    @bt_uk why is it that we are unable to speak to anyone to report a fault. I have an elderly aunt who is currently shielding who has no access to the internet and unable to receive or make a call. Can someone contact me please to report this absolutely terrible customer service.

    @ufc @UFCEurope @btsportufc @bt_uk @btsport there's a very good reason that people illegally stream events like this. I specifically came back to BT for UFC when the regained, 2nd event on PPV in two months. Very very poor. I was told the last even was a one off ๐Ÿค” #cancelling

    @btsport are an absolute shower! Have to wait up to 7 days on a call back resolve an issue. And itโ€™s all because of their bloody app update. Idiots. Still take our money tho!! Careful bout signing up to them People. Itโ€™s Ongoing months now! Missed so much sport Iโ€™ve paid for.

    @bt_uk so just Iโ€™m settling down to watch the Liverpool Aston Villa game my Internet has decided to play up. Now Iโ€™m in a guaranteed 100mb do it they pay me ยฃ60 per day. Funny when I do a speed test itโ€™s ok, but the whole house is Internet down!

    @bt_uk So you really make my life hard!! Internet so slow son constant complaining. I should be on 150MB download and nobody else online!! Reboot of router, changes ip subnet so nothing works! Reboot again changes router IP address!! Canโ€™t even open app. But I still guess you say all ok

    @bt_uk Yes apparently there is a service issue. No restoration estimate on the website. I am working from home on 4G which is not ideal. Light is purple on the hub

    @bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!๐Ÿ˜‚

    @bt_uk funny how when I run MY BT app it never says the speed is too low and Iโ€™m always in my guaranteed download and upload but when I run it with other tests including bt wholesale they never achieve the speeds especially when we are having issues in house!!! Guaranteed Con!

    @BT_UK My parents been without WiFi for 3 days. They were told it was billing issue despite paying and having proof. Today my mum was passed between 5 people, blaming either billing or a copper wire switch. No fix, no warning, despite paying hundreds each month. Awful service.

    @bt_uk Iโ€™ve spoken to 3 people. 2 who confirmed the third gave me incorrect information. No offer to escalate and the process on the phone is a smokescreen. How do I navigate it to get a senior customer service representative?

    @bt_uk haha you are joking aren't you? The lines are only answered 8am-9pm Monday to Friday even though you complete migrations over the weekend now with what seems minimally trained staff and no support.

    @bt_uk Utterly shambolic customer service at your hands. Trying to help a very elderly medically vulnerable customer whose land line and broadband have been cancelled. Hours and hours spent on the phone to no avail. Next stop complaint to the regulator and seeking media coverage.

    @bt_uk still no reply to our complaint raised last week on the non arrival of your engineer to install full fibre for the 3rd time. Instead you closed the complaint sayng matter resolved !! Lies ! I am not waiting 30 mins in the phone either to get through to an advisor!

    @bt_uk broadband is running slow Iโ€™m meant to be getting 900mbps called customer service they said they canโ€™t help me as hub looks normal yet Iโ€™m only receiving 200mbps on a device so they wonโ€™t send an engineer, how is this an acceptable service?
