So my @BTCare WiFi has been dropping out constantly had a bt Engineer out said no problem blamed it on my @skytv boxes now booked sky to come out yet my wifi is still awful dropping out all on devices don’t think sky boxes are the problem here 🙃

@bt_uk Thank you but I cannot use the hotspots for video calls and screen share so I’ll have to rent a shared workspace. You also have not alerted me of the problem and that’s after I’ve paid for £130 for an engineer to come on Tuesday. I will contact Citizens Advice about this matter.

just warning if you are going to sign up to @btbroadband or @btsport - they will sign you up for 2 years - and when you need to cancel for life reasons, like leaving the country or moving to somewhere you can't have BT - they pretty much charge you the remainder of the contract!
