@bt_uk there's still so many parts of the country with terrible Internet speeds. My Parents are stuck with under 8mbps sometimes nothing. Can we hope that in 2020 and beyond BT is going to bring the service up to date. As we need Internet more than ever.

@bt_uk moved house two weeks after we informed you. Still no service with phone, broadband or tv. Been sent a device to get broadband from. It’s pathetic. A iPhone hotspot has a stronger coverage. You are a complete joke. #GoodbyeBT

@bt_uk Just that you know, it’s a hotel business and this issue really needs to be fixed today. Customers are getting angry, as you can imagine. Who’s goi g to pay for the damage of bad reviews? Please, consider reporting this to someone who could fix the WiFi connection.

@bt_uk The problem is no that Was told I’d be paying 17,99 first 6 months and double after. It hasnt even been a month and you want to charge me 22,99 When I called to complained, was told was because 5£ of a Landline I DID NOT ASKED FOR and was assured it will get waived.

@BTCare so I make a complaint of pressure selling to renew my BB contract with BT , told I’d get a call in 72hrs - no call back but email closing complaint …complain again , told manager will listen to tapes and contact me … no contact again & email closing complaint again 😠
