Call support and after being on the phone for one hour (to a quite polite guy) can’t get through to remote services. EE MAN! I want my Xmas movies

Why bother, it’s just really rubbing the salt in.

They have 20£ 500 min and 10£ 1000 min (math is wrong) I need at least 300 min free per month, I am having 24£ plan. @lebara @LycamobileUK has unlimited min in 15£ with 8GB data

Advisor i spoke with was great but the policy is stupid. I have to send it back for them to send me a different unit and then another form to send my current back. Eco friendly 🤦🏽
