    @bt_uk Yes apparently there is a service issue. No restoration estimate on the website. I am working from home on 4G which is not ideal. Light is purple on the hub

    @bt_uk why is it that we are unable to speak to anyone to report a fault. I have an elderly aunt who is currently shielding who has no access to the internet and unable to receive or make a call. Can someone contact me please to report this absolutely terrible customer service.

    @btsport panel very poor its clear and obvious error. As Crouchy says falling over before contact so no penalty should be awarded.

    Well done @bt_uk you’re an absolute joke! Not only do you never give me the speed you promise, the service is so intermittent I have to ask, what is the point. Settled down to watch champions league only for the broadband to go down again!! #worstprovider

    @chelleybaby73 @ITVWales @bt_uk The mobile phone signal is generally good. But if I need to download important files I connect my computer to my phone rather than use @bt_uk internet. Never been able to get it consistent in spite of many calls with @BTCare

    @bt_uk @MarcAllera can you please extend my thanks to Heather in Newcastle who has resolved my TV issue. She sorted it in 5 minutes and was excellent. Offshore who I spoke to last week were useless & spent 40 minutes not solving the issue and closed my complaint without contact.

    @bt_uk Internet still down fault reported 6 days ago engineer came today says another 2/3 days absolute joke of a customer service all the promises made on TV adverts are a myth can't wait to get out of this contract !!! Thanks again BT

    @chelleybaby73 Always nice to be on @ITVWales. Had a few technical issues mainly due to poor @bt_uk internet. But we managed to get it done in the end.

    @ufc @UFCEurope @btsportufc @bt_uk @btsport there's a very good reason that people illegally stream events like this. I specifically came back to BT for UFC when the regained, 2nd event on PPV in two months. Very very poor. I was told the last even was a one off 🤔 #cancelling

    @bt_uk My elderly Mum receives 3-4 scam calls a day on her BT land line. Registered with TPS but it doesn't stop them. Do you offer any type of call screening service to stop these unsolicited calls please?

    @bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

    @bt_uk does BT have a complaints team who actually contact people. I cancelled my BT one for being charged for something I’ve never used/asked for. that complaint was closed with no contact just a generic email. I reopened the complaint, still waiting for contact. Not impressed

    You'll have to trust me when I say I have better things to do than call @bt_uk every week to fix the internet I pay £37 a month for. We need public internet infrastructure and services for all. The private sector is not up to the task. @UKLabour @jeremycorbyn

    @bt_uk @Ofcom I'd urge anyone to avoid BT at all costs. Worst customer service ever experienced and terrible behaviour when trying to leave. Clearly says a change in circumstances voids any contract yet moving home BT seem to think holds me to contract. Unfortunately not

    @bt_uk The fault I reported on 23rd OCTOBER, is still ongoing, despite 2 engineer visits. I’ve had it confirmed this evening that the problem is a “high resistance fault”. Appt booked for tomorrow. Someone better turn up & I want it fixed or I’m off this in-merry-go-round!

    @bt_uk Yeah right, you keep promising me these call backs and they never happen, why should I believe you now? You're not even keeping to your complaints procedure, this is going to look good when this inevitably goes to the ombudsman.

    @bt_uk stayed in from 8am-6pm (because you gave me 2 slots 8-1 and 1-6) waiting to have my internet installed by someone…. Guess who has no internet and had to cancel all their evening plans…? No email or anything to apologise.. very disappointed…
