another 72 hrs! They had an engineer booked between 8am- 1pm today but they never came😒

    @bt_uk our internet has been on and off all day. My husband spoke to someone earlier who told him there were no issues. There's clearly still issues. I'm having to watch NORMAL TV. Not sure i can survive much longer. Please help.

    @John_McKee @bt_uk Hi John did you get anywhere with @bt_uk ? I’ve got exactly the same issue no activation until April but sold #hybridconnect as a short term fix before activation. But now I’m staring at a white light and blue signal bars.

    @btbusinesscare Sadly, the chat agent couldn’t help either. Simple question, no-one can give me an answer. I’ll try the Billing team again later. Spoke to them yesterday, and got three different answers. Unbelievable.

    COVID no doubt continues to be an excuse to reduce customer service @bt_uk or is it your infrastructure that is rubbish? Prospect of no WiFi for 10 days when working from home is unacceptable. Please help sooner, answering the phone would be a good start!

    Our phone was fixed by @bt_uk and now we cannot access broadband from our smart hub or see internet tv, netflix, on demand etc. which we use all the time We never really use the landline phone! Great swap., thanks @bt_uk

    @bt_uk after 28 years I’ve had to leave #BT for business because of your poor service. Now I’m looking at transfering my personal BT account. Unless you deal with my complaints and do something you have lost another customer

    @bt_uk been having internet problem for weeks. Booked for an engineer to come out online, they never came. Spent an hour waiting on phones yesterday to be reassured someone would come out today to sort the internet before I start my new job on Monday 1/2

    @trillb19 @bt_uk I know it’s openreach, but the engineer was confused why my appointment was cancelled, I’ve never known in my life, not one, not two but three appointments and the engineer being in my area who was unaware of why my appointment cancelled it makes no sense 😫

    Broadband not working with @BTCare @bt_uk atm Had to take Mon, Wed and now Friday off work for an engineer to sort (They didn’t turn up at the house Mon/Wed) Not holding out hope for today either...

    Whole street's internet is gone due to the cabinet being destroyed... But @bt_uk is giving affected customers £8 PER DAY and a 4G hub in the meantime until service is restored... nothing similar for us! Paying through the roof for data just so we can even work.

    @bt_uk I just wish I wasn’t told the 7th, 15th and now 20th, my business would fall apart if I kept giving appointments I couldn’t keep, please cancel my services I’ll have to go with someone else, the kids school work is very important and the schools are giving me a hard time. 😫
