  @EE It was used last in August, it’s a SIM card I use when I am away from Jersey. Have none we had this problem with it before. Have always been able to top up etc when I arrive in country

  @hulllad47 @robbopalmer @EE You got away cheap our free tablet costs £10 a month for 3 years. EE frauds have now been reported to ofcom for it after they refused to cancel it once we realised it wasn’t free.

  @EE absolutely joke of a broadband provider… wifi upgraded to fibre and doesn’t work at all, can’t even watch YouTube. Trying to get through to speak to a human and keep getting to a bot who says my service is working fine.. contact me asap please as I’m paying for a service
