Dear @bt_uk Our mum is 94 yrs old in 2 weeks and relies on her landline phone Her service failed Oct23 Engineer said old handset needed replacing… mm? We chose BT to order a new one. But ‘tween you and @RoyalMail - it has not been delivered yet Can u help? @SueAuthor knows

@bt_uk @leeh24 Lee i got mine working by myself. Turn auto network selection off and choose ITIM now turn on airplane mode, wait 30 secs and turn is back on. I tried this before and it didn't work but this time I LEFT the page selecting ITIM open and didn't press the back button.
