Seb St John (@SebStJohn1) reported from Royal Tunbridge Wells, EnglandAt what point of not delivering the broadband service I pay for, should @bt_uk reduce my monthly fee...? It's been impossible to work this week, countless promises of being fixed and yet still it's still on and off in Hawkenbury.

-
Seb St John (@SebStJohn1) reported from Royal Tunbridge Wells, EnglandWe still have a fault with @bt_uk broadband. If I log into my account it tells me all is fine, despite being sent an email from them that says they currently can't fix it. On and off all day. Impossible.
-
Cheryl #JohnsonOut 💙 (@buzyizzy21) reported from Uckfield, England@bt_uk If you are going to DROP the totally unnecessary extra increase of 3.9%, then there's every reason to do so. Your profits are for investment, NOT passing it on to the customer to ask us for EVEN MORE at this time or any time. Cannot wait to end my contract. Thieves!!
-
Gary Pleece (@garypleece) reported from Brighton and Hove, England@BBCMOTD This commentary on @btsport is unbelievable! Every 2 seconds how bad BMG are interspersed with how brilliant RM are. Just shut up! Going on and on... 😩
-
Tim Murray 🇬🇧🔶🇪🇺 (@Tim_J_Murray) reported from Uckfield, England@bt_uk I had an email today about the need to update email settings. I am really unsure how us roving amateur family tech-support people will ensure that our distant elderly relatives won’t lose their essential email during #lockdown

Would you be able to help please?
-
Zahid K (@zahidk) reported@BTCare Help. I’ve spent ages trying to cancel a bolt on for mobile package. It’s an absolute nightmare. It’s like impossible to cancel.
