    @HSBC_UK i had applied for a credit card on 26 mar 2022. Called the customer care 4-5 times since then finally came to know that the application is approved, all clear from the underwriting services team, it's sitting with the banking approval team. It's been a month !!!!

    Absolutely appalling levels of customer service with @hsbc_uk business banking -phone service over 1hour wait - but no responsiveness on the Chat app either. If you’re looking for a business account look elsewhere

    Opened a jade account with @HSBC_UK after making a move from @StarlingBank. Very first transaction from the new account…Fail! Transaction seems to have gone thru, but get an error message saying there was a problem!Hate to compare but Starling App was so perfectly engineered

    @HSBC_UK is there an HSBC app problem at the moment I have been trying for over a week to use this app and it just closes down when I press the app icon - I have reinstalled and deleted a lot of times but the app only brings up the logo ? I updated to iOS 15.2 recently ? Pls help

    HSBC online banking payee selection option down. Essentially means their online banking is totally down. No updates online either. What a terrible banking service @HSBC_UK

    @HSBC_UK Was in there again just now! Both cash AND cheque machines down plus I gather all systems. And only 1 counter open and gather the main frame is down too? So what I paid in won’t show up?🙈🤬

    @HSBC_UK what’s the point of having one branch closed in weybridge (nearest one to chertsey) and you drive all the way to Woking and the HSBC there is closed as well due to amend times. Waste off a trip and fuel! It’s not great customer service

    @HSBC_UK Further Ive tried this 3 separate devices...mobile phone and 2 different laptops. Ive cleared cache so this is not the issue... especially given 3 different devices.

    @dgwbirch @Barclays Looks familiar. @HSBC_UK does the same thing. Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?

    Hey @HSBC_UK what’s happened to your customer service. Tried to call Wednesday PM no reply after 35 minute wait. Tries to call today AM no only after 25 minute wait (despite a message saying calls will be answered after 7 minutes). And i can’t resolve the problem online.

    @HSBC_UK During this cost of living crisis I’ve been told to reduce my o/draft by £1800 by you. For no good reason. I’ve been with you for 40 years, salary gone in like clockwork every month and never over my overdraft limit. Why would you do that? How does that help me? Sod your survey.

    @HSBC_UK So HSBC or the Hong-Kong Shanghai Banking Corporation just 16 weeks ago refused authorisation to SSE (my energy supplier) a £5 top-up for my meter. I was overdrawn, hungry, no elec for 3 days. I went to my branch & was refused help. I even cried when calling them. It's omtl 👀

    @Papillion07 @HSBC_UK More or less the same for me for years at hsbc - not even a loan approval. And look they send you a robotic reply of ‘DM us about your decades of problems for an insincere apology.’ Irony is that as a premier customer years later - they’re trying to flog me stuff.
