    @lleeggggyy @EE Yeah ๐Ÿ™ˆ I used to work for tech support in Merthyr. The majority work 8-8:30PM. Definitely push for it, especially if itโ€™s signal issues or something that they can fix their end!

    @EE Advisor 2 - Was dealing with the case but never received a reply phone call or email as promised Advisor 3 - Replied almost immediately suggesting that they never received anything additional in the package and that The Royal Mail were the likely culprits

    @EE Itโ€™s about the continued signal issues and having to ring each month and my husband checked yesterday & they havenโ€™t given him his credits Iโ€™ve had to buy another sim with another network just to have signal & if I cancelled my contracts they still want to charge me

    @EE hi, the signal in our area has been dreadful for months, my husbands personal and work mobiles are being severely affected, this is making working difficult. He rang to complain and was told he could not get any compensation even though we pay for a service we canโ€™t use. Yet

    @bt_uk shocking service not had internet or Tv for 3 weeks, engineer arrives last night said in the service box repaired issued less than 15 hours normal service resumed and in tv or internet, and now no one will pick up the phone, quick to charge you the bill ... @EE @numan64

    @EE I have broadband with you. My contract has expired and Iโ€™m not sure Iโ€™m getting such a good service. The speed of downloading is poor and the reception isnโ€™t always good. Drops in and out! Should I look elsewhere?

    @EE your customer service is an absolute joke. Spoke with someone, put on hold whilst they looked into the mistake made by someone 5 days ago, left me on hold for 40 minutes, then transferred me to a different call centre who were very confused. Now told you are closing.

    @EE @EE Jus been told I have to wait while you investigate with multiple teams where my new phone is - in the meantime Iโ€™m paying for an upgrade with no new phone and have to wait while you go through a million processes? Rubbish service EE!!!!

    @EE already in the EU, forgot to activate roaming and have tried by message and online. So far not working (getting signal but no data) already try to reset phone and change cellphone networks. And in PAYG and was using it in the UK just yesterday. Please an assist? Thanks

    Is it just me or does @EE payment service never seem to work? Every month itโ€™s the same issue and I have to call like itโ€™s 2006 and spend 20 mins just paying my bill!
