    @HSBC_UK App "Money out" notifications still showing the wrong time. Needs a fix please to prevent false reports of fraudulent transactions. Charge was at 09:15 not 08:15. (or specify that you're using GMT not BST)

    @HSBC_UK any specific reason to block taking screenshots from the Android app? It makes it impossible to wire some money and send the recipient proof of payment. Any tip is welcome, thanks

    @HSBC_UK I have already sent you a few DMs. Also, I spent more than one hour on the phone. Today is Bank Holiday in the UK and it seems nobody in the Currency Accounts Department is working. I'll try again tomorrow.

    @HSBC_UK £20000 lost in 2hours because HSBC has security issues and then they made me feel like a criminal, not like a victim. They recovered very proudly £0.65 which they put in my account in 2 transactions. The clients are a joke for the HBSC. Such a shame. i am disgusted

    To anyone students thinking of choosing @HSBC_UK : don’t. They are awful and authorised a standing order payment which I deleted and have now failed to return the money after 6 months despite the payee’s cooperation

    @HSBC_UK Your services are ****. Not only can your branch in kiddy help, 2 hours on the phone just to speak to a business internet banking advisor to unlock a account. I’m loosing money while you charge me for your **** service.

    Appalling service from @HSBC_UK I've been a customer for 30 years. Not for much longer. Four working hours trying to get into my business account, three of them waiting on the phone, then being cut off. I've done all the prompts etc, sent the relevant docs. So angry. 😡😡😡
