@HSBC_UK £20000 lost in 2hours because HSBC has security issues and then they made me feel like a criminal, not like a victim. They recovered very proudly £0.65 which they put in my account in 2 transactions. The clients are a joke for the HBSC. Such a shame. i am disgusted

@paullewismoney @HSBC_UK The closure of so many branches will let us move to an online focused customer service point of view - with branches that remain becoming hubs for several towns in case a person to person meeting is required, or preferred. HSBC has the best customer service online of any bank.
