    @bt_uk Our broadband has been cut off apparently my dad called up this morning so fix it but I don’t think he did tbh. I just want to know if he has.

    @bt_uk My elderly Mum receives 3-4 scam calls a day on her BT land line. Registered with TPS but it doesn't stop them. Do you offer any type of call screening service to stop these unsolicited calls please?

    @bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!πŸ˜‚

    @bt_uk so just I’m settling down to watch the Liverpool Aston Villa game my Internet has decided to play up. Now I’m in a guaranteed 100mb do it they pay me Β£60 per day. Funny when I do a speed test it’s ok, but the whole house is Internet down!

    @bt_uk funny how when I run MY BT app it never says the speed is too low and I’m always in my guaranteed download and upload but when I run it with other tests including bt wholesale they never achieve the speeds especially when we are having issues in house!!! Guaranteed Con!

    @bt_uk He offered to put a complaint in, but admitted it wouldnt amount to much. So I said what is the point. Whilst I have had some rubbish service from staff, the problem is @bt_uk itself. How can you sell a service, wth new hardware that is not capable of delivering that service?

    @bt_uk Yes, BT is the service provider. BT need to exclude faults in the area and to be honest you should run tests. I've just tried to ring the Restaurant and the line is still constantly engaged. Ring the number yourself Come on BT go the extra mile. Support local businesses.

    Absolute shocking service from @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach . 80 year old parents without landline or broadband due to an off site fault for over a week, call center a chocolate teapot and still no visit from an open reach engineer or any hint of service recovery. Contact plz

    @btbusinesscare I have a BT business connection for the last 2years where my contract was ending on 6th August, 2026. I called to terminate the contract but I have been asked to pay until 16th August. Also, you charged a Β£18 disconnection fee. Why do I need to pay after contract?
