Step 1. Be a @bt_uk customer when renting a house. Step 2. Have the landlords enquire about cutting off our service 2 months early for some reason. Step 3. Get told by BT that they won't cut anything off. Step 4. Get cut off 5 days before Christmas when you work from home

Absolutely let down by @bt_uk gave them 6 weeks notice of moving home, been here 3 weeks and still no internet, was supposed to be getting a call back between 11am and 1pm today and still no call. Bet they still try and take my money though.
