  @EE I am a 20yr+ customer of EE since the days of Orange. Ive never missed a payment, always renewed contracts and have been a fiercely loyal customer. This is the 1st time I have asked for help from a company I trusted to be told 'There is nothing we can do for you'. #leavingEE

  So @ee issues so tried to get in contact with regards to broadband the customer support agent asked me to wait whilst they sorted out the previous customers issue and sounded incredibly unsure whilst I was on the phone. Wasnt impressed with what was happening.

  @EE @imjonnychambers He's reporting a key issue that will affect any and all users, and gave you all the info you need to investigate it. The 'leaky feeder' (as the old method in tunnels was called), is broken on the Tyne & Wear Metro between Gateshead and Gateshead Stadium. Investigate it!

  @EE How do I report a case of fraud with you? Basically there is this company that are charging me a fortune each month but are not providing the services I signed up for. For example viewing my bill or trying to use this companies website or app is impossible. I feel like I have had my pants pulled down and my *** spanked by this company.   @EE Your site has the facility to rearrange an engineer appointment, but it appears to have a design fault as there is no immediately obvious button to click in order to cancel. There also appears to be no online assistant service or contact email. V. poor 0/10.
