    @Footballparky @EE I’ve had quite a lot of problems with EE in RG41 area poor signal too often, not sorted despite reporting several times. So I’ll have to switch providers when contract expires.

    Suffering with poor #broadband connection. Been told by @EE engineer that throughput is capped by @BT_Openreach below what I used to have without any notification while still paying same price. @ofcom

    @chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

    @EE I am a 20yr+ customer of EE since the days of Orange. Ive never missed a payment, always renewed contracts and have been a fiercely loyal customer. This is the 1st time I have asked for help from a company I trusted to be told 'There is nothing we can do for you'. #leavingEE

    @EE was in store for an upgrade today, but apparently there's an issue with your upgrade service and it wasn't available. Have opted for the new Galaxy Fold 4, which comes with a case and ear buds, but that offer runs out soon, if it has before i get done, can I still claim them?

    @EE I try to login online, I'm faced with a login error, I log in to the app and I'm faced with Something went wrong and we can't show your remaining data. I call the 150 and told it'll be fixed in a couple hours, 3 days later and still no fix. #ee #help

    @BritishTelecom absolutely dreadful service in trying to get internet connected and tv package via @EE. Have been waiting since 15/09/22 - when original provider was cancelled! No shows at appointments booked - and so it goes on and on and on ……….!!

    @EE I would really like to know how by my 75 year old mother taking out a mobile phone contract with you has resulted in her losing her landline that she depends on without her permission. Now her house alarm doesn’t work due to no phone. This is awful service, you’re a disgrace
