If @bt_uk suggest you switch to @EE to save you money, say no. Painful process from day 1. Direct debit initially set up wrong, 8 phone numbers with random charges on the bill. Awful experience.

  • Darrenmiller87 Darren Miller (@Darrenmiller87) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England

@bt_uk Hi please can you give me a call? We were speaking today about my house move and you asked me to let you know if I needed any help. I’ve had a text to ask why I haven’t connected by broadband and their is an issue my end if it hasn’t worked.

  • ianrohdebell Ian Rohde-Bell (@ianrohdebell) reported from Manchester, England

@bt_uk @commuter_girl Why do we have to pay for these? I don't understand why you're allowed to sell inferior service for higher prices.

  • DinglerGmail DazPenny (@DinglerGmail) reported from Bramhall, England

@bt_uk your customer service is about the worst I have ever experienced. Been without broadband since Wednesday. Mis-diagnosed the issue and now its Wednesday before you can send an engineer. Shocking.

  • SuperScienceGrl ⌬Nessa Carson (@SuperScienceGrl) reported from Macclesfield, England

@i_jayas @bt_uk Most smart stuff needs 2.4 GHz, at least in my house... Though I did have a BT router once (Smart Hub(?)) with known issues for some smart devices. I thought they'd phased that out but maybe not. A fix simply did not exist.

  • ianrohdebell Ian Rohde-Bell (@ianrohdebell) reported from Manchester, England

@bt_uk Thank you. It's very frustrating that this wasn't provided at time of sale. It also doesn't seem right that there is now an additional expense required to guarantee basic service that we used to be able to rely on.

  • JardiniereChef Jardiniere Chef (@JardiniereChef) reported from Urmston, England

@btsport cancelled my subscription. No one else has buffering issues.

  • thomasjowendy Jo Thomas (@thomasjowendy) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England

@bt_uk disappointed you've disconnected my 98 year old relative and left her without a phone service until Monday. Because of confusion her bill was paid on Friday. £17! But you'd already disconnected her.Spent too long with logistics to be told it will be Monday. Disgraceful.

  • Millwardt2 Millwardt (@Millwardt2) reported

@OpenreachHelp Hi Frazer they have but with an expectation it will be resolved by 9th June which really isn’t good enough @bt_uk - it seems that this is likely to be an engineers mistake or laziness causing the issue we’d appreciate it if you could look ASAP

  • andyhornet8 andyrolls (@andyhornet8) reported

@nuttywray @PeterKuninch @bt_uk No you shouldn’t but all service providers make it clear that speed is only guaranteed on a hard wired connection. And if he is on the lower speed spectrum then 48 on wifi is pretty good

  • lphillips381 Leanne Phillips (@lphillips381) reported

@bt_uk Well you should then shouldn’t you. Maybe taking a bit of control and people won’t be without service. I spoke to an engineer who was trying to fix it and said BT had known about this fault for a while. Yet no customers were informed.
