    @chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

    @EE The only reason I won’t do anything further about it was because the agent on the phone went above and beyond to try to help and it’s not fair on her to make a complaint, as it will obvs fire back at her

    @EE delivering brand new phones in the equivalent of a carrier bag, not surprising it’s damaged. Now I have the inconvenience of returning and waiting for a replacement. Not a good to start to being an EE customer.

    It's like @EE doesn't want me to pay my bill errors everytime I make a payment tried multiple cards all with more than enough in the account to pay it even the online chat to speak to someone isn't working

    @ciarale01 @EE Hi, anyone whom gets texts like this should NOT respond to them. Please go into your local mobile provider store, the staff are trained to help you and they will tell you if this texts real or not.

    I've had amazing coverage on @EE for years & have loved being with them. Even convinced my wife to join. Currently, I can hardly get signal anywhere & this has been going on for last 3-4 months in many places. A phone call to EE & a visit to our local shop hasn't resolved it! #EE

    @EE I went via affordable mobiles and got an Iphone 13 with 100 Gb of data on the EE network the tariff is £43pm handset £55. Just wanted to keep existing phone no. that’s already with EE. I’m happy for you to contact me direct 07790156101. Regards Phil

    10 months of speeds below our guaranteed minimum in our contract, and then no response after 2 months of trying to speak to someone about it. Love the service, cracking job 👍 @EE

    @EE shocking customer service 2 days in a row! Told yesterday the system was down and they would call me back ! No one did! Called again today and was told I had to restart phone so they would call me back and of course nothing! This is a joke !!
