  @EE I got a message saying you're going to be doing work and it may interfere with my mobile. I've enabled WiFi calling however I'm still concerned. I'm classed as vulnerable and my landline also isn't working. If your network fully goes down I can't contact emergency services.

  @EE walked past my local ee store today and heard the worst sale's pitch being given to two elderly people,something along the lines of "once this whole covid thing is over you can use this phone to do as much as you like" such a rediculous pitch and out of order

  @EE Yes , but EE customer service is lacking . Ordered an upgrade with option to trade in the old phone . Received the new phone , but no communication what to do with the old one ! Spent 3 hours trying to figure out what to do before I get charged and still did not get anywhere!
