@bt_uk how is it okay to leave us with unusable internet till the 24th of this month and still charge us for this time. We all work from home right now and 1mps speed just ain’t doing anything but yet your doing nothing to help us but still charging us. Great customer service!

@bt_uk hey there. Have spoken before to yourselves about my poor upload speeds and you say you cant do anything. But from speaking to an ex engineer of yours, I have been told thats totally false and that a few easy things that you can do. Very disappointed. Tut tut.

@bt_uk Only issue is that the new xbox console streaming requires a minimum of 4.8mbs upload speed. I cannot use the service with the speed a currently have. Is very annoying. My internet is going to start hindering my tech going forward.

@bt_uk Ethernet. It's happened on multiple occasions. Look. As long as I can use without buffering and quality drops to streaming etc I'm a very content customer. When buffering happens in 2019 there is something amiss. 5mb is crazy slow for "super fast fiber" ;)

@bt_uk part2 Just fed up speaking to people and they BT don’t deliver!!! If I wasn’t tied to a contract I would of gone elsewhere. Very poor service from a so-called top provider, and I am still struggling to get WiFi even though the router is in the same room.

@bt_uk I can DM but can you guarantee something will change? It has been ongoing issue since July. We’ve been charged late fees, even though error is yours and threatened to have our phone lines cut off when our charity runs a support line for vulnerable people. It’s shocking service.

@bt_uk part3 ..it just keeps dropping out and I have to put the password into my devices to reconnect, it is very annoying. Still as long as you get your £66 pound every month why should you worry about a long standing customer. Not very happy Graham Bell
