@bt_uk BT advisor have lost the plot and they are conning , greedy driven by bonuses I just spoke Ashley she said e mails are sent and received 24 hours put in a complaint did not receive a acknowledgement but received that it’s already been closed but nothing been resolved yet

@bt_uk so BT are extending contract s without the permission of the customer, so if you ring up for a fault, without your knowing the BT advisor extends it, so he can get a bonus,so people be careful it happened to me twice.

@bt_uk I know but as I explained hours ago, until then our agreed workaround is to take the Ethernet cable out of the main router to force it into the 4G. This solution has worked in the past when connection was unstable. Still need an answer please because we won’t be able to connect

@bt_uk I’ve already been asked this and yes I’ve tried everything it’s a ongoing issue as I’ve just sent I’m asking it yous are fixing it or just charging people £25 for a service that isn’t working at all
