But he didn't need a roof team, basically the person who came on the 25th just didn't do it for no reason. So all this stress and wasted holidays was for... Nothing. Though I did have a BT router once (Smart Hub(?)) with known issues for some smart devices. I thought they'd phased that out but maybe not. A fix simply did not exist.
