    @EE please help... we’ve had intermittent WiFi for 3 weeks. It was due to be fixed today but didn’t go ahead. I’ve now nearly used all my data. EE is my phone provider & broadband. Heeeelp please!!

    @JoeBowker98 right. new contract new device. an existing customer on a data bound contract can't upgrade to unlimited unless they get a new iPhone via @ee.

    @Christo59860743 @JoeBowker98 @EE Didn't sign yesterday. I've been a customer for 8 years and upgraded data and changed plan many times -- most recently a month ago. EE allow it; are flexible like that and even have shared data SIMS for 3 iPads. So technically they can do it, they just don't.

    @EE Have re-scanned 3 times in past 48 hrs (since problem started), but still no sign of HD channels.

    @EE waiting over 32 minutes to get through to technical support about 4G connection issue. That’s unacceptable and your hold music is excruciating painful & repetitive. At least give customers the opportunity to mute the hold music or choose genre.

    @EE No1 network!🤬!Been a customer for 25+ years & a simple upgrade again goes wrong. Don't have enough fingers & toes for how manytimes this has happened!1.5hrs on phone last night & 2 hrs now & still waiting! Complaint raised & closed in 3 mins! Oh don't have a complaints dept!
