@EE I’ve been a ee customers way bck to when they were called 121 I asked for an upgrade back in 22nd feb I asked for a Samsung s20 ultra 512g !! Yesterday I was sent a Samsung s20 u 126g used not happy been customer for so many yrs this is how I get repaid

@EE For most of today, my mobile phone has said ‘No Service’ Why? I have restarted it several times. It is only working over my home wifi (not supplied by EE) Surely I should not be paying for a service on the days when you don’t give me one?

@EE yet again no signal can’t speak to anyone on the online chat need to ring can you explain how I can ring without signal, I know about wifi calling but would need wifi for that what’s the point of a mobile if need to be on wifi!

@EE Why are you charging me for using my home phone when I've never used it? You suggest I've called a mobile which I have not and I don't recognise the number. If I was to call anyone I'd use my mobile. My landline is only used for incoming calls from my elderly parents
