@bt_uk @MarcAllera can you please extend my thanks to Heather in Newcastle who has resolved my TV issue. She sorted it in 5 minutes and was excellent. Offshore who I spoke to last week were useless & spent 40 minutes not solving the issue and closed my complaint without contact.

@bt_uk 6th call in 2 days from BT openreach. Today Kevin said I had internet connection problems. Told him he a scammer. We talked over each other a bit & then he said "You will lose your internet connection you f***ing *****"!!! I think BT should send Kevin on a PR course!😂

@ufc @UFCEurope @btsportufc @bt_uk @btsport there's a very good reason that people illegally stream events like this. I specifically came back to BT for UFC when the regained, 2nd event on PPV in two months. Very very poor. I was told the last even was a one off 🤔 #cancelling

Strong evidence that BT do not have the engineering resources to follow through on their expensive ad campaigns & graphics. It seems even simple installations are beyond them. Lots of people available on the phone to apologise, but none to actually fix the problem. Avoid! @bt_uk
