  @bt_uk quite shocked by BT , I just rang to stop BT sport multi room ,in December, and then I rang yesterday to discuss my contact which was up in 26 feb this year , so without me know the customer advisor on extended my contract without my consent, don’t trust BT anymore

  Dear @bt_uk - for 6 weeks I have had a wholly unreliable WiFi signal. So far I have had 2 engineers to the house & 2 to the outside set up. I am using the chat function again to speak with one of your colleagues for what is now the 8th or 9th time. There is no consistency, I have to relay the problem each time & each time they have another trick to try. I am getting nowhere with fixing the problem & just going around in circles.   @bt_uk Took Vikram 1 hour on a Web Chat for disconnection ..... Web Chat is supposed to work quicker.... Very poor service! I am very happy to leave BT Broadband.. I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway .. I am still not done yet the dude is still doing something in the background.. 1 hour!!!!! 🤯🤯🤯🤯Still no confirmation.. @BTGroup

  @bt_uk you cut customer services , phones Broadband and no one can advise after 4 days what services will be reinstated. After 30+ years of loyalty your staff advise us to leave as they cannot be bothered to take the pressure and answer questions on shocking service @bt_uk .

  @bt_uk Cut off my phone and net 1 week ago, instead of an upgrade. Got net back this week. Now I don't have a phone no. I can get no response from BT now. Customer of 50 years. Treated like filth. B'band speed 1/2 what is promised. Really appalling treatment.

  @btbusinesscare @Starlink 5 days later and this might be fixed by Wednesday. We’re a business and we pay for a business service. Your lack of service, communication and even a temporary solution is pathetic. The best you’ve come up with is “use a 4G dongle”. Imagine running YOUR company through a dongle!
