Iain McDonald (@iainmc123) reported from Strines, England@bt_uk That's the 3rd missed appointment. @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp are the worst companies I have ever dealt with. The system is shocking and it's a complete joke that there is nothing I can do as they are the only company who can do it. Shouldn't be allowed.
-
lynne davies (@daviesl5) reported from Tintwistle, England@bt_uk It affects wireless devices but has never been this bad! They recently replaced 100m of cable at the bottom of our road so this did seem to sort it out as had problems for a couple of years but kept getting fobbed off. Also the speed was capped at 24

Between @bt_uk and then the system, the process and the service is a disgrace. Never been this angry.

-
Broden 🇬🇧♿✝️ (@Gavtaraysin) reported@bt_uk I can't get in my account because of your pass code system is sending out multiple pass codes which neither work, and now it says to wait or cancel. Cancelling does nothing to fix the problem. How long do I have to wait until the pass code system resets?
-
Peter Old (@HamPeasyStottie) reported@bt_uk please fix your app. I can't get out of the circular demand for verification and crazy requests to change my login email
-
Caroline (@snowlingc) reported@bt_uk Your missing the point, your engineer installed full fibre today but it is still not working after 7 hours of flashing pink

-
Alessandro Riolo (@aledeniz) reported@bt_uk @ee How clueless you all are, asking me to confirm a security code received via email while I am trying to log in to your Wi-Fi hotspots? Has anyone ever tested that process on an iPhone? 🧐 What happens when the user leaves the login process to check the email? 🤨
-
Trina S 💙 (@BrownEyedGirlGB) reported@bt_uk you then went onto confirm to refuse to cancel the Digital Voice appointment even though your records show the telecare equipment hasn’t been upgraded yet and that the notes say I’ll be in touch when it is. Rep went on to say we might be left without a line, like a threat
-
𝙲𝚊𝚝𝚊𝚕𝚕𝚊𝚡𝚎𝚛 (@catallaxer) reported@omotforest @bt_uk @openreach Fully accept your point. However, you are missing out. 1 gigabit+ speeds really are worth it. 2.5 gigabit is next. You will never get that over copper or satellite. Copper is being phased out.
