  @keith_bloke @virginmedia CS agent hung up on you? The only justification for that is if you used bad language. Otherwise they should be attempting to resolve the issue for you.   @LeilaniDowding @EE It’s a joke, especially for vulnerable people living in a rural area with little mobile signal. @bt_uk recent performance has been pathetic with an elderly friend who has no wi-fi, getting on for 2 weeks with still no fix in sight.

  @EE Yep - just spent an hour on the phone. No resolution other than to transition to digital voice which will take till the 8th!!! What’s worse - is your phone people were utterly unrepentant there was an error from EE’s side. I now need to teach a 90 year old to use a mobile for the first time!!

  @EE It's not an EE phone. It's a Xiaomi Redmi 9 bought from Amazon. Why tell me to ring 150 if that number only works for EE phones? And as I said, it doesn't work, I tried around 20 times.
