  @EE great to see that your Birmingham store have decided customer service doesn't matter. Warranty issue (agreed by your Lichfield store) with an in contract phone and they couldn't care less and have been quite rude. 2nd time they've messed me around inside 4 months. Useless

  @keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you.   @EE attempted to upgrade Now told i cant & that was for my sim only deal. Spoke to an advisor online. Can either pay 2 bills for 7 months. Or do some minor repairs to my phone & send it in with a possible £300 charge. Seems to be right across the board with poor customer service.

  @EE Your site has the facility to rearrange an engineer appointment, but it appears to have a design fault as there is no immediately obvious button to click in order to cancel. There also appears to be no online assistant service or contact email. V. poor 0/10.
