Our phone was fixed by @bt_uk and now we cannot access broadband from our smart hub or see internet tv, netflix, on demand etc. which we use all the time We never really use the landline phone! Great swap., thanks @bt_uk

@christovskia @bt_uk Last time I had to get help from BT the operator was a nice lady from South Africa, it was a calming effect hearing a familiar accent. She booked a visit and a tech fixed a long running issue few days later. Have often spent 40 minutes on phone to troubleshoot issues. BT rocks.
