    @EE We arrived and were sorted with a new sim in 15 minutes flat! There were problems with scanning my ID but they got that sorted ASAP I had rung EE earlier in the day so we just needed the sun and they couldn’t have been more helpful it was the Manager and another nice guy 👏👏

    One of the worst things i have ever done is move from @EE mobile to @virginmedia mobile as 4g is slower than a slug... currently getting 0.48mbps even my school internet was 2mb 15 years ago pdl 😡😡

    So @EE has taken 50 pound to top up children’s phones got proof from bank they reversed and took the money but kept telling me card has been declined shocking no one to answer the phones customer service shocking.

    Everyone’s 3G was superfast until they brought out 4G. As of today, they’ve launched 5G. Watch them slow down your 4G service over coming months. They’ll claim there’s no change but it’s to pressure phone upgrades. It’s a conspiracy theory led by @EE

    My 4G has been ridiculously slow since 5G was turned on. I haven’t had 5G once and live in central Birmingham. Funny that @EE.

    @EE I've been trying to sort this out now for at least 6 hours and all because someone pressed the wrong colour button. It's frustrating that I have to spend so much time doing this when I'm the customer. I may always be right but I should feel valued!!

    @EE Hi David, thanks for picking this up. It's not connectivity it's customer service. I've upgraded my phone, been sent the wrong one, phoned up 3 times, visited the shop and have now been told I need to return the wrong phone and start the upgrade all over again.!!

    Had some of the worst customer service by @EE over the past 5 days. One department doesn't know what another is doing. Everyone contradicts each other. Is it any wonder I am removing all 3 phones from them #terriblecustomerservice
