    @ufc @UFCEurope @btsportufc @bt_uk @btsport there's a very good reason that people illegally stream events like this. I specifically came back to BT for UFC when the regained, 2nd event on PPV in two months. Very very poor. I was told the last even was a one off ๐Ÿค” #cancelling

    Anyone eles BT broadband down, ours has been down since yesterday morning. As a result of this we are very sorry we cannot accept card payments at the moment. Very sorry for any inconvenience. @btbusinesscare @bt_uk

    @chelleybaby73 @ITVWales @bt_uk The mobile phone signal is generally good. But if I need to download important files I connect my computer to my phone rather than use @bt_uk internet. Never been able to get it consistent in spite of many calls with @BTCare

    @bt_uk funny how when I run MY BT app it never says the speed is too low and Iโ€™m always in my guaranteed download and upload but when I run it with other tests including bt wholesale they never achieve the speeds especially when we are having issues in house!!! Guaranteed Con!

    @bt_uk Internet still down fault reported 6 days ago engineer came today says another 2/3 days absolute joke of a customer service all the promises made on TV adverts are a myth can't wait to get out of this contract !!! Thanks again BT

    Huge disappointment with @bt_uk today. I had a Post Office phone line in 1978 which became BT in 1982. Iโ€™ve never considered switching away. I moved last year with about 6 weeks interregnum. Iโ€™m moving again and am told I have to pay ยฃ73 early termination! So Iโ€™m done with BT, me

    @bt_uk Iโ€™ve already been told there is nothing that can be done. @bt_uk are going to take double payments for the same line for 7 months and have made clear that after 48 years do not want me as a customer when I do find somewhere to live. Seems unnecessary to me.

    @bt_uk wow BT - when are you going to learn that supporting loyal customers is just as important as getting new ones. 30 years with BT internet/broadband, paying bills every month means nothing except I have to pay ยฃ30 more than a new customer. Account now cancelled!
