neil leverett (@neil_lev_sport) reported from Steeple Bumpstead, EnglandFoden played half the match Glenn. Coufal hands down MOTM #btsport
-
Ian Farrell (@eyefarrell) reported from Milton, EnglandI’m beginning to think that going with BT for my business broadband was a very band idea. @btbusinesscare Speed awful. Admin and billing even worse. And a premium rate number for customer service - oh nice 😐
-
James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Haverhill, England@bt_uk Ethernet. It's happened on multiple occasions. Look. As long as I can use without buffering and quality drops to streaming etc I'm a very content customer. When buffering happens in 2019 there is something amiss. 5mb is crazy slow for "super fast fiber" ;)
-
EJ Allen cosplay- All about that hair! (@EJ_C_Allen) reported from Milton, England@bt_uk how is it okay to leave us with unusable internet till the 24th of this month and still charge us for this time. We all work from home right now and 1mps speed just ain’t doing anything but yet your doing nothing to help us but still charging us. Great customer service!
-
James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Haverhill, England@bt_uk In fact. I'm sure your adverts state that its GUARANTEED never to happen!!
-
James Gordon (@jgordon85) reported from Waterbeach, England@btsport @btsportcricket just spent £25 to watch @englandcricket to find your app on my phone and TV are not working. What's going on? 😡🤬
-
Raymond Docwra (@RaymondDocwra) reported from Fordham, EnglandFair play to the @WeAreOpenreach engineers tonight. Internet went off in village #fordham about 3pm (I think thanks to some roadworks for new housing estate) . Way past midnight and the engineers still at it trying to fix. Great effort lads @bt_uk
-
Chloe Hipwood (@clowee) reported from Haverhill, EnglandFancy doing anything about shockingly slow broadband speeds in some rural Tier 4 areas? Video chat for elderly residents in these areas during Christmas should be a given not a luck. @bt_uk @virginmedia @SkyUK . #loneliness #tier4 #christmascancelled
-
Martin Wheatley (@wheatley_martin) reported from Swaffham Bulbeck, England@bt_uk Yes, but the fix time (5 days) is very disappointing. Would expect new installation to work.
-
Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England@bt_uk Welcome to the worst broadband provider in the country . BT WE LIKE TO RIP OUR CUSTOMERS OFF .
-
Tyler Thurston (@Cameraman_Tye) reported from Dalham, England@virginmedia your customer service via whatsapp is laughable, fill in all the information to then get called the wrong name? Can safely say the router, service and customer help was better with @bt_uk
-
Claire Jones (@redhatphoto) reported from Cottenham, England@Arron1970 @sjhammerschmidt @btsport @SpursOfficial I never knew that Greavsie was in rehab about 200m where I lived in Brentwood- our house was on the site of the old Warley hospital
-
James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Haverhill, England@bt_uk Doesnt help in the slightest.
-
Faye Holland (@FayeHollandUK) reported from Burwell, EnglandSorting out my father in laws accounts. He has #dementia. @TalkmobileUK terrible and unresolved - had to resort to email and who knows how long that will take. @bt_uk absolutely brilliant and went the extra mile. I know who my business goes to in the future
-
Martin Wheatley (@wheatley_martin) reported from Swaffham Bulbeck, EnglandVery slow handclap for @bt_uk. My *brand new* phone connection isn't working and won't be fixed until Tuesday next week.
-
James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Haverhill, England@bt_uk hi there. Have recently renewed my contract with you. Why is my bt sport package still being charged at the out of contract price of £29.99? Its supposed to come down to £16
-
Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England@bt_uk What a bunch of crooks BT are. Sneaking in a above inflation increase . Luckily I do not use BT but My mother does. I will make sure that she leaves as soon as her contract is up. BT= POOR SERVICE, POOR VALUE.
-
Ian Miller (@millerbowler) reported from Fordham, England@BTCare @bt_uk The more dealings I have with your customer service and website , the more confused and frustrated I get.
-
James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Haverhill, England@bt_uk Also. If my contract renewed 2019. That is this year. Not 2014 like first stated. Really seems that bt cant get there numbers correct. As you can see I've been a loyal customer for many many years. Seems like honouring sales pitches doesnt come easy for you guys. Lol
-
James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Haverhill, England@bt_uk hey there. Have spoken before to yourselves about my poor upload speeds and you say you cant do anything. But from speaking to an ex engineer of yours, I have been told thats totally false and that a few easy things that you can do. Very disappointed. Tut tut.
BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Rural Record (@AnonEtc) reported@bt_uk We did, Ian in Stockport told us exit fees fluctuate constantly...despite giving him the exit date! It's this overt complication, plus language (see the previous pic, "see how switching will IMPACT you"), against the ethos of Ofcom, which is why BT will lose customers and fail.
-
Robin Shaw (@RSh234) reported@phillyonskem @bt_uk Totally agree. Literally hours on calls to ‘Guides’, only a few of which actually help, processes which ignore issues and no recourse without escalating to the Ombudsman!
-
UAVHive (@UAVHive) reported@NorthernPeasant @bt_uk Are you sure someone isn't applying for a service in your name, maybe even a mobile phone?
-
GerryC🏇🏾 (@Epsom1780) reported@bt_uk I don’t have an account with BT though, I’m with Sky, but they’re not updating, and it’s Openreach that are supposedly fixing this problem and then updating Sky! So I need to contact Openreach!
-
Even The Stars Music (@eventhestarsuk) reported@bt_uk hey. Why are you charging me £84 for a package a new customer can now get for £35 and the best price you can offer me is £65 with a 24 month contract? Ripping off long-term customers is a very bad look
-
The Wiz (@TheWizYouTube) reported@MadMonkeyGroup Crappy BT INTERNET!! @bt_uk full fibre is worse than the previous cheaper package we were on! £48.99 for nothing!! Called them, still bad... Probably best to look elsewhere where and cancel BT soon as possible!!
-
namecantbebrank (@alreetson) reported@bt_uk Since Tuesday, it's been an exasperating experience trying to understand what has happened and why. Her annex is now effectively redundant and she is confused about if she is, post-takeover, a BT customer or a Plusnet customer, and keeps getting stonewalled on the phone.
-
Simon Caffrey (@caffrey_simon) reported@WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk are useless, saying no network fault so sending me a new hub even though I explained multiple properties and service providers affected 1/
-
(((Ian McKenzie))) 🇬🇧🇪🇺🇫🇷🇺🇦🇮🇱🇬🇪🇬🇱 (@iMcKenzied) reported@bt_uk I’ve already been told there is nothing that can be done. @bt_uk are going to take double payments for the same line for 7 months and have made clear that after 48 years do not want me as a customer when I do find somewhere to live. Seems unnecessary to me.
-
Catherine (@teacherCate1) reported@bt_uk It’s not an issue of him not being on top of bills and it definitely needs looking into - he’s over £800 in credit yet he’s still having more money taken from him every month. There is no need for any phone provider to be charging such a huge amount for calls etc.
