    @HSBC_UK you are the WORST Bank uf UK 🇬🇧. It is impossible to reach your customer service. We have to spend hours of waiting for you to answer our calls. Hsbc of Turkey is one million times better than you. 😞

    @HSBC_UK @HSBCUKBusiness been a customer for 40 years , this week i have had to put up with call not been returned when promised, being cut off , bring asked for wrong info , asked was i making a payment using a “thingy” being called the wrong name : i am a premier customers but am now giving up

    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    @HSBC_UK I have already sent you a few DMs. Also, I spent more than one hour on the phone. Today is Bank Holiday in the UK and it seems nobody in the Currency Accounts Department is working. I'll try again tomorrow.

    @HSBC_UK literally the worst customer service ever. Spent the last 2 hours on hold and talking to 3 different team members without any luck. Given up after being bounced around. All just to make a simple transfer! Need a new bank

    @HSBC_UK I was on the phone for 50 minutes waiting and talking to an agent and she put me back on hold. After 20 minutes the call just cut off. I tried calling back and waited for another 40 minutes until the call centre closed at 8pm. I want some help, it’s so frustrating 😔

    Public Service Announcement: Never apply for a @HSBC_UK credit card. Flawed crappy application process that damages your credit score and even worse customer service after they screwed up. @MartinSLewis

    @HSBC_UK Just tried to find out why my mortgage payment has gone out 2 weeks early only for the not particularly pleasant "customer service" operator to fob me off saying she won't help without sort code and account number which I don't know as I bank elsewhere! Not happy.

    @HSBC_UK I have sent the details in email. It's been 10 years having account with HSBC, never expected such an unethical approach from them. I might have to shut down my business and lay off 6 of my employees, just because of this. Apologies with £200 credit for these employees & families
