    Thank You so Much Sian- BT_UK Team for helping me restore my internet connection i have been @bt_uk since 2013 never had an issue only sometimes but thats fixed within mins today i had the issue after so many years sian helped me fix it within 35 mins thank you again

    @i_jayas @bt_uk Most smart stuff needs 2.4 GHz, at least in my house... Though I did have a BT router once (Smart Hub(?)) with known issues for some smart devices. I thought they'd phased that out but maybe not. A fix simply did not exist.

    If @bt_uk suggest you switch to @EE to save you money, say no. Painful process from day 1. Direct debit initially set up wrong, 8 phone numbers with random charges on the bill. Awful experience.

    So annoying when your given a date for broadband installation sat in all morning and no one has been in touch to explain it’s been delayed for 3 weeks and then it will be reviewed still in confirmed date so now have no network as it has cancelled my current network 😡 @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Broadband has been either intermittent or down since February📍Had a long list of engineer visits & today’s couldn’t fix the broadband, not only that our line is also down now. No call back from your operators as promised so as you can imagine, we’re very annoyed😠 #fail

    @bt_uk Thank you. It's very frustrating that this wasn't provided at time of sale. It also doesn't seem right that there is now an additional expense required to guarantee basic service that we used to be able to rely on.

    @bt_uk absolutely deplorable service still. 2 months of false promises and still no internet. What's worse, now our temp hub has been shut off so we have no way to work from home. Cancelled account after cancelled account and no progress!

    Safe to say I’ll never touch @bt_uk with a 10 foot barge pole ever again and strongly recommend everyone else avoid them like the plague. Haven’t had their service since September and still trying to charge me. Absolutely disgusted. Appalling service.

    @markal1974 @bt_uk Broadband down for us since 3.30pm on Friday 28th (Great Austins). Vodafone reported "Openreach fibre breakage" ...to be fixed by 7pm on Saturday at the latest. No other info. Terrible!

    @bt_uk BT, my contract is up for renewal been with you for services over 25 years, no one contacted me, I’ve asked for fibre for 5 years as line down my country lane is constantly damaged doesn’t hold 40/10 well. You say talk to @openreach, they say it’s you, you say it’s them, 1/2

    @bt_uk Hi, yep. Did speak to an agent but still have an issue. Just need an old account deleting as my BT user ID defaults to that acc number and not my new acc number.
