    @chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

    So @ee issues so tried to get in contact with regards to broadband the customer support agent asked me to wait whilst they sorted out the previous customers issue and sounded incredibly unsure whilst I was on the phone. Wasnt impressed with what was happening.

    @EE I called to get some help due to my business being effected by Covid 19 I would just like to thank you for the lack of it and what you are saying on your website that your helping your customers is rubbish. Vodafone who I have another number with couldnโ€™t of been more helpful

    @Footballparky @EE Iโ€™ve had quite a lot of problems with EE in RG41 area poor signal too often, not sorted despite reporting several times. So Iโ€™ll have to switch providers when contract expires.

    @EE It was used last in August, itโ€™s a SIM card I use when I am away from Jersey. Have none we had this problem with it before. Have always been able to top up etc when I arrive in country

    @EE The worst customer service for business I have ever come across, no one wants to do their job, go to a store sir done that, got told it was a complete waste of time by a member of staff, you need to call the small business team, go back to them and get told to to a store.

    @EE As a business I should receive my bills, the app doesnโ€™t work nor can I download these online. I have to call to receive my bills - this is very poor service if you cannot even give business customer their bills. Hopeless customer service based in India -no manners

    @EE internet struggling at half 10 at night with just my Xbox connected to it is a ******* joke. I'm paying for an apartment WiFi "optimiser". Reported this so many times but just get sent to a bullshit AI chat that doesn't help

    @h1xone @EE The same ee signal always crap where i live , went to smarty ยฃ7 a month as opposed to ยฃ24ish with ee , both sim only plans i still get unlimited calls and texts and 6 times the data i had with ee , now get 24gig

    @ee Wow, due an upgrade (customer for 25+ years). Samsung S26, same plan, same duration. With @iD_Mobile_UK it's ยฃ19 upfront and ยฃ29.99 a month. With yourselves its ยฃ20 up front ยฃ72.81 a month (first month is ยฃ92.81).... What the actual hell ?! Think you lost a loyal customer!
