@EE Thankfully I don’t need to go to remote areas today where the buses doesn’t come frequently and don’t need to call an uber or bolt or else it would be very difficult to get home! Please seriously get this fix!

Hey @EE what on earth is wrong with your customer service line, iv been trying to get through for the past few days and iv been on hold for half an hour and then it cuts me off, all I want to do is upgrade my phone, but I might be get second thoughts now 😒

@EE It’s getting me down Matty it really is. I just want to be able to talk to people on the phone without being cut off. Signal is crap and 4G is so slow it’s quicker for me to turn on my PC, wait for it to load up then use the internet rather than just using the phone.

@DavidKGrills @EE We're moving ... slowly ... to internet video calls, but my mother is still not comfortable with that, but she's perfectly happy chatting on the phone. So ... it's complicated, but there are reasons, and I'm *deeply* frustrated with the incredibly poor service from @EE.
