@bt_uk Gave up. The automated system refused to accept any of my phone numbers as valid entries. It’s tiresome now, be easier if a uk business call centre was available to business customers. I don’t have time to queue 30mins for no practical help. Quicker to change than get help

  • cookyh
Queen Cooky 🗝 (@cookyh) reported from Royal Tunbridge Wells, England

@bt_uk Please let my last quote tweet, can no interim solution be offered?

  • buzyizzy21
Cheryl #JohnsonOut 💙 (@buzyizzy21) reported from Uckfield, England

@bt_uk If you are going to DROP the totally unnecessary extra increase of 3.9%, then there's every reason to do so. Your profits are for investment, NOT passing it on to the customer to ask us for EVEN MORE at this time or any time. Cannot wait to end my contract. Thieves!!

  • SusanFourtane
Susan Fourtané  (@SusanFourtane) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

@bt_uk Just that you know, it’s a hotel business and this issue really needs to be fixed today. Customers are getting angry, as you can imagine. Who’s goi g to pay for the damage of bad reviews? Please, consider reporting this to someone who could fix the WiFi connection.

@bt_uk Hello, myself and 4 neighbours have all lost our WiFi since a BT technician did some work at a neighbour’s this morning. We’re told it’ll be 16 DAYS before we get our internet back. I’m not even a BT customer - but please can you help as we’re all working at home?

  • whambam__
Hannah Bamford (@whambam__) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

Thought I was done awful customer service @bt_uk when I cancelled in April. They have record of my phone call (where I was told there was no point in staying with BT as my broadband was never going to get any better) but no one bothered to process the cancellation 1/2

  • SebStJohn1
Seb St John (@SebStJohn1) reported from Royal Tunbridge Wells, England

At what point of not delivering the broadband service I pay for, should @bt_uk reduce my monthly fee...? It's been impossible to work this week, countless promises of being fixed and yet still it's still on and off in Hawkenbury.

  • whambam__
Hannah Bamford (@whambam__) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

Spoke to 2 people @bt_uk today. One on live chat who palmed me straight off on someone else, started a complaint but then couldn’t be bothered to finish it. The next guy was more helpful - clearly sick and tired of having to deal with all these issues. 2/3 (sorry there’s more)

  • Captured_Cupid
Colin Hepburn (@Captured_Cupid) reported from East Grinstead, England

@boccabaciata @bt_uk In troubling times where we cannot control signal strength, this is a threat, that “only joking” fails to mask.

@DavidGArnold @bt_uk Goodness! 👏 What a palaver tho! We've been in your position and feel your pain. We left BT in a uff many years ago, cause they were pants, vowed never to return (you could add that to the end of your play)! They're all sneaky buggers to be honest. WE WANT THE WHOLE BANANA!!🍌

@bt_uk I had an email today about the need to update email settings. I am really unsure how us roving amateur family tech-support people will ensure that our distant elderly relatives won’t lose their essential email during #lockdown

  • Dustfuch1
    Dustfuch (@Dustfuch1) reported

@bt_uk please tell your call handlers to stop the hard sell once youve asked to leave. 4 times i had to tell them to stop trying to sell me things, and they still kept me on hold and transferred me to a "manager" to let me cancel. Frustrating isnt strong enough

  • sc2987
    Shoshanah Cohen (@sc2987) reported

@bt_uk And if she were going to switch mobile providers, it would be to Giffgaff, as we're all with them. Not you. You should never be pushing extra services on people moving to a social tariff (or anyone, but especially those likely to be vulnerable).

  • SHaywardGiles
    Shane Hayward-Giles (@SHaywardGiles) reported

Renewed my broadband today with @bt_uk / @EE / @BTGroup As per the perennially poor service, a service costing me £26 a month was added to my contract without my knowledge. Complained when I found out - and the problem was put back on me to solve!!!

  • nooneatnowhere
    noone@nowhere (@nooneatnowhere) reported

@bt_uk If it's not installed at the 3rd attempt we are going to the ombudsman. BT and Openreach cannot communicate with each other and neither can tell the customer what is happening...or worse, what is NOT happening!

  • Pierssy
    Pierssy 💙 (@Pierssy) reported

@bt_uk unbelievably terrible customer services, the people I have eventually spoken to have been good, but the automated system is crap as is the 'my BT' when you have a problem. Engineer appointment show 2 different days on different pages, so frustrating!

  • DomusHolmes
    DomusHolmesPropertyFinder (@DomusHolmes) reported

@bt_uk : Very disappointing service overall, and equally disappointing to find out engineers do not attend properties on weekend to fix fibre connection issues!!!

  • RoseJean12
    Rosemary Dunnill💙 (@RoseJean12) reported

@ladylittler @bt_uk We had a longish power cut and lost Internet and landlines (bring back pre digital voice). Mobile on Tesco(O2), so non-existent 4g/5g signal. Would need to drive 5 miles to make a call, AND we live in a town! I fear getting older, with no car, in emergency

  • laggyteabag
    Joey (@laggyteabag) reported

@bt_uk Im helping an neighbour try to log into their BT account. They've set a password a dozen times, and they can log into their BT emails on a browser without any issues, but trying to log into the BT app flags an incorrect password error. Is their any guidance for this?
