I have an elderly aunt who is currently shielding who has no access to the internet and unable to receive or make a call. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. All three of your agents were made aware of this individual's mental state. An engineer was due on the 8th, 14th and today I’ve now been told it’s the 15th and she isn’t able to make it. Every-time I call I have to repeat the same tale. Help.
