  • Lyndseydwalker Lyndsey Rolfe (@Lyndseydwalker) reported from Wokingham, England

@chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

  • bjwlfc Belinda Wells (@bjwlfc) reported from Bordon, England

@EE Thanks for getting back to me, no it went to the apparent EE login page but I didn’t put in my EE login details. Unfortunately I deleted the text but I’m guessing I could be targeted again. Next time I will forward it on to you. I’m annoyed that I deleted it tho.

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • GarySaddler2 Gary Saddler (@GarySaddler2) reported

@EE @GazRich88 @EE after almost 20 years as a customer I'm not renewing my contract with you next month. You don't have to levy the full increase. You are choosing to do so. Goodbye.

  • MrCracknell Richard Cracknell (@MrCracknell) reported

@AlexKalli @vkon1 @EE Further to that ... You can now buy phones away from Apple and Samsung that are twice as good for under half the price. I've bought a handset only for about the last 5 years and never looked back

  • GenStans Geneviève (@GenStans) reported

Took a day off for @EE to install super speedy broadband for the engineer to not show up - no update or anything. Not filling me with confidence abt changing provider. Have been a loyal mobile customer with them for umpteen years, too. Expected better

  • davidmajestic83 David M (@davidmajestic83) reported

@EE If some of that 3.9% and huge profit EE is making could be invested in the North East of Scotland please as the service is terrible and definitely not getting value for money with these added increases.

  • BerryMusic2 Alison Berry 🇪🇺 (@BerryMusic2) reported

@EE The signal where I live is terrible. In a cost of living crisis, this seems an extreme increase. How is this protecting people suffering from financial hardship?

  • thatcardlady Anji Thomson (@thatcardlady) reported

@EE @davidmajestic83 But what's the added 3.9% for? You say you have more customers so you have more money to improve the network etc.

  • WTFNFI namecannotbeblank (@WTFNFI) reported

@EE Thats a terrible answer. As a customer of many years your saying as we get more customers we need to charge existing ones even more... what merits an increase of 85 pound a year more on my bill?

  • alyoung81 Alistair (@alyoung81) reported

Anyone at @ee capable of more than a copy and paste job when replying to tweets about the price increase? Really bad form

  • CaptainFishnose SussexChap #JeremyHuntIsAFascist Pass It On... (@CaptainFishnose) reported

@EE And the website is back... Managed to do what I needed to now, thank you. But website problems are happening way to much @EE

  • PaulCopestake Paul Copestake (@PaulCopestake) reported

Leaving @o2 after 20+ years! Shame they advertise being able to activate Apple Watch cellular plans when they in fact can’t. Long standing IT issue with no timeline on resolution. Feels like @Apple need to have a word with them… Hi @EE! Hopefully you won’t let me down!
