    @jonsmile @bt_uk I also fly through here every other week. It works fine outside but the building acts like a kind of huge faraday cafe and really hinders the connection inside. The WiFi is bad too

    Experiencing awful lack of customer care from @bt_uk @BTCare still waiting for someone to call me back over 24 hrs after my phone call to the technical team. Submitted a complaint email yesterday & the automatic response said I should get a reply in 24 hours, again no reply.

    As BT do not offer such a service, and insist on my obtaining a broadband and TV package in order to watch games, I do not bother. I think BT should consider the potential of this subscription tier as it may attract more customers such as myself. (2/2) @btsport

    @BTCare Morning. I ran an internet speed test last night and had a download speed of 0.31 MBs per sec. The standard/usual being 31 MBs per sec. Assume this was the reason for such a poor signal...all last night. I ran the test again this morning and it’s back up to 31...very frustrating

    @BTCare I get the problems when i move my laptop from one room where it's located ( right next to the hub ) to a different room, the problem is particularly noticeable when watching BT Sport but can quite often happen when streaming other things such as YouTube etc.

    @BTCare my mum has been trying since yesterday to speak to someone regarding renewing her BT broadband. Eventually spoke to someone this morning to be told nothing can be done until after 15th July as computer system down!! This is not good enough so looking elsewhere for her

    @ChrisPrattFanAk @bt_uk Ask Lisa if I can have her number. Also, if it’s in his name then he has to pay the bill. It’s his fault for not contacting them. I forgot to cancel after moving and even though they can check and see the data usage was at zero for two months I still had to pay. You lucked out 👍🏻
