  Our phone was fixed by @bt_uk and now we cannot access broadband from our smart hub or see internet tv, netflix, on demand etc. which we use all the time We never really use the landline phone! Great swap., thanks @bt_uk

  @flanman100 @bt_uk @Ofcom Dad wanted same a few months ago. Was without WiFi for 8 weeks after engineer visit. Found a problem and had to come back at a later date. Turns out the first engineer had cut a wire and hadn’t realised. Took many visits and no shows. A shower or &hite is how I would describe BT

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year.   @bt_uk It seems that since it moved to HBO Max, this is no longer the case & is now baked into my contract alongside broadband. I don't recall at any time being asked about this & I have always understood it to be a rolling commitment. Please explain this situation and how I can cancel.

  @bt_uk We didn’t receive a bill! Direct debit was set up yet you never took any payments just discounted my services and added a late payment fee! Your error not mine! Yes it’s only £7.50 but it’s £7.50 that shouldn’t have been added to the bill!

  @bt_uk Wasted weeks of my time on this , you have failed to fix it . Told me you were sending an engineer , never arrived . You told me it was my equipment but all my stuff is BT . The digital phone line never worked either
