    @HSBC_UK Hi Abi. Will call tomorrow then but asking customers to roll back is not acceptable. The issue here is the bank, not the apple software. All other banks (Barclays, Bank of America, Revolut and Wise in my case) work perfectly fine.

    @HSBC_UK the paper statements and notifications are criminal waste of money, paper and efforts. I am sure most clients would be happy to receive soft copies. You should offer this service free or reduce charges

    @scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK If the bank does not release a statement soon I’ll have to change my payroll to another bank. I can’t touch my money because to log in on the computer you need a code from the app. I can only use debit card.

    @HSBC_UK i had applied for a credit card on 26 mar 2022. Called the customer care 4-5 times since then finally came to know that the application is approved, all clear from the underwriting services team, it's sitting with the banking approval team. It's been a month !!!!

    Opened a jade account with @HSBC_UK after making a move from @StarlingBank. Very first transaction from the new account…Fail! Transaction seems to have gone thru, but get an error message saying there was a problem!Hate to compare but Starling App was so perfectly engineered

    @HSBC_UK what’s the point of having one branch closed in weybridge (nearest one to chertsey) and you drive all the way to Woking and the HSBC there is closed as well due to amend times. Waste off a trip and fuel! It’s not great customer service

    @bat1150gs @HSBC_UK It’s awful. My salary gets paid on that account and I’ve been locked out for weeks now. Their response is to install on another device. Not even the web option works as you need a security code in the app.

    It never ceases to amaze me that a full service bank @HSBC_UK can be so unhelpful. I only wanted to pay in a cheque (rarity I know) into my @firstdirect account, but it was all so much hassle. Machines not working, no paying in slips. Unhelpful staff! FD you are so much better!!

    @HSBC_UK Was in there again just now! Both cash AND cheque machines down plus I gather all systems. And only 1 counter open and gather the main frame is down too? So what I paid in won’t show up?🙈🤬

    @HSBC @HSBC_UK I have now Benn in branch for 3hours today to try to help my Ukrainian guests set up an account. 3rd visit to branch. Really not at all helpful.

    @HSBC_UK Appalling customer service. I have a John Lewis credit card run by you and lodged a Section 75 claim last year. Despite constant emails and messages it was not referred until end of August and still no idea what's happening as they won't speak to me!

    @HSBC_UK Today I got to the bank early to do a transfer an hour before the end of day window closed. I waited & waited, no other customers, staff all in the back room chatting, I repeatedly asked but by the time they deigned to help me, I’d missed the transfer window.

    @HSBC_UK You then claimed that valuation was an error and provided another one a further 11k less. I’ve spoken to another broker and they mention you often try this tactic on. You’ve wasted a lot of our time, including the broker’s. At this point I’m tempted to change banks. (2/2)

    @HSBC_UK I have Power of Attorney for my mum. You will not add me on her account because there is an E missing in my middle name. The Public Guardian has said middle names are immaterial! They do not matter! What’s going on? Halifax had no problem with it!
