    @bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

    For those complaining, I understand about the cost but if @btsport live up to the kind of programming and service they are advertising on paper (beyond this New Year schedule I mean).. then it is on another level to Sky. That's easy to see.. @btsportwwe

    @bt_uk So we lost our BT broadband 9 days ago and still no news when an engineer will attend to repair their fault. Lots of promises to get back to us the next day by a certain time and then blame system in the office not working. Great communication service you are operating BT
