  @EE Yes Phil it is the cell in our area is down & farmer won’t let ee on the land to fix it, surly thou we shouldn’t have to keep ringing or in my case I can’t, so do an online chat every month, most people in my area are annoyed now as should just give credit for few months

  @EE It’s about the continued signal issues and having to ring each month and my husband checked yesterday & they haven’t given him his credits I’ve had to buy another sim with another network just to have signal & if I cancelled my contracts they still want to charge me

  @EE We have not had a landline for over 5 weeks since an imposed switchover from BT. Now being told there isa problem with the number which we have had for over 50 years Then a DD which we have no notification about. What an unholy mess and nobody is interested in helping
