@lleeggggyy @EE Yeah 🙈 I used to work for tech support in Merthyr. The majority work 8-8:30PM. Definitely push for it, especially if it’s signal issues or something that they can fix their end!

@virginmedia Yes, they are unable to help, the team said they would call back, no call back has been made..... it is now day 13 and we are paying for a phone that has not been delivered by @YodelOnline and should have been replaced by now from Virgin media. Wish I stuck with @EE.
