Lee Ralph (@LeeKRalph) reported@bt_uk @bt_uk itโs gone bad again. 11 mbps. Iโm paying ยฃ52 a month for a service that isnโt holding up and itโs extremely distressing. Iโve reported the fault again but despite being told I was getting 20mbps+ after the first fault, this just isnโt the case. Please look into this.
