@bt_uk once again your internet is shit. Goes down constantly. Phone the complaints line and always in a ridiculous queue. Will never ever go with BT again. Piss poor service and lies at the start of the contract. @Ofcom need to watch these pricks.

@bt_uk Our number is already registered on Call protect service and TPS and still you allow all these scammers access to YOUR customers. I have reported todays ones on that link but not holding my breathe BT will be bothered acting. Options are remove phone from line and/or go elsewhere

@dvernalls @bt_uk Move to full voip infrastructure from circuit switched PSTN will mean major savings for operators and simplification of the network, full fibre to the house won’t need a copper pair for the phone same for cable. Will be a first step to cheaper bandwidth to the home

@bt_uk The phone number has been disconnected from the company. It has not been reconnected to my mother-in-law. This is now nearly a week without her phone number. She is 86 years old and lives on her own and is very vulnerable. If anything happens this is really down to you
