  @EE Hi had free BT Sport 3 month add on through contract. Expires 02/01 and want to cancel so not charged. I've text STOP to 150 but getting option to cancel either on large screen or to watch live on tablet/device. I don't want either.

  @EE had 5 visits from EE so far as we are paying for a speed we never get. It’s 20 today after having to full reset. Should be 38 open reach said EE had actually made the problem worse remotely in January and their engineers got it up to 32 but constant dropping off 5/6 times day

  @EE I've called 150 to report a fault and seek assistance two days running now, as well as emailing your consumer resolutions address on both days. I'm being ignored. A customer for ten years, longer for my mobiles, loyal despite a long history of past complaints. EE is a disgrace.
