My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

Honestly having the worst time with @HSBC_UK support. My PayPal direct debit has been blocked and I’ve called 3 times been promised it’s fixed and every time they’ve not done it. Dude on the other end can barely understand me which is making it even harder.

My @HSBC_UK debit card still hasn't arrived. Am told they will re-order if it doesn't arrive by Tuesday. But that will take another 5-7 days. They only use @RoyalMail to deliver. So, I could be at home with childen and no debit card for a long time. Such bad service.

@HSBC_UK I couldn't block my card on the app, only option is 'Activate', so I guess you've already posted me a replacement (was about to expire). Eventually manged to block on website. But if I now report the card lost, will that count as old one lost or the new one? Thanks!

@HSBC_UK It’s been a month since my credit card got approved but it’s still not been delivered. First it was supposed to be delivered to my house then the chat agent said they will deliver it to a branch and finally again they said they will deliver to a new branch. Can you help
