    @bt_uk disgusting service for new customers. My grandparents who are in their 70/80’s ordered newest bt tv product a few weeks back ahead of them moving house. Only to find bt turned up at old address despite being told of new address and now refusing to come round TIL tues

    @minxhoney @EE @bt_uk @MartinSLewis @EE love to give you the spill even in the shop, then when you get your first bill realise it’s a load of rubbish. Happened to me twice now. I will be leaving @ee when my contract is up now. Been a customer for about 20 years.

    @BTCare your broadband service is a joke. I've had days where my MBPS has been 0.37 then in the evening 12.08 MBPS then 2 hours later 2.58. As soon as I can I'm leaving this contract s it's certainly not what I signed up for.

    @bt_uk We're having to reboot router to get things working. Twice today. Yesterday evening there was an issue too and... It's too frequent and doesn't match with the WiFi guarantee

    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph this is how BT are treating their loyal customers! I’m going to lose my house because of a default they put on my account - they never sent me a final bill to pay and my account doesn’t show any final bill owing! They refuse to help me smugly telling me my fault!

    @bt_uk Hi, I have just ran the diagnostics for this and it says the issue won’t be fixed until 3am? It’s been down for 8 hours already, and now a further 4. It’s already affected my working day and now it’s affecting my partners as he probably can’t work tonight now either.

    @bt_uk @kittoched We tried to upgrade our system but when engineer arrived he told us he couldn’t do it. I have an booster/extendinder disc and still my security door bell shows “poor WiFi connection” We also have to do a weekly reset due to it slowing down.

    @bt_uk > internet has been painfully slow for days. Reset everything. Can’t do webchat as you haven’t got enough staff apparently. Getting download speed to hub approx 2.5mb; and your test screen says that is the expected speed!! What rubbish. Should be 20mb+ atleast.
