It was quoted twice as the no to call as no longer being an @ee customer u can’t use 150. So as well as paying you what I owed you managed to cream an extra £14 out of me.

Will 999 call still work? How about my sick grandmother in Barnsley hospital, how is she supposed to contact anyone?

Misled by 150 agents, sent to a store that doesn't do repairs, then refused a warranty fix at Liverpool One for "dents" Samsung confirmed are fine. 2yo in tow, wasted train fare, and now your email bounces. There also appears to be no online assistant service or contact email. V. poor 0/10.
