    5 days, 3 phone calls, 2 emails and half a dozen text messages and still @EE haven't resolved my issue for a service I'm paying them for that was supposed to be solved in 24 hours

    @EE I spoke to Gabriel who could offer me deal £30 more than what you can get elsewhere.... Really disappointing as previous service over the last 6/7 years has been great, but at those prices and with the service, it's difficult to stick around.

    @EE assistance please. Internet connectivity over the last 7 days has deteriorated. Almost daily now, I lose connection up to x7 times, buffering before reconnecting. On average, takes a few minutes to resettle. Not ideal and feel there’s been a change to what was a good service.

    @EE my broadband isn't work. Any known issues in Manchester? Where can I check without the hassle of being stuck on hold. Ps I've already tried turning the router off and on, I don't have a landline phone either to check the line, and I use a Chromebook with no ethernet port

    @EE @HowellDavies4 As you are not using your home service during that period would you deduct the cost from your month end bill. It would make sense as we are not able to use it. Surely this works both ways?

    @EE finally on day 5 is my phone unlocked! What an absolutely terrible experience... I used to have 4 lines with you and now I'll never come back... the reason why all 4 of my lines are now with @VodafoneUK is because the customer experience is so much better!

    @craigbromf @EE Craig I guess we will just have to agree to disagree. Our qualifying groups are often very weak. Those wins should be a given. It's rare to get such a poor Italy team and he blew it. His pool of players is exceptional. 100% agree on BC by the way.

    @EE @wembleystadium For a service I’ve been waiting for in my area for over 3 years now in October will thankfully be my last month with EE ,I’m no longer prepared to pay top dollar for a service I can’t use,enough is enough bye bye EE.
