Who was responsible. Who can fix it? They are desperate now. @OpenreachHelp and @bt_uk and contractors haven’t fixed it. A disgrace! They are in 80s

I just did another: ok but still seems lower? An engineer confirmed & said I should claim money back for the year & ongoing if still happening.
