Hi @joelycett I've been told of multiple @NHS staff that the @EE help to pay phone contracts is a waste of time and a publicity stunt. Anyone who already pays for unlimited get no help compared to the ones who pay next to nothing. Talk about not helping your most loyal customers

@Ofcom I’m sure their T&C’s cover what happened, they issue alerts before your data runs out, yet an international dialling bundle, I get an alert two hours after it’s been used up. Hence one phone call costing £52! @EE
