@TimScot72054859 @bt_uk @MarcAllera It’s been 31 days for me mate, so don’t get your hopes up any time soon. @bt_uk don’t give a toss, but on the bright side they don’t seem to have a problem with their billing department as I’m still getting these through okay.

@RobbieSavage8 VAR does not work perfectly well when there are only fractions involved as the frame speeds being used are to slow. So let’s stop the nonsense it’s always correct, it just isn’t @btsport #Ajaxchelsea

@bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

For those complaining, I understand about the cost but if @btsport live up to the kind of programming and service they are advertising on paper (beyond this New Year schedule I mean).. then it is on another level to Sky. That's easy to see.. @btsportwwe

Getting daily calls, claiming to be from @bt_uk yesterday was about an unpaid bill, today about upgrading internet. Apart from the fact I’ve never been with BT in my life, nor would I ever switch to them. The scammers are getting worse

@bt_uk @BTGroup Question how is it acceptable for a 90-year-old lady who lives on her own to be 4x days without her landline? What happens if she has a fall and needs to call for help! The lack of empathy is shocking. Get it sorted NOW.

@bt_uk Thanks, but I have been through all that palaver previously. Bottom (BT) line is that the current line only supports slow speeds, despite me paying for Fibre 2 package, and it being fast 'at the cabinet'. Yes, I live in #rural #Devon

@Veloula @bt_uk That sucks I’m sorry - have you a business account set up, if so, they owe compensation for loss of earnings. But 5£ a day for internet being off, regardless, isn’t enough - Ofcom if they refuse to help
