  @bt_uk there's still so many parts of the country with terrible Internet speeds. My Parents are stuck with under 8mbps sometimes nothing. Can we hope that in 2020 and beyond BT is going to bring the service up to date. As we need Internet more than ever.

  We still have a fault with @bt_uk broadband. If I log into my account it tells me all is fine, despite being sent an email from them that says they currently can't fix it. On and off all day. Impossible.

  @bt_uk @BTCare just seen from my fathers bank accounts that he’s been paying £65 per month for phone (never used) &broadband (used) for over 6 years. He’s on end of life care. What a shockingly corrupt practice this is from BT to leave this account without intervention.
