    @EE It was used last in August, itโ€™s a SIM card I use when I am away from Jersey. Have none we had this problem with it before. Have always been able to top up etc when I arrive in country

    @EE wtf! Our broadband went off during the FA Cup semi final between @ChelseaFC & Crystal Palace. Missed both goals and the main part of the game. Totally ruined the game for me & @Bobbiensr what kind of service is this?!? #rubbishbroadband

    It's like @EE doesn't want me to pay my bill errors everytime I make a payment tried multiple cards all with more than enough in the account to pay it even the online chat to speak to someone isn't working

    @Footballparky @EE Iโ€™ve had quite a lot of problems with EE in RG41 area poor signal too often, not sorted despite reporting several times. So Iโ€™ll have to switch providers when contract expires.

    @chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

    @EE Thanks for getting back to me, no it went to the apparent EE login page but I didnโ€™t put in my EE login details. Unfortunately I deleted the text but Iโ€™m guessing I could be targeted again. Next time I will forward it on to you. Iโ€™m annoyed that I deleted it tho.

    Anyone had .@EE chop the phone line of an elderly relative without consent ? What did they do about it? @Ofcom any input ? I am absolutely raging that a 90 year old has had her phone line chopped (a number sheโ€™s had for oh, 60 years). And the customer service are not great

    @EE Don't worry though, I've already contacted my MP and will send everything over to Watchdog soon. Great way to treat a disabled customer, I'm sure the public will be shocked at the behaviour of a multi million pound company ๐Ÿ‘

    @sophie_reed98 @EE Because they want new customer details that they can sell on to make more money than your plan. They have yours, mine and theyโ€™ve already sold them probably twice over. They donโ€™t care about loyalty - never have never will.
