@EE Hi Rach, they went through everything the system would let them. Currently no , it's with an openreach team but beyond that nothing. The speeds and issues around 9pm are still ongoing.

@EE Hi I got a notification a few days ago that there was going to be improvement work going on at a local tower and to expect disruption yeaterday. Speed still down from 20mb normal to 2mb (same post restart). Can you check and see when the work will be completed? BT22 2AD. Ta!

@EE I have been a customer for 20 years with T-Mobile then EE. Vodafone offered me a better deal which is only £49 over 2 years less than EE but surprisingly they couldn’t match it! EE provides good service but they’re the worst in rewarding loyalty of 20 years! I’m appalled

@MohamedAbdulwa @EE Same here mate I’ve been with EE for 15 years and they won’t match an offer from another network. Orange was amazing in retaining loyal customers but EE is all about profits. I have like 5 phones with them I’ll be moving them all next month

@EE Thanks, it's too late. I have already canceled your broadband. It makes no sense to conclude a contract without Wi-Fi. My advice to the owner of your company is to put more into modernization and less into "I'm sorry" employees."I'm sorry"-doesn't help get WiFi and good services.
