    @EE I’ve just received a new Doro smartphone for my Mum to help her stay connected. It’s pay as you go and came with £10 but I can’t activate the pack so she can’t make calls. Please advise! Many thanks

    3 days without signal in my area but it’s ok apparently because @EE customer service team said I can use “wi-fi calling” instead 🙈🤡🤡 #joke

    @lleeggggyy @EE Yeah 🙈 I used to work for tech support in Merthyr. The majority work 8-8:30PM. Definitely push for it, especially if it’s signal issues or something that they can fix their end!

    @EE hi, the signal in our area has been dreadful for months, my husbands personal and work mobiles are being severely affected, this is making working difficult. He rang to complain and was told he could not get any compensation even though we pay for a service we can’t use. Yet

    Second time in two days now where I've had to restart my phone just to regain access to my mobile data. Otherwise my Note 10+ just tells me to sign into the network, for the @EE website to tell me I'm blocked from buying data. The support is useless to. Unless I have access (1/2)

    @EE do you have a cooling off period for your contracts? I’ve left Sky as I was having some unique issues with my phone and the only thing I hadn’t tried to change was the network provider. I’d like to try returning to yourselves but given you’re much more expensive (1/2)

    Come on @EE please sort out the "My EE" app. Fingerprint is never an option, PIN access intermittent. Even after multiple reinstalls.
