I am 99% sure they are not going to attend before 6pm and no one will help over the phone or call openreach for me. 4 days holiday used sat in waiting for nothing. Shocking

I work from home so it's causing me so many issues. Data on my phone almost up, both draughts data already gone. No TV, no ufc, having parents do school runs.

Wasted 40 hours holiday, that's time I would have spend with my children. @OpenreachHelp won't prioritise another appointment. And each Call you have to re-enter all the details again. And then to get to the "I Am Not Robot" pictures that don't work.
