@OneTakeJack @bt_uk My experience is similar I must admit. I remember one engineer visit, a call out for slow speed. He spent around two hrs in the house and back to the exchange. At some point the line went down altogether. He then tells me he has run out of time. And leaves with it still broken.

@bt_uk Hello. Internet still extremely slow but they are saying there is a fault on the line outside & that an engineer will check it this week. Thing is they came out in February too & said the copper line is very very long & impossible for him to find exactly where it could be.
