@bt_uk If you are going to DROP the totally unnecessary extra increase of 3.9%, then there's every reason to do so. Your profits are for investment, NOT passing it on to the customer to ask us for EVEN MORE at this time or any time. Cannot wait to end my contract. Thieves!!

@bt_uk Gave up. The automated system refused to accept any of my phone numbers as valid entries. It’s tiresome now, be easier if a uk business call centre was available to business customers. I don’t have time to queue 30mins for no practical help. Quicker to change than get help

We still have a fault with @bt_uk broadband. If I log into my account it tells me all is fine, despite being sent an email from them that says they currently can't fix it. On and off all day. Impossible.

@MarkAngelv2 @Nick72929843 @btsport Which model Chromecast? If it's not one of the newer models (that comes with a remote control) then try rebooting it by pulling the power and plugging in again. It should only be new models affected by the bug, but a few reports that old devices fail until they're rebooted

@bt_uk Yes to my knowledge just one landline. I am able to call my voicemail ok. My relatives have the same problems calling me - dead line.
