    @bt_uk moved house two weeks after we informed you. Still no service with phone, broadband or tv. Been sent a device to get broadband from. It’s pathetic. A iPhone hotspot has a stronger coverage. You are a complete joke. #GoodbyeBT

    Spoke to 2 people @bt_uk today. One on live chat who palmed me straight off on someone else, started a complaint but then couldn’t be bothered to finish it. The next guy was more helpful - clearly sick and tired of having to deal with all these issues. 2/3 (sorry there’s more)

    Thought I was done awful customer service @bt_uk when I cancelled in April. They have record of my phone call (where I was told there was no point in staying with BT as my broadband was never going to get any better) but no one bothered to process the cancellation 1/2

    @BTCare Hi Laura G, yes they are. An engineer came out to us and said one of your contractors has cut out line to connect another. It looks like it won’t be fixed until tomorrow. That will be four days without broadband...

    @garrytrinder @BTCare All but given up with @bt_uk - no fibre, very unreliable, and if you call them you wait for an hour and then they "fix" it for a few hours and then it goes back to normal. Locked in a contract but actually having to use a 4G router. #WFH

    @bt_uk Download back to ca 50Mbps this morning, upload still terrible at ca 3.5Mbps. The latter problematic for me because of photo sharing from my desktop not using WiFi.

    @bt_uk No, I just need the fault to be repaired quickly. I also work from home so I need the broadband and I need the phone. The fault happen after your work men was working outside and caused the issue.

    @bt_uk It's been stable for nearly five days without a disconnect, so it's looking promising, but it has sometimes gone three days without dropping before. I moved the furniture away from the master socket in case they needed access, it appears that they have found the issue elsewhere

    @bt_uk Ok, anytime after 9.30 today. I just realised that the fault is shown as "slow connection" which isn't the problem, it just keeps dropping.


    @bt_uk customer service is horrendous! 6/7 calls since the 24th of March and they’ve managed to get something wrong every single time! Fed up

    1/ Awful service from @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp. Reported a fault last week and was told an engineer would attend on Wednesday. Nobody turned up. Engineer arrived on Friday and said we had a major fault on our line. Informed this would be fixed by 6pm yesterday. Nobody turned up.
