@HSBC_UK £20000 lost in 2hours because HSBC has security issues and then they made me feel like a criminal, not like a victim. They recovered very proudly £0.65 which they put in my account in 2 transactions. The clients are a joke for the HBSC. Such a shame. i am disgusted

Update: @HSBC @HSBC_UK I'm tapping out - 2hr 30 mins on an international call spent on hold. Talked with two advisors at the 1hr 30 minute mark who assured me they would help, and then I was just abandoned it seems. Great job folks - how not to do customer service.
