And they're not particularly competetive when it comes to handsets & tariffs either. #EE was more expensive than major competitors, who incidently allow downward changes !

Such rubbish - it is a voicemail pin issue, where I did not re-set my pin. 4 hours since I got your message and no luck getting through to a REAL person. Abysmal

Didn't realise it was ยฃ4 PER MINUTE. ยฃ116 in out-of-plan charges with zero warning, no spending cap, no alert. Just a ยฃ137 bill hitting my Direct Debit on the 28th. How is this fair?
