@HSBC_UK HSBC business, the bank not to use! Complete lack of service, no one to answer the phone, when you get through they send you to a branch who then tells you they cannot help! A branch that is not a bank, just a assistant directing you to a machine!

@kevwright @HSBC_UK I’ve never had an issue with it. Simply scan the QR code on the old device and boom. You are up and running. Maybe not as slick as Monzo et al but certainly not the worst.
