    @bt_uk your customer service is about the worst I have ever experienced. Been without broadband since Wednesday. Mis-diagnosed the issue and now its Wednesday before you can send an engineer. Shocking.

    @bt_uk Thank you. It's very frustrating that this wasn't provided at time of sale. It also doesn't seem right that there is now an additional expense required to guarantee basic service that we used to be able to rely on.

    @bt_uk disappointed you've disconnected my 98 year old relative and left her without a phone service until Monday. Because of confusion her bill was paid on Friday. £17! But you'd already disconnected her.Spent too long with logistics to be told it will be Monday. Disgraceful.

    @bt_uk Broadband has been either intermittent or down since February📍Had a long list of engineer visits & today’s couldn’t fix the broadband, not only that our line is also down now. No call back from your operators as promised so as you can imagine, we’re very annoyed😠 #fail

    @i_jayas @bt_uk Most smart stuff needs 2.4 GHz, at least in my house... Though I did have a BT router once (Smart Hub(?)) with known issues for some smart devices. I thought they'd phased that out but maybe not. A fix simply did not exist.

    Thank You so Much Sian- BT_UK Team for helping me restore my internet connection i have been @bt_uk since 2013 never had an issue only sometimes but thats fixed within mins today i had the issue after so many years sian helped me fix it within 35 mins thank you again

    Enough people warned me not to renew my broadband with @bt_uk, but I thought I knew best. They turned up today to install my new service, which they can’t get to work. But they have gone ahead and stopped my old service so no internet until Tuesday at the earliest. Ffs 😡

    @VodafoneUK I’ve left BT to join your broadband due to a good deal. No problems for 2 years with @bt_uk. Been with #vodaphone 2 weeks and already my internet has gone down. My ASD kids are so upset right now. Completely regretting the switch right now

    @YvetteJ07 @bt_uk I actually wanted to switch to sky months ago but couldn’t as I was tied into a contract. However I now consider my contract at an end given they can’t actually provide me with any service for another 4 months so sky it is!

    @bt_uk Lisa, yes I did and unfortunately your colleague didn’t call at the time arranged and I was in a meeting. This is a familiar theme with all of the “support” team at least be actually did call which is a rarity.

    @bt_uk atrocious service once more - NO INTERNET, NO LANDLINE & NO MOBILE for 7 DAYS. Every day an engineer is promised - due yesterday, due today now TUESDAY apparently. 🤬😡😤 #CustomerServiceFail

    @bt_uk tried to cancel an on prem call between 08:00 and 13:00. Told there is nothing they can do other than I ignore the knock on the door and rearrange. Are you kidding me? You cannot contact a bloke in a van and tell them not to call at my house?!?!?
