    @scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK If the bank does not release a statement soon I’ll have to change my payroll to another bank. I can’t touch my money because to log in on the computer you need a code from the app. I can only use debit card.

    @bat1150gs @HSBC_UK It’s awful. My salary gets paid on that account and I’ve been locked out for weeks now. Their response is to install on another device. Not even the web option works as you need a security code in the app.

    @HSBC_UK Hi Steve. All I ask is that the cashier’s don’t judge & don’t take it out on customers when there’s no paying in slips. Better still get both cheque paying in machines working, as that would help everyone. Thanks for your support. Kind regards, Paul

    It never ceases to amaze me that a full service bank @HSBC_UK can be so unhelpful. I only wanted to pay in a cheque (rarity I know) into my @firstdirect account, but it was all so much hassle. Machines not working, no paying in slips. Unhelpful staff! FD you are so much better!!

    @HSBC_UK what’s the point of having one branch closed in weybridge (nearest one to chertsey) and you drive all the way to Woking and the HSBC there is closed as well due to amend times. Waste off a trip and fuel! It’s not great customer service

    @HSBC_UK - is there a problem with the app. I have reinstalled it because it logs off everytime I press pay&transfer.

    @HSBC @HSBC_UK I have now Benn in branch for 3hours today to try to help my Ukrainian guests set up an account. 3rd visit to branch. Really not at all helpful.

    @HSBC_UK Hi Abi. Will call tomorrow then but asking customers to roll back is not acceptable. The issue here is the bank, not the apple software. All other banks (Barclays, Bank of America, Revolut and Wise in my case) work perfectly fine.

    @HSBC_UK the paper statements and notifications are criminal waste of money, paper and efforts. I am sure most clients would be happy to receive soft copies. You should offer this service free or reduce charges

    Opened a jade account with @HSBC_UK after making a move from @StarlingBank. Very first transaction from the new account…Fail! Transaction seems to have gone thru, but get an error message saying there was a problem!Hate to compare but Starling App was so perfectly engineered

    Has anyone been short changed by a bank cash point in Ealing Broadway centre? Done by @LBGplc bank about 6m ago, who then denied the £20 list - today @HSBC_UK deducted £80 out of £100 as an ad hoc service charge. Never happened before, over 40 years. This time it’ll be law!

    @mouthwaite @HSBC_UK We are still with them after over 40 years, but we really don’t know why, other than I know account nos after so long. They let us down over a section 75 claim that really should have been sorted. They do say never be loyal to your bank, and I think it’s probably right

    @HSBC_UK this extra online "security" means your card can be declined even if there isn't a problem is utter nonsense. it's you trying to control where people can buy from, just like digital currency. i'll be looking for a new bank

    @HSBC_UK @mouthwaite Surely too late...it shouldn't have got to this point and come to this. Banks too interested in making billions than a positive customer experience. It's not just banks tho, energy companies and mobile phone companies too. All the same, customers are just a number.

    @mouthwaite @HSBC_UK I have found HSBC to be brilliant. I speak to very helpful customer service people eg sorting out fraudulent transactions. Their app is also very good.

    @HSBC_UK @mouthwaite My secure key stopped working so I couldn't do anything online. Had forgotten my security question answers for telephone banking. So went into the local branch who couldn't have been more helpful sorted everything for me. If it hadn't been for them I may have considered changing.

    @mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Trust me, the grass isn’t any greener anywhere else. Customer services cost the banks money so they are the first to be squeezed. No company wants to deal with customers so they make it difficult to get in touch in the hope you’ll give up!
