-
Sophia Goldsmith (@dinglette1972) reported from Wednesfield, England@EE Very disappointed on how you treat your loyal customers. Been with you since the Orange days. Yet you won't give me a fifth line due to a missed payment. Which I've paid. I'm due an upgrade so I may shop around and look elsewhere.
-
Guy (@gukea) reported from Halesowen, England@mrmjprice @EE It was awful last night. As soon as we moved towards the village it started working. I presume the mast closest to the centre was saturated.

-
ikraam (@ikraamdaanis) reportedThe @EE website is one of the worst websites I've ever used
-
Dr Hanko Honkasson (@drhanko2) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom Tugendhat suggesting that somehow the Government is responsible for very poor coverage by privately run mobile networks in Dulwich, and that taxpayer should be funding improvements for companies like EE (2025 profits £1.2 billion) as infrastructure rather than cycle lanes.
-
fell (@fellbytheway) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE is that a government issue or the network provider lack of investment ?
-
Lesley (@mbroschools) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Well think of it this way, Tom. Nobody ever got run over by a car when their phone signal went.
-
JC (@jaykona3670) reported@EE still useless. I’d advise anyone who is considering joining EE don’t bother. Very poor customer service, no way to talk to technical support instead end up with a useless BOT via text or video guides.
-
intermax #FBPE #FPHD #RejoinEU 💙 #FBPPR (@intermax) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE If you think Dulwich is bad, try Brighton and Hove. The entire hilly city has draconian parking restrictions that mostly operate 9am to 8pm seven days a week. The only way to park is with a phone app and then you find there's no mobile coverage.
-
CookieBuoy (@RyanNoKneel) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Charge it to the taxpayer on expenses and get the govt to bankrupt them. And then **** off, parasite
-
Ellie (@EllieMBond) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE They are probably using the same masts. It is a lack of masts that is the problem. No one wants them in their backyard but everyone wants good coverage.
-
Beedle The Bard (@BeedleB) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Just like me where I live, and ike here I bet you have no problem getting a text message through.
-
Sarah Dixon (@SiDix67) reported@EE Been through all of this. I am then directed to the App, using my data because I have no Wifi. New router and still no connection. You use AI Bots and close down technical support at 8pm. Frustration is not a strong enough term. I will be picking this up again later today.
