My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

The fairest way would be doing it based on income and social background. Doesn't discriminate. Sadly, more black people do fit into that, so they'd still get a proportional amount of help.

It's a much bigger problem and complex issue than just race, while it does play some role in it, it's a combination of different things that need to be addressed further. Such as income inequality.
