I had to take them to the ombudsman to get my money back.

i=Mc2 (@EzMobiles) reported@EE If you do use a 5G plan with your 5G ready phone then you should note that the phone will be fully capable of utilising not just 5G but also the 4G signal and earlier signal generations. This will be better for the battery and staying connected with no noticeable drop in signal.
