Ronnie Beaver (@beaver_ronnie) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England@btsport do you actually pay Peter Walton or does he do it just for the laughs poor as a ref and a joke as an analyst no wonder so many fans are muting your channel and using alternatives
-
Jo Thomas (@thomasjowendy) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England@bt_uk disappointed you've disconnected my 98 year old relative and left her without a phone service until Monday. Because of confusion her bill was paid on Friday. £17! But you'd already disconnected her.Spent too long with logistics to be told it will be Monday. Disgraceful.

Iain McDonald (@iainmc123) reported from New Mills, EnglandDidn't turn up. The worse experience of my life. Wasted 40 hours holiday, that's time I would have spend with my children. @OpenreachHelp won't prioritise another appointment. Between @bt_uk and then the system, the process and the service is a disgrace. Never been this angry.
-

Lee Howarth (@leehow2) reported from Urmston, EnglandYour systems work correctly? Once is bad luck but twice is just plain rubbish. There's no online chat available either to sort the issue out. I guess she'll have to spend 2 hours on the phone to you tomorrow trying to get a refund. It's just rubbish! @btsport @BTSportBoxing
-
Iain McDonald (@iainmc123) reported from New Mills, EnglandHavinv the worse experience with @bt_uk. Waiting on open reach to attend. They didn't attend last Friday. I am 99% sure they are not going to attend before 6pm and no one will help over the phone or call openreach for me. 4 days holiday used sat in waiting for nothing. Shocking
-
Cheadle Town FC (@CheadleTownFC) reported from Macclesfield, EnglandApologies for the lack of tweets, @bt_uk mobile providing poor 4G signal in the Alsager area.

Iain McDonald (@iainmc123) reported from New Mills, England@bt_uk I've already booked off 3 days work for this. 4 including issues before the 25th. And it will be a 5th day on 10th. I work from home so it's causing me so many issues. Data on my phone almost up, both draughts data already gone. No TV, no ufc, having parents do school runs.
-
Iain McDonald (@iainmc123) reported from New Mills, England@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp So final update. @OpenreachHelp came and I have broadband. But he didn't need a roof team, basically the person who came on the 25th just didn't do it for no reason. So all this stress and wasted holidays was for... Nothing. And my @bt_uk doesn't work as the hub is in the kitchen

-
James (@sausagenmash) reported@leedvnprt @bt_uk BT are aware of the issues, they just don't know what the problem is, so they can't fix it at the moment. Haven't been able to use My BT or access BT or EE wi-fi hotspots due e while now.
-
Mark 💙🤍 🇪🇺 🌈 (@MarkJohnpotter) reportedI think that unless you get through to the Cheif Excutive office @BT_uk you waste your time it’s full of people that don’t listen or want to help My contract is up shortly and I’m looking forward to moving to a company with proper customer service, where you get treated properly
-
Jon Barnes (@jonbarnes10) reported@bt_uk you app, your website and your twitter account is useless. Dont bother having a twitter account if your answer to “my app is not allowing me to make purchases” is to download the app is the epitome of your customer service
-
Craig Goddard (@ChemTeachCGO) reported@bt_uk It seems that since it moved to HBO Max, this is no longer the case & is now baked into my contract alongside broadband. I don't recall at any time being asked about this & I have always understood it to be a rolling commitment. Please explain this situation and how I can cancel.
-
Pete Wright (@CSI_Pete) reported@bt_uk Hi. Is the offer to upgrade my broadband for £1 a scam? The “checkout broadband “ only button doesn’t work unless I alter my tv package which then starts a new 24 month contract. Seems everyone has the same issue. Seems a con to me then.
-
H (@surkdidat) reported@bt_uk Im hard if hearing so cannot phone as have difficulty in understanding. Have you got an email address so I can put in an official complaint. You insist I return equipment i didn't need or want. You promised a returns bag would be put in with the new hub and it wasnt.
-
H (@surkdidat) reported@bt_uk I have but I am still trying to find out what the actual incident is and why it was down 5 hours yesterday and over 5 hours today
-
Loftus Rogue (@LoftusRogue) reportedMoved into a new flat. I’d had trouble with my @bt_uk Wi-Fi in the old place, so this time I thought: let’s pop do it properly. I upgraded to a more expensive Full Fibre package. Foolproof.
