  @SameDayCoventry @EE Sounds like a good deal. I was with them for 18 years and had no issues and a first class service. When I came to renew they wouldn't do anything for me at all so moved to a new network. That was 6 years ago now.

  @EE this is totally unacceptable I have had no reception since October ! Update on M2* ***. The fix is taking our engineers longer than expected. We will get things back to normal as soon as we can. We will next update you on 18 April.

  @EE Rubbish service - end though I purchased data allowance on roaming in Delhi. Upon arrival my data didn’t work , couldn’t call as outside hrs, recorded message asked me to contact business chat but in the absence of data I could not even do that !

  @EE instead of sending me multiple texts about exclusive rewards is there any chance of sorting out your frustrating broadband service. Ring doorbell still repeatedly going offline... Never had these issues with sky. Wish I'd never changed

  @EE Have just spoken to your customer service team - appalling- not willing to compensate for the failure to connect to roaming- closing the case before speaking to the technical team - really shocked at this appalling service
