    @EE why doe EE never call a customer when promised itโ€™s not that itโ€™s going to cost them anything anyway I find it so hard to believe, I have e mailed EE ll day yesterday with no reply Iam happy for EE to reverse charge me so frustrating, EE stress me out

    @EE delivering brand new phones in the equivalent of a carrier bag, not surprising itโ€™s damaged. Now I have the inconvenience of returning and waiting for a replacement. Not a good to start to being an EE customer.

    @EE , having issues with boardband connection chat box to tech support was slow and difficult to explain issues. In end just gave up, spoke to customer service chat and again little support. Iโ€™m so disappointed will be looking forward to the day I can cancel.

    @EE It's been 10 days. Every time I speak on the phone to someone, after being put on hold for ages they eventually get back to me with a completely different answer. Today I was told that the original engineer booking was never actioned in the first place! We will be leaving EE.
