Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year.   @bt_uk Hi James Yes, I called and the lady put a request to openreach to change the phone lines for new ones, rather than repair them every week. I’ve not got much confidence that open reach will do this, but I am hopeful. 6 weeks with broken broadband is not fun with 3 kids! Thanks

  @bt_uk please help - grandparents in their 80’s haven’t had use of their telephone for nearly 10 days as there is a problem with the line. We’ve been waiting for an engineer for 3 days. Everytime we phone or live chat we are told different stories. How can we get this resolved?
