    @bt_uk awful service so far on the fibre broadband. Tried to call twice and your agents lines are awful and ask me to call back. Yeh I have another 30min to waste in a queue. Message me please as need my fibre connecting that’s already a week late. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach

    @bt_uk Got to be honest, that isn’t a great deal of comfort. Being without service for a week is massively inconvenient. I’m an existing customer moving to a property with an existing line. It is ridiculous it takes that long.

    Your systems work correctly? Once is bad luck but twice is just plain rubbish. There's no online chat available either to sort the issue out. I guess she'll have to spend 2 hours on the phone to you tomorrow trying to get a refund. It's just rubbish! @btsport @BTSportBoxing

    @bt_uk Hi, every house in our entire neighbourhood has reported 100% outage since FRIDAY, and all fault-finding from ISPs in incapable of detecting any issue and just recommend resetting or replacing the router. It has now been 5 days and replacing routers DOES NOT HELP.

    @bt_uk Thank you. Another week with no landline. Digital Voice is useless when it’s not connected except to say “we can see you’re having trouble”. Number maybe lost.number randomly allocated is not valid. What mess up.
