@EE Hello Russ, it is 4G mobile conn, which is way slower than 3G conn. Raised & escalated with @bt_uk, but as network belongs to EE, nothing they could do. Please help!

.@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

Our phone was fixed by @bt_uk and now we cannot access broadband from our smart hub or see internet tv, netflix, on demand etc. which we use all the time We never really use the landline phone! Great swap., thanks @bt_uk

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. Day 69 since I ordered broadband from @bt_uk and still no connection, no idea when there might be a connection, and another level of ‘escalation’ that doesn’t go anywhere from the BT support team who seem to think it’s ok to just ‘call back in 10 days with an update’. #BT

Watching FCK v City #btsport commentary is so ridiculously bad. 2 demonstrably wrong VAR calls where ref ratifies it. Comms just moan that VAR exists, no mention of the errors or why. Tin hat on it was Fletcher saying we spend more time talking about VAR than referee mistakes...

@Saz_Logue @bt_uk I have seen a delivery from BT shrink wrapped in same package delivered by courier - containing Smart Hub 2 & BT Pro box (x2) on a few occasions. I asked customer how come they have two Pro Boxes. Their usual reply was because they asked for two.

@bt_uk having some real issues with high ping and random speed drops eg. 0.4mbps download - can you take a look please? The ping is the big issue.
