@dvernalls @bt_uk Move to full voip infrastructure from circuit switched PSTN will mean major savings for operators and simplification of the network, full fibre to the house won’t need a copper pair for the phone same for cable. Will be a first step to cheaper bandwidth to the home

  • badass8177 Life As We Know It (@badass8177) reported

@bt_uk I'm a new customer and the way I've been dealt with is unacceptable..making me really reconsider whether u made the right choice in getting any services with you

  • tudes_ natalie 🥰 (@tudes_) reported

WiFi on the blink…. AGAIN @bt_uk 🙄 just won’t work. Anybody goes near the router or knocks it in any way it goes off for hours on end. Should not be like that at all 😤what’s the point paying nearly £30 a month for something that never works.

  • JohnCon47234825 John Connaughton (@JohnCon47234825) reported

@bt_uk Well nobody has called yet and it’s been about an hour and a half, maybe they will use the several calls all at once. I was promised no disruption to service and now I’m looking at + 48hours with no service, using mobile data plan.

  • dammitdaisy Daisy (@dammitdaisy) reported

@bt_uk Can safely say the customer service with you guys in much better than them!

  • Brainmage Bison 'Guy Kelly' Sexhorn Twitch.tv/Brainmage (@Brainmage) reported

@TobyHolleran @bt_uk I believe it's an issue on their end - we have things connected by ethernet cables and they fail as well

  • MooAndDrew Moo & Drew 🏳️‍🌈 🇬🇧 (@MooAndDrew) reported

@bt_uk I will opt out, but would it not be easier and cheaper if you advertised the book for people to request? Have you even done any research to see how many people use these printed books any more? As for older people, with poor eyesight, using them, the font size is very small.

  • Brainmage Bison 'Guy Kelly' Sexhorn Twitch.tv/Brainmage (@Brainmage) reported

@bt_uk Hello! I know yr a social media rep & this absolutely isn't your fault, but we've had many engineers round, many missed appointments, & generally terrible CS. Going to wait for the contract to end so we can sign up with a more reliable provider, like homing pigeons or a big flag

  • BradJonesTweets Brad Jones (@BradJonesTweets) reported

@bt_uk I registered my interest but never got an email when you got stock recently

  • stuartsteel Stuart Steel (@stuartsteel) reported

@BTCare Hi, you have sent me a home hub 2 unsolicited and have now sent a bag to return old BT router. I don't use BT kit. Shall I post the new one you sent me back as apparently you will charge me for receiving something I never asked for.

  • TobyHolleran Toby Holleran (@TobyHolleran) reported

@Brainmage @bt_uk Unsolicited advice here, but have you tried logging into the router and changing the "channel" it connects to (from "auto")? Had issues before where my router's channel was the same as the neighbours so they kept interfering with each other (was older tech, mind...)
