    @bt_uk We're having to reboot router to get things working. Twice today. Yesterday evening there was an issue too and... It's too frequent and doesn't match with the WiFi guarantee

    Can anyone at @bt_uk help?!? My parents in 70s have been waiting for phone line & broadband to be installed - order place on 4th July. They’re completed without internet or phone with v poor mobile signal. They rely on internet and in current Covid climate it’s distressing them!

    @AdamPlom @btsport I can’t get through to them either... of you cancel the DD and don’t pay they just cancel ALL your services. I have WiFi with BT otherwise would do it.

    @bt_uk disgusting service for new customers. My grandparents who are in their 70/80’s ordered newest bt tv product a few weeks back ahead of them moving house. Only to find bt turned up at old address despite being told of new address and now refusing to come round TIL tues

    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    @minxhoney @EE @bt_uk @MartinSLewis @EE love to give you the spill even in the shop, then when you get your first bill realise it’s a load of rubbish. Happened to me twice now. I will be leaving @ee when my contract is up now. Been a customer for about 20 years.

    @bt_uk despite speed tests coming back as normal to the hub and from the hub. My FTTH connection is bad. Takes minutes not seconds to load pages. YouTube videos or Instagram reels will pause or buffer across all devices. 4g is more stable & faster on my phone.

    @bt_uk Never had a problem with my bt broadband had it years but will be seriously looking at moving they charge far to much to loyal customers

    @bt_uk are happy to lose a customer rather than resolve my issue so I'm now on the hunt for a decent internet provider so I can get back to doing what I love! Content will come soon guys!!

    @bt_uk not happy by the service I have received getting your broadband installed. Engineer supposed to come yesterday but nobody showed up. Rang customer service 3 times all to be told different things. Now waiting for a call back today but who knows when it will be installed.

    Hey @bt_uk. I think you could learn a thing or 6 about customer service from @OctopusEnergy. As soon as I am able I shall leave BT and never return. Your short term approach will cost you long term. You could have dealt with my complaint fairly and I'd have stayed a customer.

    Spoken to @bt_uk teams in Newcastle, Belfast and Cardiff. Got absolutely nowhere. You’ve to go through a bot to get someone to call you so trying to contact support is a painful process each time!
