    @bt_uk Thank you. It's very frustrating that this wasn't provided at time of sale. It also doesn't seem right that there is now an additional expense required to guarantee basic service that we used to be able to rely on.

    @bt_uk Broadband has been either intermittent or down since February📍Had a long list of engineer visits & today’s couldn’t fix the broadband, not only that our line is also down now. No call back from your operators as promised so as you can imagine, we’re very annoyed😠 #fail

    @bt_uk my mum near Evesham has been without internet and landline since 25 Dec - that's Xmas day. She's 75 and lives alone. Around 10 houses are in total blackout since a car drove into a pole. They've been told nothing except BT will sort it. When?

    @btbusinesscare Why am I 38 minutes into a call in which I've spent 32 minute on hold, about a service you've failed to install at our new address for 4 months, but continued to charge me for at £51/month (which you say is for the line to an office I moved out of in March)?
