It was quoted twice as the no to call as no longer being an @ee customer u can’t use 150. So as well as paying you what I owed you managed to cream an extra £14 out of me.

Almost daily now, I lose connection up to x7 times, buffering before reconnecting. On average, takes a few minutes to resettle. Not ideal and feel there’s been a change to what was a good service.

The gentlemen who has been dealing with it has been fantastic, but it this what you call service? Reckon I'd have heard from you yesterday if my bill hadn't been paid today
