Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Barbara Starkey (@brassbubs) reported@bt_uk when are you going to fix the BT app? For over a month now we have been unable to log on and access our account. Neither can we do it online. It's beyond a disgrace
-
Darren Smith (@Smicer999) reported@bt_uk I must have had 10 complaints raised and closed according to your SMS messages. I want an email address where I can document in detail the atrocious customer service Iβve experienced. Are you saying you provide no electronic communication mailbox at all for complaint procedures?
-
@sharpy74 (@sharpy741) reported@martinintune @bt_uk Do you have any local alternative? Iβm baffled why people pay BT for poor service at inflated prices. There are so many new Fibre providers now offering a better service at much lower prices. The days of BTβs monopoly and ridiculous Line Rental charges are thankfully, over.
-
Aaron Law (@AaronLaw92) reported@bt_uk hello my account is completely broken, still cannot login - says access denied!
-
david bootle (@dbootsy) reported@bt_uk I was due a call back yesterday they never got back to me. Can you ensure somebody gives me a call back today? Please? DM me if easier.
-
Kat (@Kat06075689) reported@bt_uk down and we have a medical device that requires WiFi to measure a baby heart rate. Device wonβt alarm if heart rate drops so essentially we canβt act right away should that happen. Fed up with BT now! Can I leave without a fee for this?
-
π§ Me Might be Animal! π§ (@me_not_animal) reported@bt_uk It was escalated to a complaint yesterday, but due to your systems been down nothing happened. Just come off a call from them this morning and they have an engineer booked for TUESDAY, assuming the turn up this time and fix the fault, thatβs 20 days youβve left a know vulnerable
-
Gavin 277 (@gavin277) reported@bt_uk Is there a fault on your network in the LE17 area as there is no broadband
-
Steve George (@Baggieboy1888) reported@bt_uk paying refunds with a cheque. In 2026. Obviously their hope / expectation is that with ever fewer bank branches the recipient will deem it too much of a hassle to pay it in. Even for those that do they are earning interest until the cheque is cleared. Poor show.
-
Chris (Christina) (@GalanthusA) reported@bt_uk As yet again the email service is faulty and not available for some time isn't it about time a rebate was given to your customers for not being provided with the service they pay for?
