@EE I got a message saying you're going to be doing work and it may interfere with my mobile. I've enabled WiFi calling however I'm still concerned. I'm classed as vulnerable and my landline also isn't working. If your network fully goes down I can't contact emergency services.

@EE walked past my local ee store today and heard the worst sale's pitch being given to two elderly people,something along the lines of "once this whole covid thing is over you can use this phone to do as much as you like" such a rediculous pitch and out of order

@EE it was incorrectly suspended, and then locked on the basis that the trust and support team would unlock it and remove the suspension, but it's been weeks and i have only received 1 call to solve it which i missed, so the case is now closed and i still cannot access it

@EE Nope nothing works your engineer told me this in addition he said you have two working days to solve a problem without compensation for the customer so let me get this right I have to pay you for two days for no service???? EE bullshit will air this as far and wide as I can
