But he didn't need a roof team, basically the person who came on the 25th just didn't do it for no reason. So all this stress and wasted holidays was for... Nothing. And my @bt_uk doesn't work as the hub is in the kitchen

Now got an email saying the complaint is closed! No it isn't, but guess what? No chance of getting through on the phone. Terrible service.
