    @EE I’ve just received a new Doro smartphone for my Mum to help her stay connected. It’s pay as you go and came with £10 but I can’t activate the pack so she can’t make calls. Please advise! Many thanks

    @lleeggggyy @EE Yeah 🙈 I used to work for tech support in Merthyr. The majority work 8-8:30PM. Definitely push for it, especially if it’s signal issues or something that they can fix their end!

    @EE My girlfriend has a vault code with her blue light card. She wants to buy samsung galaxy buds 2. But it doesn't give her the option to apply the code. Please can you help.

    @EE Yes Phil it is the cell in our area is down & farmer won’t let ee on the land to fix it, surly thou we shouldn’t have to keep ringing or in my case I can’t, so do an online chat every month, most people in my area are annoyed now as should just give credit for few months

    @EE Advisor 2 - Was dealing with the case but never received a reply phone call or email as promised Advisor 3 - Replied almost immediately suggesting that they never received anything additional in the package and that The Royal Mail were the likely culprits

    @EE Hi I upgraded to an S9 plus within the last 12 months and it has developed a white bar down a section of the right hand of the screen, can you advise best process to get it repaired. I am on a monthly contract, obtained from one of your stores

    Second time in two days now where I've had to restart my phone just to regain access to my mobile data. Otherwise my Note 10+ just tells me to sign into the network, for the @EE website to tell me I'm blocked from buying data. The support is useless to. Unless I have access (1/2)

    @EE I have called this number many times, I’ve replied to the text messages, I’ve done everything EE have suggested and all it’s achieved is frustration, my afternoon wasted and I’m no further ron. So can you get me someone who can fix this without wasting anymore of my time.

    @EE So the promised phone call betweem 1pm & 2pm didnt materialise. Proper shoddy customer service. No one at your company in customer service deserves to be described as excellent.

    @EE over hour of more bullsh*t service. Trying to get overseas data top up for one on my 4 staff bus numbers. Doesn’t work. Chat for 4O mins waiting to chat to person. Call. Useless person who does nothing. Then transfers. Start again. No answer to issue. 6pm arrives. Call ends.

    @_nicks_tweets @EE Hi Nick, where are you? I am in Oslo Norway and experiencing the same. AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO INFORMATION FROM EE. Logging in to the app is not possible because NO ONE can text me and they require to text my phone a one time only passcode. So if they have network issues you are cut off from getting in touch with them.

    @scriobh @EE I would recommend you get someone in to check your aerial. Usually a signal fault or faulty tv amp.

    @dcuthbert I'm on @EE and over the past year it's become useless. Says 5G doesn't load anything. Worst part the mobile signal is shocking and it drops nearly every call. As Soon as i'm out of contract they gone. Would be nice if they let me out for providing a **** service.

    @EE @EE 4 phone calls and over 4 hours spent on the phone since May with your people not doing as promised & 3 complaints later still not resolved. Very disappointing customer service
