Shocking service from @HSBC_UK my card has been cloned money taken from my account I called 4 days ago they agreed fraud activity on my account.. said they blocked my card new one coming … TODAY more fraud activity..#HSBC sorry sir we didn’t stop your card internet issues WTF!

@dgwbirch @Barclays Looks familiar. @HSBC_UK does the same thing. Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?

My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

@HSBC_UK Awful customer experience, was on hold with business banking for 2 and 1/2 hours, the agent then said they needed to transfer my call and was cut off. Call back service doesn't seem to work. Online chat said I need to call customer services and can't help. This is ridiculous!

@NatWest_Help My 80 year old Dad was scammed out of £1200 and you’ve offered him no help. Last year a 34 year old friend was done the same way, @HSBC_UK supported her straight away. Simply terrible treatment of a customer who has kept his money in your bank for much of his life
