I cannot use the service with the speed a currently have. Is very annoying. My internet is going to start hindering my tech going forward.

But from speaking to an ex engineer of yours, I have been told thats totally false and that a few easy things that you can do. Very disappointed. Tut tut.

If its covered there you're legal expenses insurer will pay for the damage to be repaired allowing you to pick the folks that fix it. But the Chat Bot ignores everything you type in and just asks unrelated questions before saying it can't help.
