@bt_uk Also. If my contract renewed 2019. That is this year. Not 2014 like first stated. Really seems that bt cant get there numbers correct. As you can see I've been a loyal customer for many many years. Seems like honouring sales pitches doesnt come easy for you guys. Lol

  • Darkestfrost
James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Haverhill, England

@bt_uk hi there. Have recently renewed my contract with you. Why is my bt sport package still being charged at the out of contract price of £29.99? Its supposed to come down to £16

  • FayeHollandUK
Faye Holland (@FayeHollandUK) reported from Burwell, England

Sorting out my father in laws accounts. He has #dementia. @TalkmobileUK terrible and unresolved - had to resort to email and who knows how long that will take. @bt_uk absolutely brilliant and went the extra mile. I know who my business goes to in the future

  • clowee
Chloe Hipwood (@clowee) reported from Haverhill, England

Fancy doing anything about shockingly slow broadband speeds in some rural Tier 4 areas? Video chat for elderly residents in these areas during Christmas should be a given not a luck. @bt_uk @virginmedia @SkyUK . #loneliness #tier4 #christmascancelled

  • paulhayward200
Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England

@bt_uk What a bunch of crooks BT are. Sneaking in a above inflation increase . Luckily I do not use BT but My mother does. I will make sure that she leaves as soon as her contract is up. BT= POOR SERVICE, POOR VALUE.

  • eyefarrell
Ian Farrell (@eyefarrell) reported from Milton, England

I’m beginning to think that going with BT for my business broadband was a very band idea. @btbusinesscare Speed awful. Admin and billing even worse. And a premium rate number for customer service - oh nice 😐

  • neil_lev_sport
neil leverett (@neil_lev_sport) reported from Steeple Bumpstead, England

Foden played half the match Glenn. Coufal hands down MOTM #btsport

  • Darkestfrost
James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Haverhill, England

@bt_uk Only issue is that the new xbox console streaming requires a minimum of 4.8mbs upload speed. I cannot use the service with the speed a currently have. Is very annoying. My internet is going to start hindering my tech going forward.

  • wheatley_martin
Martin Wheatley (@wheatley_martin) reported from Swaffham Bulbeck, England

Very slow handclap for @bt_uk. My *brand new* phone connection isn't working and won't be fixed until Tuesday next week.

@Arron1970 @sjhammerschmidt @btsport @SpursOfficial I never knew that Greavsie was in rehab about 200m where I lived in Brentwood- our house was on the site of the old Warley hospital

  • RaymondDocwra
Raymond Docwra (@RaymondDocwra) reported from Fordham, England

Fair play to the @WeAreOpenreach engineers tonight. Internet went off in village #fordham about 3pm (I think thanks to some roadworks for new housing estate) . Way past midnight and the engineers still at it trying to fix. Great effort lads @bt_uk

  • Darkestfrost
James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Haverhill, England

@bt_uk hey there. Have spoken before to yourselves about my poor upload speeds and you say you cant do anything. But from speaking to an ex engineer of yours, I have been told thats totally false and that a few easy things that you can do. Very disappointed. Tut tut.

  • paulhayward200
Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England

@bt_uk Welcome to the worst broadband provider in the country . BT WE LIKE TO RIP OUR CUSTOMERS OFF .

@BTCare @bt_uk The more dealings I have with your customer service and website , the more confused and frustrated I get.

  • angie_shatford
Angie Shatford 💙 (@angie_shatford) reported from Saffron Walden, England

@bt_uk - 👋 I’m having a problem with nuisance calls. The person I just spoke to on your helpline wasn’t very helpful 😬 Can you DM me to help me fix this? Thank you!

  • EJ_C_Allen
EJ Allen cosplay- All about that hair! (@EJ_C_Allen) reported from Milton, England

@bt_uk how is it okay to leave us with unusable internet till the 24th of this month and still charge us for this time. We all work from home right now and 1mps speed just ain’t doing anything but yet your doing nothing to help us but still charging us. Great customer service!

  • Cameraman_Tye
Tyler Thurston (@Cameraman_Tye) reported from Dalham, England

@virginmedia your customer service via whatsapp is laughable, fill in all the information to then get called the wrong name? Can safely say the router, service and customer help was better with @bt_uk

  • Darkestfrost
James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Haverhill, England

@bt_uk Ethernet. It's happened on multiple occasions. Look. As long as I can use without buffering and quality drops to streaming etc I'm a very content customer. When buffering happens in 2019 there is something amiss. 5mb is crazy slow for "super fast fiber" ;)

  • Darkestfrost
James bartlett (@Darkestfrost) reported from Haverhill, England

@bt_uk No full drops but speed was pitiful last night. So much so that my entertainment was stuttering and buffering. So either your test equipment is faulty or lying to you. If I hadnt had a problem I wouldn't be having this conversation!!

  • wheatley_martin
Martin Wheatley (@wheatley_martin) reported from Swaffham Bulbeck, England

@bt_uk Yes, but the fix time (5 days) is very disappointing. Would expect new installation to work.

@bt_uk you cut customer services , phones Broadband and no one can advise after 4 days what services will be reinstated. After 30+ years of loyalty your staff advise us to leave as they cannot be bothered to take the pressure and answer questions on shocking service @bt_uk .

  • adebariazeez
    Oluwatimilehin (@adebariazeez) reported

@bt_uk you guys are a terrible internet provider. How do you charge your client extra £10 because their direct debit failed. This is pure extortion!!!! @BTGroup @bt_uk

  • JustClembo
    Justine Clement (@JustClembo) reported

@bt_uk you made my 84yr old parents wait 2wks for an engineer to install WiFi & when he came he told them he couldn’t help & they needed super fast broadband & left. Over the phone you then said ‘there’s none in your area, what a mess we’ve made’ & now it’s another 2wks to wait.

  • _BudeBee
    BudeBee (@_BudeBee) reported

@bt_uk Terrible service from BT. - No broadband service for 4 days - Broadband speed was less than 10Mbps since I moved in - Not been able to get compensation for either issue

  • measlewolf
    Steve Lees (@measlewolf) reported

@bt_uk my mum is a vulnerable customer and had a new connection on the 1st July and it’s never worked. An engineer was due on the 8th, 14th and today I’ve now been told it’s the 15th and she isn’t able to make it. Every-time I call I have to repeat the same tale. Help.

  • sc2987
    Shoshanah Cohen (@sc2987) reported

@bt_uk It seems to have been cancelled now (I don't know how that actually was actioned though!). But that still leaves her with the issue of getting the correct internet (as the whole package was cancelled).

@bt_uk what an absolute disgrace of a service you’ve ‘given’ my 84yr old parents moving house from Wales to Selsey. It has been the single most stressful part of moving home & still not resolved. Between you & @EE you’ve stressed them to the hilt & they’ll be 4wks no internet

@btbusinesscare I have a BT business connection for the last 2years where my contract was ending on 6th August, 2026. I called to terminate the contract but I have been asked to pay until 16th August. Also, you charged a £18 disconnection fee. Why do I need to pay after contract?
