Rang 151,left mobile number so could test landline, it rang back within mins, telling me option this, option 1 for update,to tell me they're bloody opening hours!!! @bt_uk are a joke! But connection came back for a good few hrs. Now hub is a solid orange & BT website doesn't recognise my login details. Can u tell me what this means?
