    My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

    Shocking service from @HSBC_UK my card has been cloned money taken from my account I called 4 days ago they agreed fraud activity on my account.. said they blocked my card new one coming … TODAY more fraud activity..#HSBC sorry sir we didn’t stop your card internet issues WTF!

    @HSBC_UK Not really. I rang 3x last week and used your holding music to keep me awake on the M4 until I hit Wales. So on the phone for 25min, 35min and 30min. Although I did get cut off after 12min. So 47mins? Hence I think your telephone is not working.

    @HSBC_UK Frustrated after 18-yrs of CTF investment. Child now 18, can’t ‘see’ money in a matured CTF acct. despite being HSBC customer with online banking app. Call centres abroad unhelpful, don’t understand CTF, even tried selling insurance! Pls help @bArNeY131104

    Another fun afternoon trying reach @HSBC_UK. Chat on the website directs me to the chat on the app (not integrated?) which in turn is not working. On the phone, a recording tells me that the office is closed, opens from 8am-8pm every day (it’s 6:20pm), please try our app chat!
