@HSBC_UK App "Money out" notifications still showing the wrong time. Needs a fix please to prevent false reports of fraudulent transactions. Charge was at 09:15 not 08:15. (or specify that you're using GMT not BST)

@HSBC_UK £20000 lost in 2hours because HSBC has security issues and then they made me feel like a criminal, not like a victim. They recovered very proudly £0.65 which they put in my account in 2 transactions. The clients are a joke for the HBSC. Such a shame. i am disgusted

@L7_AFC @HSBC_UK I’ve too have found Coinbase’s CS absolute garbage - they take weeks to send a single reply. I can’t speak to Binance’s CS though as I’ve never had cause to use them (yet 🤞). Btw to answer your question it’s not everyone, it’s a subset of users (incl. me) and I don’t know why.

@L7_AFC @HSBC_UK I should clarify, I use PayPal as a method to withdraw from Coinbase (not to trade crypto, which I believe is only available on PayPal US). But tbh I just try and use exchanges that happily let me link my bank account, such as Binance. They also support Visa Direct.

@Thamesmond @HSBC_UK The customer service at coinbase has been atrocious. They keep saying I'm not authorized to add my UK bank. I've asked them if this is just me personally, or for every UK coinbase customer and they refuse to answer that question
