We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

Leanne Richards (@leannemrichards) reported from Bishopston, Wales@bt_uk My elderly Mum receives 3-4 scam calls a day on her BT land line. Registered with TPS but it doesn't stop them. Do you offer any type of call screening service to stop these unsolicited calls please?

Now I’m in a guaranteed 100mb do it they pay me £60 per day. Funny when I do a speed test it’s ok, but the whole house is Internet down!

I have an elderly aunt who is currently shielding who has no access to the internet and unable to receive or make a call. She sorted it in 5 minutes and was excellent. Offshore who I spoke to last week were useless & spent 40 minutes not solving the issue and closed my complaint without contact.

I should be on 150MB download and nobody else online!! Reboot of router, changes ip subnet so nothing works! Reboot again changes router IP address!! It's this overt complication, plus language (see the previous pic, "see how switching will IMPACT you"), against the ethos of Ofcom, which is why BT will lose customers and fail.
