    @BenP_97 @TheFreddyCairns @bt_uk Mine was working fine then just went off said no service when logging into the hub, reset it twice checked cables and just staying orange mate saying no service

    Very disappointed with @bt_uk Sold us a voice cloud option that has been nothing but trouble. 6 weeks to set up, no response on customer support, does not do what they said it would!

    .@bt_uk Why do you offer new customers at our address full fibre 100, (150Mb), whilst as an existing customer you only provide the option of fibre halo3 (74Mb) which is half the speed for the same price?

    @WeAreOpenreach 1st @bt_uk service rep said this would be done if I called back in 1hr. 2nd rep said spoke to @WeAreOpenreach and told wasn’t possible because we cancelled the apt. Told I should complain to you but your site informs complaints to provider. I’m stuck in between.
