There has to be an easier way of cancelling a contract than waiting on hold for an undetermined amount of time with @EE! Why can they not at least give you estimated time/place number? Or just let you cancel contract online and then ring ME back if they must?!

What a ruse @EE; top up phone to required amount, system says not enough funds, when it is enough. Add more funds, oh okay it’s fine now. Never been adequately explained to me why I have to add way more than the cost of the top up. Please do, I’m all ears.

@EE This company is an utter shambles. I have been without telephone and internet for 10 day's. There has been no explanation!! Customer service sent an email via a wifi dongle i have had to purchase saying they will look at my complaint. Nothing since.
