@EE It’s about the continued signal issues and having to ring each month and my husband checked yesterday & they haven’t given him his credits I’ve had to buy another sim with another network just to have signal & if I cancelled my contracts they still want to charge me

@EE Yes Phil it is the cell in our area is down & farmer won’t let ee on the land to fix it, surly thou we shouldn’t have to keep ringing or in my case I can’t, so do an online chat every month, most people in my area are annoyed now as should just give credit for few months

@lleeggggyy @EE Yeah 🙈 I used to work for tech support in Merthyr. The majority work 8-8:30PM. Definitely push for it, especially if it’s signal issues or something that they can fix their end!

@EE i live in a very rural area and the few places i can get a signal is in fields frequented only by sheep. Several people who get a decent signal use @ee. Your coverage map says i should get a good signal. Is there a way to demonstrate this before signing up?
