    @bt_uk Similar problem with my wife's email a/c. Seems to be SMTP function rather than IMAP - emails have been received but not sent.

    @bt_uk there's still so many parts of the country with terrible Internet speeds. My Parents are stuck with under 8mbps sometimes nothing. Can we hope that in 2020 and beyond BT is going to bring the service up to date. As we need Internet more than ever.

    @bt_uk Hello, myself and 4 neighbours have all lost our WiFi since a BT technician did some work at a neighbour’s this morning. We’re told it’ll be 16 DAYS before we get our internet back. I’m not even a BT customer - but please can you help as we’re all working at home?

    @bt_uk Just that you know, it’s a hotel business and this issue really needs to be fixed today. Customers are getting angry, as you can imagine. Who’s goi g to pay for the damage of bad reviews? Please, consider reporting this to someone who could fix the WiFi connection.

    @bt_uk moved house two weeks after we informed you. Still no service with phone, broadband or tv. Been sent a device to get broadband from. It’s pathetic. A iPhone hotspot has a stronger coverage. You are a complete joke. #GoodbyeBT

    @bt_uk The connection constantly drops when leaving the front room, as soon as I enter any of the bedrooms / bathroom the connection then drops and my phone goes to 4G. The speed is also slower than you provide as it states online that any speed slower then 25mbps is classed as to slow

    @bt_uk Yes, everytime it rains our service drops from 45Mbps to about 3 or 4Mbps, but by the time the engineers call out the lines have dried out and they say no fault found

    @bt_uk After years of trouble free use, my WiFi has been all over the place in the last few weeks. I reported a fault just before Xmas when my speed which is usually 50+ suddenly dropped to almost 0. This was fixed within 24 hours, but in the last day or two has been erratic again. 🤔

    @bt_uk I couldn't get reliable internet over Ethernet with BT, buffering videos and connection issues in games. Now I'm with Virgin, not had a single issue

    @bt_uk That's BT Sport. Says so on the screen. Every broadband provider except Virgin and Gigaclear use the same cables, connected to the old copper connectors that cause the dropouts. You are basically dissing your own network - the routers can only transmit the signal they receive.
