  • AbitofCharlieb Char (@AbitofCharlieb) reported from Gateshead, England

@EE My 4G has been super slow recently. And our EE WIFI is broken (a second time) due to be fixed in the morning. Not ideal having awful 4G and broken WiFi. As well as this I’ve used loads of data due to broken WiFi :/ can you reimburse?

  • L17aamLiam Liam (@L17aamLiam) reported from Gateshead, England

@EE Yes this morning. You were still a very long way from @skytv. It seems that customer loyalty isn’t worth as much as a new customer is. All 3 lines will be moving to sky.

  • chrisfruss Chris Russ (@chrisfruss) reported from Spennymoor, England

MyPlace update: There is a problem near Home which is taking longer than expected to resolve. We will continue to keep you updated. Contracts up in September and after 20 years it’ll be goodbye @EE .

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

@EE My wife had just spoken to your @EE retention team who agreed that we’ve been treated worse than any case they’ve seen... but unbelievably we are to expect another two calls from the retention team who can offer no help. Why bother, it’s just really rubbing the salt in.

  • weeweegie Alan D'Arcy (@weeweegie) reported from Washington, England

@EE My voicemail has been deactivated and calls to Customer Service have been ended after 15m 32s twice in the last half hour! Can someone please help me activate voicemail? VM ON doesn't work! 😢

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

@benjymous @Plusnet Sounds much more like it from their customer services. I’ll try and use the referral code if I can, but it may clash with the Bluelight discount my wife gets. Gouging a #keyworker in a global crisis isn’t classy thanks again @EE.

  • shahanchowdhury Shahan Chowdhury™ © (@shahanchowdhury) reported from Walker Gate, England

@EE ...and since spoken to BT directly they advise me that I have the service on the app through you and not BT directly or via my Sky subscription. Could you confirm if this is correct and whether I am paying extra for this? Thank you in advance. Shahan

  • Johnad25 John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England

@EE Retention call number 2 from @EE, your own team are disgusted with your service and are raising additional complaints on our behalf. Surely you’ve got this one wrong...

  • Mr395008 Mr395008 (@Mr395008) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

Trying to join @EE from another network. Put my sim in phone, went to EE/join online, followed steps and now greeted with “were unable to retrieve your account details right now”. Should I just give up before I’ve ever started? It’s already becoming stressful. 🙄

  • sedge1989 Shaun Edge (@sedge1989) reported from Ryton, England

You can always trust @EE to make a mess of any situation! Renewed my EE broadband which came ‘active’ on 22nd and went down to 2mbps. Call support and after being on the phone for one hour (to a quite polite guy) can’t get through to remote services. EE MAN! I want my Xmas movies

  • veecollins Vee Collins (@veecollins) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@ob999666 @EE @EE is indeed down, big UK outtage

  • Bailz84 David Bailey (@Bailz84) reported from Durham, England

@EE why is it that me and my wife have had our phones on EE for over a year and in that time we have not made a single call from our home without the signal being awful or the call being cut off? I'll be moving networks if we can't get a signal boost

  • eddygraham39 Eddy39 (@eddygraham39) reported from Craghead, England

@EE submitted a complaint over a week ago via email. It’s not been answered.

  • RobbyRSSRobot Robby (@RobbyRSSRobot) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@EE No seems okay now. It's just a bit weird. Came up that my SIM card wasn't recognised. I restarted the phone and then it couldn't access MyEE. It still didn't think I was on a network but I could make calls. Strange.

  • stegley1981 steve barnes (@stegley1981) reported from Sunderland, England

@EE I have tried that just now and unfortunately has not resolved the slow speed.

Looking at phone contract upgrade options on EE's website. This has the worst UX of any ecommerce website I've ever used. #frustrating @EE

  • Mc_Heckin_Duff Phil McDuff 📕⁷ (@Mc_Heckin_Duff) reported

  • willisRM73 Dr Rich Willis (@willisRM73) reported from Shipston-on-Stour, England

@EE Yes that’s the connection to the @EE WiFi, which is rubbish yet again. After the engineer came, fiddled about it for 5 mins, it was ok for a few days. Now it’s worse than ever. I’ll be reopening my complaint tomorrow morning

  • Mc_Heckin_Duff Phil McDuff 📕⁷ (@Mc_Heckin_Duff) reported

@BeffernieBlack @EE @Hermesparcels Dpd are just the ******* worst. No idea why they keep being used. I've lost a £300 eBay package from them when it turned out their delivery driver just... Signed for it himself???

  • BustedSpyke BustedSpyke (@BustedSpyke) reported

@PatreceF @StopFundingHate @EE Pat you will not be able to find a network in the UK that is not either directly or through leasing a network that isn't funding them. Catch 22 situation I'm afraid if you don't want to support companies supporting GBnews then your going to have to give up your phone.

  • normoperson Hannah (@normoperson) reported

@EE No thanks the signal is crap round by me

  • adam_r_walker Adam Walker 🏳️‍🌈 (@adam_r_walker) reported

@EE Thanks for that. I usually get great costumer service but must’ve just been an off day. I’m going to wait a little bit longer until a standard upgrade is available.

  • joaniwalshi2 joaniwalshi (@joaniwalshi2) reported

@PatreceF @StopFundingHate @EE Too late, mate. Definition of bigotry is intolerance of other points of view. The bigot is you, doll. You're a fascist and supremacist. You're the bad guy here.
