    @scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK If the bank does not release a statement soon I’ll have to change my payroll to another bank. I can’t touch my money because to log in on the computer you need a code from the app. I can only use debit card.

    @HSBC_UK Hi Abi. Will call tomorrow then but asking customers to roll back is not acceptable. The issue here is the bank, not the apple software. All other banks (Barclays, Bank of America, Revolut and Wise in my case) work perfectly fine.

    @HSBC_UK - is there a problem with the app. I have reinstalled it because it logs off everytime I press pay&transfer.

    @bat1150gs @HSBC_UK It’s awful. My salary gets paid on that account and I’ve been locked out for weeks now. Their response is to install on another device. Not even the web option works as you need a security code in the app.

    @HSBC_UK the paper statements and notifications are criminal waste of money, paper and efforts. I am sure most clients would be happy to receive soft copies. You should offer this service free or reduce charges

    Has anyone been short changed by a bank cash point in Ealing Broadway centre? Done by @LBGplc bank about 6m ago, who then denied the £20 list - today @HSBC_UK deducted £80 out of £100 as an ad hoc service charge. Never happened before, over 40 years. This time it’ll be law!

    @NatWest_Help My 80 year old Dad was scammed out of £1200 and you’ve offered him no help. Last year a 34 year old friend was done the same way, @HSBC_UK supported her straight away. Simply terrible treatment of a customer who has kept his money in your bank for much of his life

    Is it just @stripe having issues with @HSBC_UK EMV/3DS card challenge screen on iOS (SMS / In App button to choose auth method don't work); or is it a wider issue with HSBC? Confirmed incident on both our app and a competitor's (@HLInvest) who use Stripe.

    @HSBC_UK I expect to receive money not send them. I made 6 phone calls today try to solve this simple problem. But your agents are unfortunately not professional enough. I was put on hold for 1h30min for a reconnect to another agent. I just wish I can solve this problem ASAP

    @HSBC_UK It's all sorted now as I set up a separate savings account instead, but feel that branch staff should be better trained to help in such emotional circumstances. Talking to someone over the phone is not always what you need at that time.
