EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Mark Bleach (@BlastItBle8chy) reported@MajorManor @EE We’ve had the same issue in SN1 central Swindon with 4G for years. Their coverage map is cleverly designed not to show how many bars, we’ve had one bar for at least 8 years yet it shows covered. Reality check, we can barely hold a call without using WiFi calling. They don’t care.
-
Luke (@lukey_jt91) reported@EE I am fed up of losing signal every time I leave the house.
-
Jay (@Jason87r) reportedWhat the actual **** @EE why the hell can't you turn off voice over LTE on your network ******* stupid and that's coming from an IT guy!!! Calls drop constantly can the data stream can't handle it, most moronic thing i have ever seen in my life!!!
-
3LandObserver ☦️ (@3LandObserver) reported@EE @geynosha And yet you *don't* understand, because your "solution" is for him to get an unnecessary UK number just to use your stupid Wi-Fi at this stupid hotel.
-
eMMalouise_2024 (@emlfaulk2022) reported@GorwayGlobal @EE The app and website are both ALWAYS shocking for bugs and glitches. For a network company, it's wild how bad it is!!!
-
Ed Scott (@EdScottLondon) reported@ad_moran4 @EE @O2 Deffo look around. Lebara are on the Vodafone network which is better quality than O2. No annual price rises which O2 do now.
-
Opeyemi Daniel (@DinaGlyphs) reported@EE When asked if I want to talk to someone and I follow the prompt, the call ends with an instruction to wait for further messages to guide me on how to get further support. The message doesn’t arrive, nor do I get a call back.
-
SithMetal71 (@sithmetal71) reported@EE its the same with your website. Seriously needs a rethink. Also the price has shot up from £44 to £48. Since EE got involved with BT nothing but problems.
-
Northumberland Wanderer (@GreenVapinGiant) reported@ad_moran4 @EE @O2 I had similar issue recently, I decided to get a sim free phone from ee and a separate sim only deal, it worked out about 15 quid cheaper than what they quoted. So if you buy iPhone 17 sim free, it's about 32 a month over 24 months, then buy a sim deal. It will probs be cheaper
-
John (@j199024) reported@EE Just out of curiousty as there been an outage of broadband on your end as there is no Internet coming through our router and it's also effecting the TV.
