    @chelleybaby73 @ITVWales @bt_uk The mobile phone signal is generally good. But if I need to download important files I connect my computer to my phone rather than use @bt_uk internet. Never been able to get it consistent in spite of many calls with @BTCare

    @bt_uk funny how when I run MY BT app it never says the speed is too low and Iโ€™m always in my guaranteed download and upload but when I run it with other tests including bt wholesale they never achieve the speeds especially when we are having issues in house!!! Guaranteed Con!

    @Englishomestead @bt_uk My mother gets calls from a woman telling her the phone will be cut off. Yesterday the woman said mum owed ยฃ600. Mum pays monthly by direct debit, never more than ยฃ23!

    @bt_uk My elderly Mum receives 3-4 scam calls a day on her BT land line. Registered with TPS but it doesn't stop them. Do you offer any type of call screening service to stop these unsolicited calls please?

    @btsport are an absolute shower! Have to wait up to 7 days on a call back resolve an issue. And itโ€™s all because of their bloody app update. Idiots. Still take our money tho!! Careful bout signing up to them People. Itโ€™s Ongoing months now! Missed so much sport Iโ€™ve paid for.

    @ufc @UFCEurope @btsportufc @bt_uk @btsport there's a very good reason that people illegally stream events like this. I specifically came back to BT for UFC when the regained, 2nd event on PPV in two months. Very very poor. I was told the last even was a one off ๐Ÿค” #cancelling

    Customer service really is everything. @bt_uk has the best customer service in the country in my opinion and Iโ€™ve spoken to a lot of companies. Iโ€™d rather have someone helpful to talk to than have 42 extra club card points a month.

    @bt_uk I've now raised a formal complaint with BT. I have the emails and now a screenshot of an Openreach build status map for the Newport on Tay exchange showing we don't have plans to build any further in this area.!

    Huge disappointment with @bt_uk today. I had a Post Office phone line in 1978 which became BT in 1982. Iโ€™ve never considered switching away. I moved last year with about 6 weeks interregnum. Iโ€™m moving again and am told I have to pay ยฃ73 early termination! So Iโ€™m done with BT, me
