My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

@HSBC_UK is there an HSBC app problem at the moment I have been trying for over a week to use this app and it just closes down when I press the app icon - I have reinstalled and deleted a lot of times but the app only brings up the logo ? I updated to iOS 15.2 recently ? Pls help

Shocking service from @HSBC_UK my card has been cloned money taken from my account I called 4 days ago they agreed fraud activity on my account.. said they blocked my card new one coming … TODAY more fraud activity..#HSBC sorry sir we didn’t stop your card internet issues WTF!

@dgwbirch @Barclays Looks familiar. @HSBC_UK does the same thing. Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?

@HSBC_UK It's just back and forth over and over and over with your underwriters. Problems credit checking, asking for documents that don't exist. Then when documents are provided, you then want more (instead of just asking for everything in one go). S.E Sole Traders people get shafted!

@taisling @HSBC_UK I have the same issue - haven’t made any ‘attempts’ but an immediate pop-up locks me out for 5 minutes, then another 5. I wondered if a 3rd party was trying to hack my account and racking up ‘attempts’ from somewhere else!?
