    @HSBC_UK i had applied for a credit card on 26 mar 2022. Called the customer care 4-5 times since then finally came to know that the application is approved, all clear from the underwriting services team, it's sitting with the banking approval team. It's been a month !!!!

    @HSBC_UK what’s the point of having one branch closed in weybridge (nearest one to chertsey) and you drive all the way to Woking and the HSBC there is closed as well due to amend times. Waste off a trip and fuel! It’s not great customer service

    @HSBC_UK Further Ive tried this 3 separate devices...mobile phone and 2 different laptops. Ive cleared cache so this is not the issue... especially given 3 different devices.

    @HSBC_UK is there an HSBC app problem at the moment I have been trying for over a week to use this app and it just closes down when I press the app icon - I have reinstalled and deleted a lot of times but the app only brings up the logo ? I updated to iOS 15.2 recently ? Pls help

    @HSBC_UK Website is not logging me in?? Tried from all my devices. After I put the login security code the waiting wheel keeps turning. I have urgent requirement & can't login since morning!!

    @HSBC_UK Was in there again just now! Both cash AND cheque machines down plus I gather all systems. And only 1 counter open and gather the main frame is down too? So what I paid in won’t show up?🙈🤬

    Opened a jade account with @HSBC_UK after making a move from @StarlingBank. Very first transaction from the new account…Fail! Transaction seems to have gone thru, but get an error message saying there was a problem!Hate to compare but Starling App was so perfectly engineered

    @dgwbirch @Barclays Looks familiar. @HSBC_UK does the same thing. Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?

    Absolutely appalling levels of customer service with @hsbc_uk business banking -phone service over 1hour wait - but no responsiveness on the Chat app either. If you’re looking for a business account look elsewhere

    It never ceases to amaze me that a full service bank @HSBC_UK can be so unhelpful. I only wanted to pay in a cheque (rarity I know) into my @firstdirect account, but it was all so much hassle. Machines not working, no paying in slips. Unhelpful staff! FD you are so much better!!

    @HSBC_UK I am really having issues with HSBC today, the agents understanding of English is poor, there are technical difficulties on everything. Why can't I speak to Uk based call center staff. I have no confidence in the bank anymore.

    @HSBC_UK I understand that but isingvthe app for years and the passcode was always the access. Suddenly you’re now asking for passwords instead of passcode. There’s been no notifications of this change coming.

    @HSBC_UK has to be the worst bank ever. Sent 10k£ on 31st May never arrived. Complained every day regarding my money. Still nothing. Useless customer service in app &in store **** you. Keep my money I will be Buying more #Bitcoin& #Cardano they will put you out of business🖕

    @HSBC_UK the line is dead when I ring customer services. Card reader has locked up for a 2nd time as well, nothing seems to work.

    @HSBC_UK I don’t understand why this is an issue. After all we’ve chosen to install a non supported IOS so if applications don’t work it’s on us to roll back or wait until beta testing completes. I for one am happy HSBC app is secure and won’t allow it to run

    Imagine being a bank that in your infinite wisdom decide to log out your customers randomly. Then your customer gets asked for a pin and if they mess up one input then they get most of their access locked. Well done @HSBC_UK, still not understanding how only @monzo got it lmao

    So, apparently my 86 year old just about mobile MIL will have to travel 20 miles to a @HSBC_UK just to make an appointment. It is impossible to contact them by phone as she is hard of hearing and they never answer. She cannot do it online! This is discrimination @paullewismoney

    @HSBC_UK I have complained 10x plus. You do nothing. You keep flogging me off and sending me to different operator each time. You are all talk. I have wasted hours calling and so much of my time. You will do nothing. Your customer service does nothing. I had enough of your bullshit.
