    @EE I called to get some help due to my business being effected by Covid 19 I would just like to thank you for the lack of it and what you are saying on your website that your helping your customers is rubbish. Vodafone who I have another number with couldn’t of been more helpful

    @Footballparky @EE I’ve had quite a lot of problems with EE in RG41 area poor signal too often, not sorted despite reporting several times. So I’ll have to switch providers when contract expires.

    @EE Hi Rach, they went through everything the system would let them. Currently no , it's with an openreach team but beyond that nothing. The speeds and issues around 9pm are still ongoing.

    So @ee issues so tried to get in contact with regards to broadband the customer support agent asked me to wait whilst they sorted out the previous customers issue and sounded incredibly unsure whilst I was on the phone. Wasnt impressed with what was happening.

    @EE It was used last in August, it’s a SIM card I use when I am away from Jersey. Have none we had this problem with it before. Have always been able to top up etc when I arrive in country

    @EE having broadband speed issues at home but when I called customer services, the person sounded unsure and asked me to hold whilst they felt with the previous customer issue.

    @EE Been an EE customer since 2017 but unfortunately over the years your service has deteriorated in Hull. Sadly tomorrow I will be putting in my request for cancellation, time to try another network that can fulfil their service.a

    Disappointed that as a new customer @VodafoneUK has not responded to either of the two emails I have sent them recently. Such poor customer service. That will teach me. Stay with @EE next time. Ofcourse Vodaphone could respond asap to my emails chasing a £75 voucher they owe me!

    @EE Hi Megan. All of a sudden I started seeing the message ‘unable to join the network EE wifi-auto’ when requesting to connect on London Underground. I had no problems before, it used to connect automatically, it’s not a new phone, I can connect to other wifis without problems

    @EE when are you going to sort the issue out for seeing your bill online. When I last spoke to someone they said it’s an issue your end that will be sorted. It’s still not.
