I remember when @EE would pursued you to stay as a customer and offer a nice deal, now they aren’t bothered, I guess that’s cos they are the biggest, they can’t transfer you to a manager as they are working from home!!!

@minidvr @EE It’s the first time it’s been completely down since we’ve been here but they did take months fixing the dodgy line into the vicarage. Main issue is I have Zoom and Google Meet meeting today and I will have to use up my data on mobile to do them.

@EE how do I report an area fault? It appears 5G doesn’t work in the Leeds LS28 5NA surrounding area. 5G shows full signal but no internet access. Have to manually switch to 4G to get access. It’s In that whole area.

@sastawear @EE Honestly don't upgrade with them : 0 customer service. They've recently told me they can't do anything about my iPhone not charging all the time because it doesn't "happen often enough", and they won't call back when they say they would. Don't waste your money on them.
