@BTCare your broadband service is a joke. I've had days where my MBPS has been 0.37 then in the evening 12.08 MBPS then 2 hours later 2.58. As soon as I can I'm leaving this contract s it's certainly not what I signed up for.

There's no reason for any item to be illegal since its down to the individual to misuse it. A country where the state only exists to protect the rights of the people.
