They have record of my phone call (where I was told there was no point in staying with BT as my broadband was never going to get any better) but no one bothered to process the cancellation 1/2

My Parents are stuck with under 8mbps sometimes nothing. Can we hope that in 2020 and beyond BT is going to bring the service up to date. As we need Internet more than ever.

You’re the worst in the world. I can’t believe I’ve been stupid enough to sign up with you again. All that time and kind telephone help, and still unable to log in.
