  I can’t believe @EE your system is so pants. I have a data SIM that can only be topped up when connected to your network. I’ve topped up my account but can’t use that to buy the add-on because, guess what, I’ve no data to connect with and you to be connected.

  @EE pay nearly £70 a month for digital and wifi. Supposed to be guaranteed. It’s hopeless and inconsistent and to make matters worse you can never speak to anyone! Can you please do something to improve

  @EE Rubbish service - end though I purchased data allowance on roaming in Delhi. Upon arrival my data didn’t work , couldn’t call as outside hrs, recorded message asked me to contact business chat but in the absence of data I could not even do that !
