Hey @EE what on earth is wrong with your customer service line, iv been trying to get through for the past few days and iv been on hold for half an hour and then it cuts me off, all I want to do is upgrade my phone, but I might be get second thoughts now 😒

So @EE we haven’t had proper signal in Bexhill since the 19th and now I am being told that it won’t be fixed until the after the 4th of March. Why am I paying for no acceptable service? 3 mobile phones and an iPad with rubbish signal, £65 per month for nothing! @Ofcom

@EE My handset is fairly new (iPhone 13 max pro) and it doesn’t work- no one can hear me on calls, cuts out etc. Rang and got told to take it to an EE shop. I can’t as I have covid but don’t see why the onus is on me as you have given me a fault handset. Can I cancel my contract?

In today's episode of "Fix the forms, one at a time", I went to get my @ee phone bill for the first time. Discovered that it's a new "simpler" bill ... entirely in illegibly small grey text. Simpler as in useless. Sigh.
