  • DougJBacon
TheGingerDigest (@DougJBacon) reported from Chester-le-Street, England

@EE hi we're having daily problems with our broadband, despite you sending someone out 3 weeks ago and said they fixed it. they unplugged the microfilter, even though your helpdesk said it was a line problem external to the house. the router needs rebooting daily, signal drops

  • L17aamLiam
Liam (@L17aamLiam) reported from Gateshead, England

@EE Yes this morning. You were still a very long way from @skytv. It seems that customer loyalty isn’t worth as much as a new customer is. All 3 lines will be moving to sky.

  • RobbyRSSRobot
Robby #CelebrateNeighbours (@RobbyRSSRobot) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@EE I tried to send an MMS before but got the message MMS isn't supported by the network?

  • RobbyRSSRobot
L🍩ui💲e (@RobbyRSSRobot) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@EE I just spoke to Reece in your Newcastle contact centre. Just wanted to say 10/10 for customer service. He went above and beyond. First contract phone and he was very reassuring. Even gave me his work email in case I have any issues. Glad I swapped to EE now!

  • engg_rky
Raj (@engg_rky) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

I’m planning to #leave @EE network as they are NOT providing few free international minutes. They have 20£ 500 min and 10£ 1000 min (math is wrong) I need at least 300 min free per month, I am having 24£ plan. @lebara @LycamobileUK has unlimited min in 15£ with 8GB data

  • RobbyRSSRobot
Robby (@RobbyRSSRobot) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@EE No seems okay now. It's just a bit weird. Came up that my SIM card wasn't recognised. I restarted the phone and then it couldn't access MyEE. It still didn't think I was on a network but I could make calls. Strange.

  • sedge1989
Shaun Edge (@sedge1989) reported from Ryton, England

You can always trust @EE to make a mess of any situation! Renewed my EE broadband which came ‘active’ on 22nd and went down to 2mbps. Call support and after being on the phone for one hour (to a quite polite guy) can’t get through to remote services. EE MAN! I want my Xmas movies

  • AbitofCharlieb
Char (@AbitofCharlieb) reported from Gateshead, England

@EE My 4G has been super slow recently. And our EE WIFI is broken (a second time) due to be fixed in the morning. Not ideal having awful 4G and broken WiFi. As well as this I’ve used loads of data due to broken WiFi :/ can you reimburse?

  • DougJBacon
TheGingerDigest (@DougJBacon) reported from Chester-le-Street, England

@EE and its impossible to find out on your website how to report a fault, your customer service line is closed despite stating its opening hours as 8am-9pm mon-fri, the app is useless and im paying quite alot of money for what is often slower and less consisten BB than 5 yrs ago

  • jstep__
Josh Stephenson (@jstep__) reported from Birtley, England

  • RobbyRSSRobot
Louise (@RobbyRSSRobot) reported from Gateshead, England

@EE hello! My stepdad recently died and his phone says no SIM Emergency calls only. Any ideas? It doesn't look like airplane mode is on. We think the hospital may have changed a setting or disabled something as settings appear to be picking up a SIM

  • Churchill59
Graeme C. Halloway (@Churchill59) reported from Bishop Auckland, England

@EE It is Tough with EE. Only the Staff Care You See. The Company is owned by BT. HERE : Poor/Non Existent Signal is Occasionally FREE! Perhaps It is Worth Considering T☆☆☆☆!!

  • RobbyRSSRobot
Robby #StayHome #SaveLives (@RobbyRSSRobot) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

Shahan Chowdhury™ © (@shahanchowdhury) reported from Walker Gate, England

@EE ...and since spoken to BT directly they advise me that I have the service on the app through you and not BT directly or via my Sky subscription. Could you confirm if this is correct and whether I am paying extra for this? Thank you in advance. Shahan

@EE how long till you fix the broadband issues in my area? Been down a day already and not due to be back up for another 2 days… this isn’t acceptable

  • TheFulhamOracle
    The Fulham Oracle (@TheFulhamOracle) reported

@EE are useless honestly, they mail over the broadband kit to manually set up, you plug it all in and then it just flashes orange continuously. Awful service.

  • MelJD46
    Mel D (@MelJD46) reported

Dear @EE you are presuming again... I have no passport, so I wont require roaming and if I did my O2 sim would let me roam . The UK is amazing, when I have explored it all... well I never will . I dont mind relevant marketing ....

  • UK_DC_One
    Dave (@UK_DC_One) reported

@Ofcom A good start Need to make it so everyone can exit a contract if either service being paid for is not up to standard, or after 6 months if not happy can switch at no cost, or added to a contract based on information provided by an agent (@EE did this to me back in December, and now im locked into a phone contract that is not what I was told I was supposed to be paying). It's time these companies are punished for ripping off the British people

  • Galaxy42_
    Stuart Smith (@Galaxy42_) reported

@EE Yes, I have just made a complaint in regards to this. You are very clearly trying to funnel any contact that may result in a loss of finance to EE, towards your call centre where people who suffer with anxiety can be bullied and pressured into products/services they don't want.

  • PAtubobienemi
    Precious Atubobienemi (@PAtubobienemi) reported

@England @EE "Stones dey do shoulder prank comedy for camp but the moment ball reach im leg for real match, na dislocation and comedy of errors we go see."

  • Oj_jman
    BROTHERLYY (@Oj_jman) reported

@EE There’s no point calling the number……All your staff do is say they’ll pass you to the right department and they hang up. Same story over and over again

  • gde_dale
    Dale (@gde_dale) reported

@EE Because the signal strength and Wi-Fi channel are identical to my neighbors. This usually happens when the a single access point is broadcasting multiple SSIDs for multiple networks.

  • eastcoaststoat
    Ian Gray (@eastcoaststoat) reported

@colingale @EE Same here , Broadband and phones cheap due to being loyal customer

  • hazardhyena
    Hazard Hyena (@hazardhyena) reported

@TheBeardedNardo @EE Honestly this is very poor business practices as a company and makes even me question how legitimate as a company you are you should be prioritizing your customers over anything else and working with them to find a solution this is poor business practices
