    @LAMTownsend @bt_uk I think the problem is with @OpenreachHelp rather than BT? I’m hearing that BT are sending out engineers to households but unable to do anything to restore the Internet when they arrive because there is a wider network issue. Strange that they’re unaware though.

    @bt_uk Hi. Had a problem with the internet a while back. You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Aren’t you going to send a bag so I can send it back?

    @bt_uk many people have this problem On my ps5 it says I’m on wofi Everything works exept the NAT type. An issue on ur end. Fix it

    @bt_uk I've been having internet issues for few months now. I'm currently sat here watching my phone and laptop intermittently connect and disconnect from my WiFi what is going on. Reset hub number of times over past couple months

    @bt_uk so happy to be out of contract with bt internet, 2 years of being lied to and fobbed off. Two years of internet being slow and dropping off. I will NEVER use this awful company again. They taken money for zero service.
