BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • johncpeden John Peden (@johncpeden) reported

Purchased fibre optic from @ShellEnergyHome for my mother-in-law's new house. The order has been cancelled as the previous owner hasn't notified @bt_uk that she was moving out. How can we fix this issue?

  • ScamDetector Scam Detector (@ScamDetector) reported

@BernhardPucher @bt_uk Glad to see that a response has been made about it. Looking at the small grammatical errors in this text message, we can assume that this is something you must not reply with. Perhaps, you've done the right thing by contacting them directly.

  • jgorman257 scotsman (@jgorman257) reported

@bt_uk 22mbs is a joke, I can't stream nor game properly, I pay for full fibre for a reason. I'm not getting what I'm paying for and I've lost money due to the poor connections. I will send the details over, however I've called more than enough times regarding this I will be leaving

  • jkdarchy Janie (@jkdarchy) reported

@jamclarkey @bt_uk So the engineer moves hub into lounge no other sockets or place for phone and alarm on lounge wall ! And never said or i wouldn’t of had it drilled into lounge …..

  • jamclarkey James (@jamclarkey) reported

@jkdarchy @bt_uk Ok so they've now enabled a phone service on the account? Just that rather than using the traditional PSTN network like you had a while back it's now a phone service delivered over the internet? In that case back to my original statement about plugging into back of smart hub 2

  • frogboyflips Andrew Murray (@frogboyflips) reported

@bt_uk Thanks - The fault tracker has shown the fault as being in the 'Fault Fixed' state since the 12th - I fear this is what's causing BT to automatically cancel appointments (to avoid wasting engineers time).

  • jkdarchy Janie (@jkdarchy) reported

@jamclarkey @bt_uk Thanks but I never ordered or agreed such a change hence it so shocking

  • jennyc14 Jenny Cockett (@jennyc14) reported

@bt_uk hi, my mums phone landline has another fault. 2nd in 3 days. She is dependent on the line as she has an emergency alarm pendant connected. No reply from your bot on 61998 this time. Please help!

  • jamclarkey James (@jamclarkey) reported

@jkdarchy @bt_uk Yes broadband only means you move to just having broadband and no voice service at all. You won't even get digital voice with broadband only.

  • jgorman257 scotsman (@jgorman257) reported

@bt_uk absolutely hellish connection. Hellish customer service. I was promised enough speeds and connection for my TWO devices.. TWO.. and I barely get past 22mbs I doubt ill be continuing to 2023 with your company. Your promise to me has even broken and I've lost money
