Will 999 call still work? How about my sick grandmother in Barnsley hospital, how is she supposed to contact anyone?

When I came to renew they wouldn't do anything for me at all so moved to a new network. That was 6 years ago now.

Checking tweets from others shows this issue goes back at least a year. Can't your web team look into this rather than asking us to call instead?
