    @HSBC_UK the paper statements and notifications are criminal waste of money, paper and efforts. I am sure most clients would be happy to receive soft copies. You should offer this service free or reduce charges

    @HSBC_UK Hi Abi. Will call tomorrow then but asking customers to roll back is not acceptable. The issue here is the bank, not the apple software. All other banks (Barclays, Bank of America, Revolut and Wise in my case) work perfectly fine.

    @HSBC_UK Abi, I don’t want a complaint, I just want to access my bank account 🥹 I’ll use the option you suggested and if that does not work then I’ll file a complaint but let’s give that option a chance.

    Opened a jade account with @HSBC_UK after making a move from @StarlingBank. Very first transaction from the new account…Fail! Transaction seems to have gone thru, but get an error message saying there was a problem!Hate to compare but Starling App was so perfectly engineered

    Annoyed by the fact that every time a bank transfer contains the word #crypto @HSBC_UK marks it as “fraudulent” and block it. #Banks are the real fraud #Crypto is the future

    @HSBC_UK i had applied for a credit card on 26 mar 2022. Called the customer care 4-5 times since then finally came to know that the application is approved, all clear from the underwriting services team, it's sitting with the banking approval team. It's been a month !!!!

    It never ceases to amaze me that a full service bank @HSBC_UK can be so unhelpful. I only wanted to pay in a cheque (rarity I know) into my @firstdirect account, but it was all so much hassle. Machines not working, no paying in slips. Unhelpful staff! FD you are so much better!!

    @HSBC_UK what’s the point of having one branch closed in weybridge (nearest one to chertsey) and you drive all the way to Woking and the HSBC there is closed as well due to amend times. Waste off a trip and fuel! It’s not great customer service

    @bat1150gs @HSBC_UK It’s awful. My salary gets paid on that account and I’ve been locked out for weeks now. Their response is to install on another device. Not even the web option works as you need a security code in the app.

    @scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK If the bank does not release a statement soon I’ll have to change my payroll to another bank. I can’t touch my money because to log in on the computer you need a code from the app. I can only use debit card.

    @HSBC_UK Was in there again just now! Both cash AND cheque machines down plus I gather all systems. And only 1 counter open and gather the main frame is down too? So what I paid in won’t show up?🙈🤬

    @HSBC_AUS @HSBC_UK i am in a stalemate with a KYC (Know your customer) issue , and HSBC UK (who can identify me) dont seem to want / be able to talk to HSBC AUS to help resolve. Any chance you can help ?

    @HSBC_UK The branch is a two hour round trip, you’ve shut all of my local ones so I can’t just “pop down there” to check. Your customer service chat bot isn’t fit for purpose and your telephone teams were less than useless. I don’t think I’ll be banking with you anymore.

    @HSBC_UK have you issued an app update that forces users to reset username / password etc? I have successfully done so but slight concern as to why this had to be done when it was all set and working on my phone, and received no notification I'd need to re-enter all details.

    To be fair they have said it’s “an international cheque” so everyone is confused. I appreciate @HSBC_UK is a small domestic start up so I’m continuing to be patient while they look down the back of the sofa

    @HSBC_UK I've provided feedback via the app and the internal survey questionnaire, so I hope action is taken. Designing a system this ineffective requires a failure up and down the management chain (i.e. it's not just the devs, QA, or ***!)

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK Sent the email to the account review team, no response for over a week now. Calling the support and all what they do is to send the email to the same email address. Apparently they cannot contact that department in any other way. It’s like they marked me as spam.

    @GBNEWS @thecoastguy Yep I'm now in dispute with @HSBC_UK as they obviously think they can tell you exactly what you can and can't spend your money on and block your use of online banking until you explain yourself to them 🤬🤬🤬

    @danielbryantuk @HSBC_UK I had similar issues with them. Tbh all the big brand banks seem a bit poor. I’m now of the mindset which is to look for the rewards, earn them and move on. No longer a bank for life loyal customer.

    @HSBC_UK I still can’t get access to one of my accounts when I login. I get as far as the ‘select your business’ page then get an error when I select the business.

    @HSBC_UK your online chat in the secure app is a waste of time. They cannot answer even simple questions. You are wasting customers money running a service which is as much use as a chocolate tea pot.
