  My 78 yr old mother-in-law has had to move from @EE because she moved and can’t get a signal from EE. When we queried it you confirmed a mast was down. Anyway now we’ve been waiting for over 1 week for an unlock of her phone. All we’re being told is the form has been done?

  @EE absolute shambles not having 4G in belfast today - still have no internet and depending on public wifi while away from home. Also couldn’t access train tickets which resulted in buying a new one. Shocking service.
